The clothes are great that I purchased but what I sent in my bag seemed worth more than I was given. Only about $1 an item. That's like yard sale money. Will purchase from them but probably won't use for sending clothes.
Your site is way too picky about the the items you take and the ones you do accept you pay crap for.
Love thredup, so easy to buy AND sell items. I have gone through so many polka dot bags to sell stuff I no longer wear or need, and have made decent money in the process. Love this and will continue to sell my items to them for a long time.
I am not a huge online shopper, and was nervous about quality of clothing, Glad I took the chance and proven wrong! The clothes were in excellent condition! I loved everything! I will definitely be buying again.
The website is so user friendly, so many filter options, perfect! Descriptions are not misleading and very accurate.
First, I recommend you never send clothes to them. I sent brand new items with tags about 5 pieces and received only $7 for all. Also, I find good deals but when you factor shipping prices, I can just get the same deals elsewhere and return stuff that doesn't fit for FREE. You can only get store credit with thred up otherwise you pay for shipping back to them. I will use the site again if I can't find what I want in the store or elsewhere. Its not a bad site but not the greatest.
Just select size and brand, description was dead on. Packaged arrived with clothes folded and wrapped. Could tell the items were packaged with care. Would highly recommend!
Amazing! I love being able to sell my old clothes for new-to-me ones! So easy thred up takes all the work out of the process. Love it!
Tried hard to add promo code for first order placed but wouldn't work. Kept my cart tab open top save what I wanted while waiting for a response from them on a new code or how to fix it etc. Several items I wanted in the meantime disappeared from my cart, items that went with other items that remained. So I put even more back and ended up spending way less than I would have originally and was really disappointed that I lost items. They did refund me money equivalent to the discount code but couldn't replace the items I wasn't able to purchase.
My daughter wears size 0 short pants. She can only find them at LOFT, Banana Republic, or GAP, which can cost a lot of money. However, I have been able to get her several pairs of dress and casual pants in excellent condition for under $20 a pair. Fantastic!

Really love the idea of this site, but some of the items are a little overpriced. And I'd love to see more specials for free shipping. I ordered a clean out kit and have yet to send it back, so we'll see how that process goes. But overall, I've been happy with the clothes I've purchased.
The clothes were in excellent condition and I have the comfort of knowing I didn't buy them new and support the waste and abuse inherent to the clothing industry. Plus, all of the packaging is beautiful and fully recyclabl.
I enjoy thred up. It's a lot of fun! However I don't like how expensive shipping is and that it takes a long time to recieve your items. Also they charge 8$ to return an item if it doesn't work out for you. Unless you take a store credit.

Love all the clothes and prices. No issues on shipment or return items. Only thing wish you had a men clothing option and a way to save your sizes.
I appreciate that I can shop from home with such a large selection, have the items delivered to my door, and then ship them back for free and get store credit for any items I don't wish to keep. I have been very happy with my experience!
