The 3 stars is due to the customer service and return options. I've bought many items off the site and am typically satisfied. My last purchase was disappointing. I ordered a sherpa hoodie and sherpa SLIPPERS. Imagine my surprise when my "slippers" were actually sherpa-lined plastic clogs (feel like crocs). When I inquired about exchanging, I was referred back to the site and found I could ship back at my cost, and the whole process would take about a month. Well, pointless for me since the cost to ship back is almost what paid for my non-slippers. However, if I make any future purchases, I will see if I can order it elsewhere first (heard some items on Amazon) that has much better customer service and return policy.

The reason we cannot pay for returns is due to the nature of our business. We first, offer very discounted shipping to you initially, but due to us donating percentages of our revenue to charity we also cannot afford to pay for returns.
