I ordered 2 large t shirts from these people who delivered them to someone else.
They refuse to take responsibility for it and send me what I paid for.
Good thing I only lost 36 bucks... it could be worse, although their customer service IS the worst.
From start to finish my experience was one of the best I've ever had with an online purchase... They can help you find a size that will fit just right if your not sure what size to get. They will answer any question promptly and shipping date is sit on with what they send in your email... I would definitely recommend Teespring to everyone I know...
I actually just re-ordered a "Paratrooper" t-shirt that I bought last year. I really got good wear but I wanted to be prepared with the same design in case they stop printing it. I would say that the true sign of quality product is for the customer to repeat their business. I have now ordered 5 shirts from TeeSpring and am perfectly satisfied
I have been going back and forth via email. Beware! There is no phone communication available I emailed the company because I ordered a few different orders and they were quick to take my money. But the first order never arrived. After spending hundreds of dollars on merchandise, they (Deborah and the manager, Cindy) were NOT helpful at all. And then to say to send back the shirts from the first order in order to get a refund? Seriously, I now know why their ratings are so low. Very disappointed. I ordered the products to acknowledge public volunteers. I'm disheartened by the entire thing!

You can't talk to a human so you have to send an email that nobody will reply to. I sent 2 emails and NEVER got a response! It's just about impossible to get in touch with anybody at this company. Wish I would've read the reviews before ordering from Teespring. I will certainly be sharing my bad experience on to social media. Paying separate shipping charges for each item ordered is absolutely ridiculous! I tried to cancel my order and of course, nobody responds to that email. This company is a complete joke! STAY AWAY!

TeeSpring offers non-profit organizations a chance to raise much needed dollars. The quality of their products are great and I enjoy being able to help out while getting a cute t-shirt that not only looks good but helps advertise and inform others about great, well-deserving organizations.
I don't know if they could have used any thinner material on the long-sleeve t-shirt I ordered. Washed it initially, only to find out that it looked wrinkled, especially where the silk screening was applied (because of the pathetic thinness). Also, there really were no sleeve cuffs, like they just folded in a small amount of the material in and sewed it. If this is a typical product offered, I will not be doing business with them again. I'd be embarrassed if I was wearing a this shirt as a representation of company quality.
Last I heard my shirt was in Indianapolis. It is taking forever, still not sure if it will come at all. Disappointed to say the least. This was for my daughter. I've ordered from them before and always had decent luck. Don't think I will Anymore.

Without any explanation nor warning, they disabled my account, took all my profits and basically threw me out the door without even hearing my side or explaining what would happen to my customers who paid for a product. They are actual thieves! F them. Never again!
This is the worst company! The womens t-shirts I ordered were all way too small. One of the shirts came in with no design on the front. I needed these shirts for an event and now we are short one. When I emailed about the problem they said they could send another shirt, but not guarantee I would have it by the event date. What good does that do me? I want a refund!

The products were nice but very slow to print and ship. They say that its due to a campaign must be complete but i ordered this thru a youtube who should have these items in stock. Poor communication by the seller

The order got screwed up from TeeSpring to the carrier. Past the deadline for delivery for a few days, I contacted TeeSpring. Customer No Service was numb. Repeated attempts to get the matter resolved just elicited more rubbish communication. Finally, she blamed it on somebody else and would have the shirts printed again. Further delays, and no offer of free shipping, nothing for ~ 2.5 months. Embrace the suck. Well, not again. No way.

Is anybody else having issues with this website? I ordered something over two weeks ago, I was charged right away, I can't get any answers to where my order is and now that I'm upset it won't let me cancel it.
The printing on the shirts I ordered do not match the dimensions or placement of my designs at all. They shrunk the dimensions, making the QR code I included in my design totally useless because it was too small to be read now. Additionally, the printing itself was very careless and sloppy. The prints were not centered at all, plus they were crooked. Bad customer service experience as well. I've emailed their support and they just replied that they'll hand off the issue for someone else to handle... I have yet to receive any followup email. There's no phone number to call and the live chat is no help because they just tell you to email customer support.

Their website claims that 80% of orders are printed at their local facility. They ship each item ordered separately with inflated shipping fees and claim that it is because orders are printed by whichever facility is best equipped to print a specific item. 3 black t-shirts of the same size and manufacture, each a different version of the same "I Don't Need Therapy..." line from the same company, all ordered on the same day were shipped separately using the justification above. Print quality is poor (don't expect them to keep looking good after more than a few washes.) Want decent shirts? Go buy "The Mountain" brand instead. They are more expensive, but probably equal out after shipping costs are factored and look like new for years.

Quality not up to par - shirts I bought were sloppily printed and would never be sold in a store given such poor quality. Print was blurry and misaligned. Fabric was thin as well. Since there are hundreds of online T-shirt printers out there, why would I or anyone else give our business to a company that doesn't produce a good product?

Placed an order for a shirt I would never have found anywhere else (guaranteed) & it arrived much quicker than the date posted. I love the shirt, picture is as presented on line & the quality is excellent. However... I had one inquiry, a minor concern & contacted customer support the same night the shirt arrived. In less than 24 hrs, Robert (from customer service) & I were e-mailing back & forth & he explained things to me so clearly & resolved the issue professionally, courteously & wicked fast. This makes me happy to know good quality & customer oriented companies do exist & I would not hesitate one bit to do business with them again.
UPDATE: I'm still waiting for my payout. All I get a completely made up excuses. I know of 2 other people selling on Teespring with the exact same problem. They claim multiple orders on my items were made with fraudulent details. However they are profiting from it and not paying me. How is that fair?
It's been almost 2 weeks and I still haven't received my payout. My account was disabled with almost $600 pending. $318.60 of which I requested a payout 12 days ago. The only explanation I get doesn't make sense and after asking them to review it, days ago, still now answer. I get the feeling they don't have the cash flow... Don't waste your time, money and energy trying to sell on Teespring.

I ordered 6 shirts and was reasonably happy with the product. Print quality was good, but the fabric felt cheap.
However, I had to pay shipping on each individual item even though the order was placed as one order. This meant that the cost of shipping to New Zealand increased the total cost of my order by almost 40%.
It's ridiculous that they don't offer better shipping options.
Almost every other online clothing company I've ordered from offers consolidated shipping to reduce costs except teespring. This is the main reason I would not recommend this site, particularly to overseas customers.
