Although the shirt I ordered looked great, it was very cheaply made. The first time my wife put it on the sleeve basically just came unraveled! I bought it for her as a present to wear on St. Patrick's Day but because returning it would not get me a replacement back in time for SPD, I just had to sew it up myself! I paid $30 for a shirt that was worth about $5. Total crap and I wont ever buy anything from here again!
I purchased several samples and most items the screen print cracked apart after a single wash, worsening very quickly. I've tried multiple times to reach a human to obtain a refund and now my order is erased from my account on the website so I cannot produce the item list/proof of purchase so I screen shot the order number I had included in an email. I am very disappointed in the quality of product and customer service of this company. Would not recommend

Tee spring seems to have cut its customer service staff. Issues take a long time to be resolved, as a Creator I would place spot orders for giveaways, and if it actually got made the orders would be wrong ie. Wrong color shirt size and blurry.
I have had other people contact me saying they received the more than they ordered or double orders and I would have to just say keep it as a give since they where not charged.

Me and my friends ordered 4 shirts with the same design on it to wear together. All of them proved to have issues with the quality of the print on them, with mine flaking up to where the logo was practically indecipherable. Admittedly, the front logo was not nearly as bad as the back was but is useful to prove how terrible one load of the washer affected this shirt. This "comfort tee" has left me and my friends disappointed, especially considering what it could mean for the future of our merch store.

I ordered a wife and husband Christmas shirt in one order. First shirt arrived in about a week, looks great but still waiting on the other. It still says its has yet to ship. Only reason for 3 star rating. Would rate higher
Today I am unable to size a design once placed on a t-shirt. Worked yesterday. Customer service takes days to respond to CHAT! Fuggetabout talking to an actual person. Also, I cannot add two designs on the same style garment, and total listings are limited. Finally, just received my first sample with printing on the back and the shirt sticks to my leather chair. What's that about. I love the layout of the store (adding items in a desired order is a real chore) but am, overall, too disappointed to continue with the service. Pity
This company is absolute trash. They impeded my ability to purchase and refused to deliver a T-shirt to me because it had the words God's Army.

I ordered 2 Lucas the Spiders and guaranteed delivery end of October/ early November to Australia. They are for 2 special needs children for Christmas. I have contacted Customer service 5 times with no response. It has totally ruined Christmas for these kids now. I hope they are happy NOT. It has also cost me over $70 which is a HUGE amount for my family. Absolutely disgusted.

I'm writing this review as a consumer. I purchased a tank top with a design from one of my friends. It was very soft and the fit was great but after just two washes, the entire shirt is covered in pills and the screen printing is cracked and faded. The entire shirt looks like it is at least 10 years old after just two washes in cold water. The prices are very expensive for such poor quality shirts. I reached out to customer service and told them how terrible the shirt looked but never heard back from them. I will never purchase from Teespring again.

Its not often that I run into a business that treats their customers so well... It's easy when things go as planned but the best companies are able to take a potentially negative situation (request for return) and turn it into a positive experience! My shirt was not as I expected, and it was a custom job... so, I could return the item if I really wanted to, but there was no item to replace it... Nancy explained the details in a concise and kind manner and instantly offered a great solution..."take a look at our inventory and pick out something you like as a replacement"... Although she was not able to replace my special t-shirt I was made to feel special and got a nice replacement as well.

I Purchased this shirt and after one wash, the printing was virtually gone. I have tried to contact them with their form, but all I got was radio silence. Really disappointed. I will likely avoid these guys in the future.

Twice so far in the month I have had a Teespring store I have had completely legal and uncontroversial designs removed over concerns about copyright issues-I think. All they do is say we have removed your design, and read this link (which doesn't work, btw) to "try and understand why." In both cases, I put EXACTLY the same design on Etsy, Teepublic, Redbubble and Zazzle in addition to Teespring, and in both cases Teespring was the ONLY one with a problem. It was some art that I got from Creative Fabrica that I pay for, and I even altered it. It is a waste of time to put any designs in my store when I have to deal with my totally legal, uncontroversial designs get removed WITHOUT discussion, incorrectly. I filed a counter-something or other over it, but if they screw me again, I will go elsewhere. Irritating waste of time.
I ordered two T-shirts well over a month ago. I received one but not the other. I have sent multiple emails and tried to connect to somebody via chat but it's constantly unavailable and I get error message. At this point the time has come and gone for me to need that T-shirt. I would like a refund but I cannot get a hold of anybody. Seriously disappointed.

The mug I ordered came in broken unfortunately, but I think this was from the shipping company. It took a bit of digging to find the contact information as the automatic help service doesn't work very well. I got a reply in less then 24 hours from Harold and am very impressed and grateful that he was able to help me quickly and with no issues. Thank you very much for the help Harold!
Having the read the reviews here I was concerned that I had made a bad purchase. I am happy to report I had no issues. My T-Shirt was received in 15 days from my order. Shipped from Texas to Canada. It's a good quality Fruit of the Loom shirt and it's the right size. The stencil is exactly as advertised on Facebook. Just posting here that not all purchases are bad from this company.
We have had a good experience with TeeSpring except for the delivery of the orders. For some reason, the company they choose to deliver the packages do a terrible job and we still have not received some of our orders for a month now. The one that we did receive had a very small label with very small text that the local delivery person complained they tried every one on the street until they found us. Tracking numbers never work, so we have no clue where our package is. Until this shipping issue is sorted out, I cannot recommend TeeSpring.

It has been nearly a month since my review and Teespring continues to ignore my request for refund. I notified them today that if I do not receive refund today I have no choice but to dispute their $31.41 charge with my credit card company.

I ordered 4 shirts for my husband and brother for Christmas. One was cancelled by the company because there weren't enough orders to print it - so I only got 3 of the 4 I wanted. It took FOREVER to receive them. One was good, one was okay, and the third was total crap. The printing was extremely blurry and looked awful. I contact them, initiated a case, sent photos repeatedly, and NO RESOLUTION.
- T-shirt quality as low as possible, super thin fabric, very few threads, bad print that looks like it was washed 20 times already, fabric smells like cheap, chemical color
- packaging was real bad, shirts arrived completely crumpled
- package not properly declared, stuck in customs for about a month
- completely ridiculous shipping costs ($20 to Europe)
Stay away from this site, there's others out there, which provider a much better service and quality. My experience with e.g. JINX or Qwertee was a lot more satisfying.
