Love the collars so far. Only had about almost 2 weeks now. Both bright green and two different sizes that fit great. Name plate turned out good also. My two boys seem to be able to loose any id or extra visibility I give them when running so I hope these do the trick! Thank you!
The quality is top notch. However if you have small dogs it's very bulky & heavy. My dogs also get freaked out all being on top of each other & so close. I personally wish it was a lot lighter for them.
Got this for my 9 week old yellow lab puppy. The diameter is bit too thick for a puppy this small, but it works fine for getting a quick collar and leash on her for potty time. As she grows, it will be a lot less overpowering. It's very well made and an excellent buy. As with most of the British leads, it tends to curl up. A simple swivel in any of these leads would make life so much easier.
We bought two dog collars one for each dog, but they were in different areas. The larger camouflage collar is waterproof as desired, put the pink camouflage was not, and we thought it would also be waterproof. Guess I should have read description more closely. We will be ordering another though, that is waterproof for the smaller dog she doesn't stay wet around the neck during the bird hunts.

Got my first collar, shipping was fast as usual. But the O-ring on it was too small. So had to contact them and get it all figured out. Sent me out a new collar with a return label for the other one no problem. New one was as expected--I've bought several other collars in the past--and everything turned out.
Ordered two brass name plates. This was to be attached to the side of a handmade wood cutting board. I am a hobbyist and this was my first cutting board. The text is NOT in a straight line as shown on the samples on the website. Not what I expected, not what was shown on web site. See attached picture. Price was very reasonable, but the photos on the website should reflect the product that is being sent out.
All is good.A little mislabeling on the ship and billing addressee but was handled very quickly.I was to able to use the product shipped maybe two days later but it work itself out.Once again no problems on our end
The collars work great. I would have liked them to have the option to give a warning beep before you have to shock. I ordered two additional collars, neither one of them had holes in it. How do you use a collar without holes? I'd put them in myself, but they'd probably just tear.
I complained to a dog trainer that after trying several solutions to stop my dog barking none worked. She recommended Garmin Barklimiter Series. I went to the web and bought it from Outdoor Dog Supply. The process was easy and the collar arrived soon after. Once I fitted the collar on the dog with the appropriate setting it has made all the difference. Instead of the annoying barking, he now whines a little and then stops.
Ordering and collars are wonderful. Delivery was horrible. The FedX driver threw the package in my yard and drove off. I came out the door just as he did it. There was no excuse for such behavior. He didn't honk or call to tell me he was here. I heard the truck and came out immediately.
I placed my order for a collar on the 18th of August, 2021. I emailed the company and got no response. It still wasn't here by September so I called the first weekend of September and they said someone would get back to me. No one did. So I called the following week and they say the collar got lost in the mail and a new one will be sent out. I get a call today saying that the collar size and color is on back order. I tell the person I just want my money back and they hang up on me! Horrible. The worst experience I've had with online shopping by far.
Will not do business with them again called to order drive track 71 bundle for 319 was told that was sale price from a week ago would not honor it even though it still listed for that price
The manual for the collar says it should take 5 hours to charge a fully depleted battery. This one was still red after a full 24 hours. Does the battery get changed when it's refurbished?

I bought an extra collar for Garmin Alpha 300. The Garmin ended up being way more than what I needed so I returned it and had no need for the extra collar I had bought from Outdoor Dog Supply. Money was promptly refunded. No questions. No hassles.

I needed to replace a collar, and yes I placed an order and submitted it, not half an hour later I'm getting a call that my order was being reviewed and they catch a mistake I made and I appreciated the fact they were already working on my order and didn't assume anything when they caught the mistake and made a phone call. Very nice collars for all of my dogs who spend a lot of time outside around our property. I love the customization part in the collar tags. The collars themselves are good quality and work nicely. We have two Pyrenees mountain/Rottweiler mix dogs and 1 German short haired pointer. We ordered the larger size for two bigger dogs and the medium size for our pointer. I highly recommend them!
Great price on product I needed to keep the family pet in the yard. Had several options for color of collar. Other sites selling the same product did not offer Choice of collar color. Product arrived today n two days which was a huge plus. I always use Outdoor Dog Supply for products associated with my hunting hounds and family pets and recommend to anyone needing similar products. Great company to do business with.

We received your email on Sunday, August 29th informing us that your package was missing. We replied the next morning at 9:20 AM and told you that the package appeared stuck or lost, and to reach out to us that Wednesday if you hadn't received it. The calls over the weekend as calls are taken by an answering service, who forward callback info to our customer service reps. We apologize for failing to call you back if that is the case. You called the next Thursday, September 9th, inquiring about the status of the package, and we informed you that it was still lost, and we would reship it. The customer service rep who assisted you was not aware that we are now out of the particular size and color collar that you ordered, as it was backordered with the manufacturer. We called you back the next day and left a voicemail, and you called back about an hour later at 12:58 PM. When you informed that customer service rep that you would like a refund she replied "Absolutely, yeah we can go ahead and cancel and refund the order for you." to which you replied "Okay, Thank you" after which the call ended. Your refund was processed 4 minutes later at 1:02 pm. While it is unfortunate that your package was lost, that is a failure of the post office and outside of our control. We strive for excellent customer service, and while it is unfortunate the situation unfolded as it did, we strongly feel that we did the best we could for you under the circumstances.
