Saturday I received a package from Chewy of 10 bags of Greenies. I hadn't ordered them yet so I was puzzled as to how they were ordered and sent to me. I went online to order a few bags of Greenies along with my dog's food. I was shocked to find out that Chewy had somehow, without my authorization, started sending me this huge order of Greenies via AutoShip which I never have used. WATCH YOUR ORDERS PEOPLE! If I were you I would not use Chewy's "Autoship" and you might get more than you bargained for. Now I have to wait for them to receive my return shipment before they credit my account. I have never had an issue with Chewy and all in all like them but this was a huge error on their part, one in which I am paying.
Woke adgenda promotes people void of merit. Company is completely disorganized and toxic most of which shareholders have no idea about. The company is blowing money left and right to the point it is not sustainable. Very unfair and biased atmosphere all the excellent leaders that would make the company great either were wrongly fired or left the company. We normally have a good experience ordering from Chewey but had a bad one this time, placed an order it offered a discount code so we used it, everything went through fine until we receive an email cancelling our order saying code had been used before, this is a perfect example of false advertisement, I spoke to 2 people about this,1 being a manager and they wouldn't make this right so leaving a bad review incase this continues to happen to others. Leaves a bad taste in a customers mouth for sure
Chewy canceled my order just because they didn't like that I used the promotion code they sent me on email! I spent two days emailing them and finally bought the dog's food in another shop. I will never return to them, and will talk about these greedy people to all my friends. Choose another seller, these guys are just awful, don't trust them, your pets will never receive what they need. Customer service also didn't help. Just AWFUL.
Above and Beyond
I have been using Chewy's automatic subscription for my dog's flea/tick medication for over 5 years, but when my dog suddenly died on Thanksgiving, I didn't even think to cancel this subscription. When the medication arrived in the mail, I sent an email to the support team explaining our heartache and wanting to return the medicine and receive a refund, if possible.
The support team was incredible. They responded in genuine compassion, told me I could donate the medicine to a dog rescue near me and they would immediately refund my account and cancel my remaining subscription for me. I was very touched, but then they sent me a beautiful bouquet of sunflowers in memory of my Ivy a week later that left me in tears.
When our family is ready for another dog, we will absolutely be using Chewy whenever we can. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had to call Chewy because I had just bought a bag of dog food for my pup and needed to return it because I had too lay my pup to rest. I had Zero for 12 yrs and it was very had thing to do.
Chewy not only gave me a refund for the food, I received a very nice bouquet of flowers today.
I was very touched by this. I have never had this level of caring from any company.
I will never use another company.

I have been a Chewy customer for over three years and other than a few minor issues, I've never had a problem with them until the past months. They started charging me over a hundred dollars for a deposit in addition to my monthly orders. Was never notified of any changes and when I contact them they claim it's because my stuff comes from different warehouses. My stuff has always come from different warehouses and has never been a problem before. They do put the money back into my account when within two to three business days after my order arrives but I'm on disability and my budget is limited.
Thought I was getting my Dog Food and Toys in 3 days as stated on website. It didn't even schedule to ship until 2-3 days after order was put in (I ordered at night). It was then scheduled to be delivered a week later. I Needed dog food before the next week. I could have went elsewhere had I known the Truth. Now, you know. I do not have a problem with the products, just the Deceptive Delivery Time.
Fantastic customer service and products. Our beloved Buddy passed away and they are the most caring, compassionate company we have ever done business with. When we get another dog, we will continue to get our products from Chewy. Thank you!
Ordered Simparica Trio on May 31 now June 10 still nothing! Called their customer service and asked if I needed to mail or email the prescription to them, they said ''no, we sent two emails to your vet, and still waiting to get the approval, call your vet and see what the hold up is'', so I called the vet's office and sat talking to the receptionist until the FIRST email from chewy came through then told ''oh we stopped doing this form a long time ago, now you just download the script to their portal''. Would've got my dog's med a week ago had I not gotten a circle jerk!
Update: I was just randomly charged for $86 from Chewy for an order I never placed. They canceled my previous orders without explanation the past 3 months, but then randomly bill me for an order I did not place? This screams FRAUD.
They have canceled my order the past 3 times for no reason. They refuse to respond to me regarding the orders. If they don't want people to use the auto ship discount, then they need to stop offering them. I have since found a reliable supplier for my pet supplies. But be warned. Just because your order goes through, doesn't mean they will honor and ship it.
I have been a loyal customer of Chewy for years now. They are amazing! I have had two times when I needed to return an item--either I bought something that was the wrong size or I bought the wrong food, and both times they refunded me immediately. I didn't even need to return either item! They let me just donate the item (or keep it) and they refunded me anyway! Their customer service is impeccable and I have never, ever, experienced a company so devoted to pets AS WELL AS their customers. I never go on line to leave a review. But, in this case, they deserve my efforts.
I've purchased a few items from Chewy and I barely reach out to customer service but the couple of times I did I was pleasantly surprised by the magnificent customer service I received every time. In my opinion, chewy is number one in customer service. The items are also of good quality and the prices are reasonable.
If anyone uses CHEWY as a delivery service for dog food they are terrible at customer service and very OVERPRICED. Better off going and giving your business to PETCO or another delivery service. Chewy is absolutely horrible. They advertised a dog house as being waterproof and can he outdoors. In fact it is not at all. It rained the next day after receiving and I had it outside. It leaked really bad. I contacted them and told them even sent pictures. They told me to donate it and that I'd get a refund. So I did that. Now after I donated it and never got my refund they now want me to return it. How can I return it after I already donated it to a shelter and even have proof of that too. Now they have stolen 200.00 from me and telling me too bad. Absolutely horrible company and customer service
My orders were delivered further from the porch each time and the last box with food was placed next to the trash can in front of the house. I find it very rude and disrespectful. I have a rotator cuff injury. I called Chewy to express my concern and I never received a callback or any email as a follow-up to address the situation. Very disappointed!
Not only does their easy auto ship option with simple adjustments make it so easy to keep up with prescriptions and food, this company goes above and beyond. They sent birthday cards to your pet and a Christmas card every year. I also randomly got sent a personalized hand drawn portrait of my pet for national dog month—it literally made me cry. I will forever be a Chewy customer!
Deliveries of my pup's prescription dog food and treats were always on time. The customer service folks I spoke with on the phone over the years could not have been nicer or more helpful.
My beloved little pup, Angus passed away a week ago. I had recently received his Chewy.com order of prescription food and treats, but never opened the box. Not only did Chewy.com say they would gladly issue me refund, but said to I could donate that delivery to our vet's office (which I did). This afternoon I received a lovely bouquet of flowers accompanied by a heartfelt sympathy note from the Folks at Chewy.com in memory of my dearest little Angus. Chewy.com's kindness and thoughtfulness at this sad and difficult time has been above and beyond. I can not thank them enough.
Purchased $300,3 story Frisco Wire/wood Playpen for pet. Upon opening, discovered the pan in bottom was damaged leaving sharp, broken places. Initially chatted with customer service with the recommendation of sending the entire thing back and getting a new one or looking on Amazon to find a replacement pan. Seriously?. This thing is heavy and takes an hour and a half to assemble. They refuse to just open up another one like it and send me the pan. Ridiculous. Final resolution, a credit of $60 to my credit card. Now for $240 my pet has a broken piece of crap from Chewy.com. Not the warm and fuzzy they like to advertise. Should have bought from Amazon, They even know it themselves. Would have been no hassle,
Answer: No trouble at all. They have the best customer service/replacement/refund practices I've ever encountered. By all means, contact them again if you're having an issue.
Answer: If you are having trouble returning an item, call Customer Service and ask them to assist you. My understanding for returns is any item can be returned, even if it has been used you may return it within 1 year of original purchase. Their Custom Service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. So, if you work odd hours you don't to wait until Customer Service is available.

Answer: Ever thought of reading the FAQ posted on EVERY SINGLE COMPANIES WEBSITE to answer your own questions? Companies post these FAQ's for a reason. Too bad people are too lazy to read them. Then you scream at the reps you speak to due to your own stupidity levels in NOT READING A COMPANIES POLICIES. FYI it is a CONSUMERS RESPONSIBILITY to read those policies as the company already knows their own policies. FYI shipping from the USA to Canada cost customs fees and taxes which are NOT refundable and if you chose to return an item you will will incur these fees again and YOU are responsible for paying for them not the company you do business with. International shipping also requires proper documentation to get packages through customs. Not every USA company has the man power to deal with this enormous amount of work nor do they wish to deal with the headaches involved with shipping outside of the USA. How so many of you Canadians do not know this information is mind boggling.
