I think this is the 4th or 5th collar I've bought now. Quality leather, quality buckle, quality brass plate, excellent (prompt) service, GREAT price; whats not to love?!

I have an old Astro that the dog collar antennae finally broke off. I called to confirm that I was going to purchase the right replacement. The customer service rep was very helpful and pointed me to a different antenna, because the one that I had picked would have been wrong. I ordered it online minutes later, and it was delivered in a few days. Works great!
I previously lived in a small town that had an old country store where I would purchase my dogs collars that also came with an engraved name tag. Upon moving, I didn't think I'd be able to find the same type of quality product.

Instead of the metal plate replace it with custom stitch work embedded into the collar itself allowing more flexibility is a thought. The one I got from you guys was amazing unfortunately my dog was slightly too small to wear it was to hefty and the connector pieces always made the collar point downward no matter what way you tried to turn it.
Excellent service and super quick response. Everything went as advertised, no hiccups excuses, or hang ups. This is the ways businesses should operate. Cheers to them having their poop in order. I would highly recommend them and will be using them on the future for my dog needs.
