I ordered coach boots advertised being worth $345 and when I received them I realized they were fake. There was a "made in Japan " sticker and the supposed serial number and name of the boot was coming up as a pair of sunglasses on the official coach website. I wrote a review regarding my experience and I never received a response. And to have to pay a restocking fee of $8.99 and return shipping it wasn't worth the hassle... I donated them to the needy for winter.
I ordered a skirt and a dress. Both were marked Medium.so I assumed they would fit me. I usually wear a size 6. They were both more like a petite/ or size 1.

Not only did I think the bargains were great for new/tagged items, but the way they were delivered is even more impressive. Wrapped in special paper delicately and boxed with care. Wow, was not expecting this level of service for something so inexpensive.
I had a few questions in regards to returns, I received an email within minutes. Outstanding service!

Buying and selling from Thredup is so easy! The clothing they offer is very good quality. When you receive your package, everything is neatly folded and wrapped in tissue paper. It feels like buying from a boutique!

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have ordered from Thred Up. I think the quality and service keeps improving. All items were exactly as described and shipping time was very fast. I think I had the box within 5 days of ordering.
... and clean, and ironed, and a bargain! I wore the Liberty blouse straight from the package. So pleased.
I am plus size, so I was searching for items under the plus size category assuming that they would be like a 1x in plus size. I got leggings that wouldn't even fit a 5 year old they were so small. I wish they were a little more clear and better categorized their sizing. Oh, and while they do offer free returns, you still have to pay shipping so you're basically wasting $6 every time you order from them only to get a store credit back and have to waste more money and time on this site.
Everything was exactly as described and fit perfectly- for me and my son.
I sent in a variety of items to ThreadUp. It took 6-8 weeks to get them processed. Some were bought at a pitifully small amount, a couple of items put on consignment and the rest given away. I got so little payback, that I will take them to a consignment store next time or give them away.
However, the buyer of these threads can get a deal... definitely not the seller!
