I really enjoy the shopping experience at Thred Up. I always reuse clothes and at this site, I find really nice quality clothes at great prices. And it is not just shipped... its handled beautifully... with beautiful stickers and labels and tissue... just like a beautiful present. Very happy with the service. The only thing, you may want to put all of your items on manikins... when a item is black or white. Its hard to see with the background... just a suggestion.

I joined thredUP because of a referral from a friend. I enjoyed the product variety and the prices were okay so I decided to give it a go! I found a beautiful pair of boots in my size and placed my order. I was happy to discover by using the referral I had a $20.00 credit. What a great feature.
Not really. The boots show up and they are not as shown. There was no part of the description that told me they were a wide-calf boot. I was so disappointed to find they would not fit and that they had to be sent back. So off they go back to the thredUP store for a refund. It takes two weeks plus to receive a credit and when I do I don't even get my referral credit back. So I'm stuck with $4.99 as a credit. I ended up settling a small tank top because I wasn't going to bother risking another order to receive a product that isn't described the right way anyway.
Dissatisfied with my experience. I was hoping this would be a great new place to shop regularly. I would not recommend to my friend's and family.
I am so happy to have thredUP as an online shopping option. I make it a priority to buy used whenever possible and frequently buy my clothes and shoes at consignment shops. The selection at thredUP is virtually unlimited with many many clothing and shoe options. The clothes and shoes I purchased were in excellent condition and arrived in beautiful recyclable packaging. Also a percentage of my purchases goes to a charity that I selected! Just Awesome

I've enjoyed the referral program because I get some credit for introducing friends to an excellent site to offset my many purchases! I also like how the website donates money to the school of your choice. I hope that's a permanent feature.

I only shopped for children's clothing this first time. Hope to have the same experience again with the women's clothing.
Bought a jacket. It came when they said it would. It fit perfectly and was in almost new condition. Plus, I got 40% off because it was my first order.

I ordered some shoes and a dress. The dress and shoes were in excellent condition, kept the dress but the shoes were just a bit too small. Return was easy!

I figured I had nothing to lose... the prices were so attractive. Then I received my first order... wow... quick, nicely packaged, nice note AND great clothes (except for one item, but no biggie). Then my second package came, and I was truly pleased with the quality or my purchase not to mention the incredible price.
