All the items I picked are exactly as described and I made some great purchases. They also arrived with lightning speed.

I ordered a handbag, it came to me dirty and worn out. The tops were too small and very worn. In the future I will purchase new items I have learned my lesson.

I love that I can filter items by my size and don't have to dig through racks and racks of items looking for my size. So streamlined. I wish there was a favorite or wish list feature though. I feel confident with the return policy that I can order itemsand make sure that I love them. Also everything I've received thus far as been great quality. Very happy with Thredup!

Really enjoy the clothes and prices! Definitely will always look here first when shopping, I only wish they had more size/length descriptions and material descriptions on each item, but I love the clothes and the website!

I learned about thredup from a magazine article. I liked the fact that it was so easy to get the clothes to thredup but was a little disappointed in the money that I received. A purse that I sent was sold for $87 but the whole amount of money that I received (including 7 items) was only $53.

I decided to give this a try and loved it so much, I have already purchased a second time. I have to admit, the first time buyer discount was the draw but the quality and prices of the items are what made me return.
