I bought 2 different styles of rubber sandals but in the SAME SIZE. One of them (Celebration Criss Cross sandals) was SO big my foot slipped to the front and over the edge of the sandal! I wrote to them and explained the inaccuracy of the sizing between the Celebration sandals and the Positively Inspired sandals and got an Email back stating how to do it and that I should not only get insurance for the item but proof of delivery! WHY AM PAYING FOR THE RETURN WHEN IT IS THE COMPANY'S inconsistent sizing that caused me to have to make the return in the first place? I have ordered from this company several times, but I will NEVER order from them again! SHAME ON YOU FOR PUTTING THIS COST ON THE CUSTOMER! You only got 2 stars because ONE pair (Positively Inspired) fit properly.
I ordered gloves as a gift. They are arrived on time and were so cute and of good quality. I plan to order some for myself!
The 3 stars is due to the customer service and return options. I've bought many items off the site and am typically satisfied. My last purchase was disappointing. I ordered a sherpa hoodie and sherpa SLIPPERS. Imagine my surprise when my "slippers" were actually sherpa-lined plastic clogs (feel like crocs). When I inquired about exchanging, I was referred back to the site and found I could ship back at my cost, and the whole process would take about a month. Well, pointless for me since the cost to ship back is almost what paid for my non-slippers. However, if I make any future purchases, I will see if I can order it elsewhere first (heard some items on Amazon) that has much better customer service and return policy.
I have been purchasing from them for years. Never had a problem with them either with delivery or items purchased.

I placed an order on May 18,2023. I have been checking the shipping information frequently and has said "ready to be shipped " since my order was placed. Please either send me the order, or cancel it and refund my money.
It took 9 days, from the time I ordered my item, and they paid themselves from my account, for them to ship it. Then they sent me a tracking number that changed the arrival date, every day after it didn't arrive. According to the tracking info, it's been stuck in Fife WA for four days. Every time I order from this company, the shipping time is ridiculous. I get online purchases coming from overseas, quicker than this US based company.
Plus the sizes are so inconsistent.
Love the concept but their Customer service needs a revamp. Done with them.

I admire some of the good this organization does. But why advocate for suffering elephants then make elephant jewelry with a saddle on its back? Don't they know the suffering of elephants giving tourist rides?
I have bought many items from this site. Flip-flops, raincoat, dress es, shorts, blanket even dish towels. I have not once been disappointed. The quality is great for the cost. I recommend the site every time I get a compliment on what I'm wearing and that's often!
The animal rescue site is part of greater good charities which donates money to other charities. They are based in Seattle, Washington. I have purchased a lot of items from them, and love it! It is true that many items are made in China, as is true of many affordable vendors. They also have a lot of fair trade clothing and jewelry which is also eco-conscientious if you prefer to go that route. I have purchased a mix of both fair trade items and items made in China. If you look at item description and other item details you can see whether you are buying fair trade or something from China. And by the way for those who are concerned with whether or not the animal rescue site is legit, it is part of greater good charities and they can be found on Charity Navigator. Look up greatergood.org and you will find them on Charity Navigator. It is consistent with the information on the animal rescue site. I have added some images of just a handful of items I have purchased from greater good.

Clicks only slightly work. All is donated to Greater Good and a small amount of your money goes to Animals. The point of the click is to get you to buy merchandise and donate. Those who fly animals out of harm left Greater Good because of it's deceit. It's better to donate directly to those who actually help animals.
Wings of Rescue is a legit place to donate that's actually saving animals. They used to partner with Greater Good but left. That tells you something.

They pay the funds that go to support bowls of food and other animal related support. Yes, we also have an E-Commerce site that sells merchandise for GreaterGood.com, but proceeds from that for profit site go to our non-profit partner GreaterGood Charities to provide additional support and aid. I've ordered twice from this site. Never had any issues and the clothes I ordered are high quality for the price. I'm a Dog Trainer, and like to wear the sweat pants with the dog paw on them. One pair of sweat pants has lasted 4 years without a tear, rip or hole. Definitely not a scam site.
Just FYI, this company DONATES to animal shelter for animals that need our help! There is NO LAW that says you cannot wear clothes or your dog wear clothes made from the red, white & blue flag pattern. It's just showing pride & love for our country! Idk what political party you are for, although I can guess. It's not illegal to even burn the flag since 1960. Look it up. The flag doesn't have to be thrown away if it touches the ground. These are just untruths & uninformed people's opinions. I say me & my pet will wear our American Flag proudly because we are proud to be Americans & proud of this company!

Reading some of these bad feedback makes me really sad! The feedback isn't about if your item is too big. Or the handbag you received was much bigger then you thought! They post all their measurements on their website. So it's not their fault you didn't check the size! It's supposed to be about the quality of the item you received & your service you get from this company! By YOU GIVING BAD FEEDBACK YOU ARE ONLY HURTING THE ANIMALS! I have bought for many years from this company. And the products have always been very good & their service has been superb! Plus by buying from this company your helping to feed the stray animals! So quit whining & move on, if your not happy that your shirt didn't fit!

Although I remain disappointed in that my nieces never received their Christmas gifts, I applaud the site's full refund for my nonreceived purchase. I would consider purchasing again IF alternative shipping options are offered

Per our website, returns are allowed for most products within 90 days of purchase. Our website and product pages on our website where returns are not allowed are clearly noted. The only items we do not allow returns on are cloth face masks due to regulations of not being able to restock them, so these sales are final. Additionally, items purchased from 3rd party drop shippers have a policy of no returns as well. We ask that you carefully review the products that you are purchasing to understand the return policy as it would apply to that product.
Purchased a pair of sandals on may 8 2020 from a Facebook ad. I have never received them. Buyer beware.

I apologize that you never received your purchase. I did some research and found your order and it is showing that the order was never fulfilled and was still showing in our system as an unfulfilled order. I have refunded your full purchase amount to your original form of payment and apologize for this oversight. I do see from your order that our customer service department was not notified of the missing order so this unfulfilled order was missed. Again, I apologize for the problem and you should see a full refund appear from your financial institution within 3-4 days.
My post office mishandled my most recent package and after it had sat for two weeks without a scan and the post office claiming they didn't have the package I reached out to Animal Rescue Site. They immediately offered a full refund or to reship the items since they were still in stock. The one thing to watch out for is a lot of their clothing is hand wash only (and the rest should be washed on the gentle cycle). I don't buy the hand wash clothing and have never had an issue with the other clothing.

Handmade items are cheap Made in China items marked up. If its BOGO or any get free at all, you will not get what you are expecting. This wording is specifically included in all purchase orders. We do sell some organic or natural pet treats and toys which promote the healthy development of cats and dogs as pets; which in the case of cats are exclusively carnivores, and in the case of dogs are direct descendants of wolves which are exclusively carnivores. We are a long-time member of the Wildlife Friendly Enterprises Network (WFEN), and actively sell all WFEN certified products which reduce conflicts between wild animals and humans in order to protect wild animal populations and reduce animal death and suffering caused by ranchers who use poisons or traps to kill predators; such as using guard dogs to protect sheep on rural farms or reimbursing villagers in Mongolia for the not killing snow leopards which occasionally prey on their goats and sheep. We have invested in a large sanctuary in rural Kenya to help preserve wildlife communities and elephant watering spots adjacent to Tsavo National Park and source certified wildlife friendly t-shirts from there to help provide jobs for local communities to reduce human animal conflict and pay to provide ranger patrols to protect elephants and other wild animals from poachers.
