I ordered a week ago, then I read the reviews here and got worried but I got my package today and I am 100% satisfied with the fast delivery and quality of the 2 pajamas and 2 travel mugs, super cute and well made.
I ordered gloves as a gift. They are arrived on time and were so cute and of good quality. I plan to order some for myself!
My daughter gave me a set of sheets for my birthday. They had paw prints on them. Fit the bed well. No problems sleeping on it. Don't know why there is so many negative reviews.

Per our website, returns are allowed for most products within 90 days of purchase. Our website and product pages on our website where returns are not allowed are clearly noted. The only items we do not allow returns on are cloth face masks due to regulations of not being able to restock them, so these sales are final. Additionally, items purchased from 3rd party drop shippers have a policy of no returns as well. We ask that you carefully review the products that you are purchasing to understand the return policy as it would apply to that product.
I've ordered from this site for years and I've never had one single issue. Everything has been up to standard, loved them all. Shipping always fine. Not one complaint fr me yet. GREAT site.
I placed an order on February 14. Shortly after placing this order, I realized I ordered the wrong colors for 3 of the items. I tried to change it online, NO way to change. I called customer service, around 3pm approximately 2 hours after placing order. They were CLOSED. I called the next morning & was told it was too LATE to change the order. I tried sending an e-mail requesting that the order be canceled. And if it was shipped I would write return to sender on it. I got an e-mail back, threatening to FINE me if I did not accept the order. WORST customer service I have EVER had to deal with. I will never buy from this company again.
I absolutely LOVE this site. So much cute stuff. I usually try to buy all my gift form here for B-Days, Christmas etc. I like that I am helping the animals at the same time. Every single day I click on the animal rescue site and click the button that says "CLICK HERE TO GIVE IT'S FREE" It's free and donates a bowl of food to a pet. It's my daily good deed int he morning :) Also if you look at the top of the page you can click on all their other sites to give for free such as the break cancer site and rainforest site etc.
I have a lot to choose from them and there are the cheapest for what my cat needs. They have fast delivery and the customer service is excellent too.

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE. SCAM TO PULL ON YOUR HEARTSTRINGS. I ordered something for Mother's Day. Item never arrived customer service is a total joke. Item wasn't worth the amount of time invested to remedy the situation. Live and learn I guess.
You know how to verify that you are helping dogs? Just pick up a giant bag of dog food and drop it off at a shelter. That's how you at least know it actually got there.
There are so many much more legitimate rescue sites to donate your money to. If you want your money to go to helping the animals rather than overhead please look elsewhere. There are local sites for rescue where ALL of your money goes to the care and well being of the animals. If you are just buying their products because you think that they are cute that's another story. As a retail outlet, their products are marginal... not worth the extra bucks and their customer service could use an overhaul. I bought a pair of shoes from them because I thought they were a legitimate rescue site. I received the wrong sized shoe and was appalled when I looked them up to return the shoes. They work through an third party to advertise and collect your money, and you know that that's not free! I would have returned the shoes and happily paid the postage if I'd thought I was still providing help to the animals, but knowing that they are just a retail outlet I would have expected them to pay the postage to correct their error but they won't. I will pay to return the shoes, get my money refunded, and donate it to a much more worthy rescue site. Oh, and I'll quit following them on Facebook too.
I ordered what appeared to be a decent quality pair of rain boots. Before ordering I read the comments / reviews and many suggested that if you are a 1/2 size to order up to the next size that they run small, so go bigger. So I ordered a full size and 1/2 larger thinking in case I wanted to wear socks I would have extra room as well. Size 10. I normally wear an 8 1/2 to a 9 depending on brand, so I figured can't go wrong with a 10.
Received the boots and the odor of the rubber / packaging was incredibly strong. Tried on the boots which were of very thin and poor quality and no where near a size 10. I could barely get my foot in.
It is obvious after receiving these, that they are made very cheaply and probably out of the country, so definitely not USA made.
I have emailed the company asking for a full refund, including taxes and shipping as the fact that these are not in fact accurate sizing and the quality is so poor, none of which is any fault of my own, they must refund me in full. I also emailed that if they want their boots back that they will need to send me a full postage paid return label and package to return them as I am not going to pay anything for receiving or returning a misrepresented product that is not accurate as described.
Based on the reviews here I am very skeptical that they will refund my purchase in full including all fees, taxes and shipping but we shall see. If it turns out good or better than I expect I will post another review.
I made the mistake or trying to place an order for more than one freebie when I was buying something on the AR Site. I WAS a customer for at least 7 years-- and so I was really ANGRY when I got an official letter from their FRAUD unit telling me that I was being warned that I could not order more than ONE freebie at a time -- WHY COULDN'T you have just refused my order OR sent me a notification by EMAIL!? I'm not a criminal-- just made an honest mistake! SHAME ON YOU! Because of that I never returned to the site and I no longer click on the site to fund the free food bowls.

Wow, I am honestly SHOCKED at the negative reviews on The Animal Rescue Site (/greatergood). I have been an AVID donor AND customer for 2 DECADES & NEVER ONCE did I have a problem, concern or negative experience. (And NO I do NOT work for, partner with or have EVER worked for The ARS).
I have also recommended MANY of my animal loving family & friends to them, and according to their feedback, they had the same or similar experience as I.
I have absolutely nothing to gain off of taking my time to write this review & I write anywhere from 2- (absolute maximum) 5 reviews A YEAR (which for an extremely active online shopper, is nothing). I am merely writing this to get a VERY honest, thorough and true review out there.
Remember, this review consists of TWENTY YEARS, not just a one time deal where something was off in my order or shipment.
Lastly, the items are good quality FOR the price you pay. Don't expect something that's $200 quality for $20 but you also won't get 20 cent quality for $20.
