Love this company! Realized first address was incorrect and the shirt was already on its way. I contacted TeeSpring and they said, "no problem, when it arrives we will send it right off again, no charge!" Who gives that kind of customer service anymore?! TeeSpring does!

Today I am unable to size a design once placed on a t-shirt. Worked yesterday. Customer service takes days to respond to CHAT! Fuggetabout talking to an actual person. Also, I cannot add two designs on the same style garment, and total listings are limited. Finally, just received my first sample with printing on the back and the shirt sticks to my leather chair. What's that about. I love the layout of the store (adding items in a desired order is a real chore) but am, overall, too disappointed to continue with the service. Pity
I have exactly the same situation as everyone else here. They finally responded to my question on Facebook messengers, no response whatsoever when I contacted them on their support site. They claim they have delays in production due to high demand. They could at least update their customers, worst customer service ever.
I've opened a case with PayPal and will file a claim if my order doesn't ship in the next two weeks.
Still waiting on the last item of my 6 item order... sizing calculator definitely needs to be adjusted, it appears different manufacturers are used even when ordering all from the same seller. Sizes fit different when ordering from same seller... materials are different as well... very expensive shipping for within north america. Still waiting on customer service to address my issue. Only 2/5 items fit/are acceptable currently. Will probably cost me quite a lot to ship back sizing errors even when I exaggerated my physical stature to account for how I like my clothes to fit. Will write another review in a month or two when all is said and done... currently 2/5 stars

Ordered a sweatshirt (one size bigger just in case), waited almost a month and I got one which sleeves are still short, the print on it way smaller than shows on their website and also it was printed misaligned... No purchase with them again... :(
I had ordered wrong size, used the sizing tool on site, it was way too big. I contacted customer service to ask how I go about exchanging it. They made the process simple as could be and sent me out a new shirt. Amazing customer service. Love tee springs
We are fans of Tee Spring and will keep using them. However, we find it difficult to really connect well with our customers through the interface, and the online store front is entirely too limiting. We could sell more shirts if we could show off all the styles and colors we have selected. Still, they have done everything they said they would do and in a very timely manner. Just not a "raving" fan yet...
Payment was taken instantly. Waited over a week, did not receive anything, so contacted T spring. Reach them on a Friday. Was told that it would ship on Monday, which would be 10 days after payment was taken. Waited almost another week, and the item arrived. When it arrives, it was much smaller than expected, and of mediocre quality. I ordered this for ma car for Halloween, and didn't receive until into November. In fact, I still haven't even put it on my car yet. Fast to take payment, very slow shipping and delivery, not the greatest product.

I was very excited about opening a store on Teespring and bought a domain name and uploaded designs to sell. I got people actually liking my designs and buying them, but no delivery. Orders were placed more than 2 weeks ago and there's no customer service rep you can call for any inquiries. I feel very disappointed and embarrassed and ripped off. I was looking forward to promoting my merchandise business and went to the extent to promote it on Facebook and Instagram and creating great, original designs. If you're going to rip people off, be transparent about it and just go out of business. You don't have any real deadlines and no support at all and as an aspiring business owner, that is heartbreaking and disappointing. I'm moving my custom domain name I bought from you and opening my store somewhere else where there's more integrity and accountability.

Shirts were supposed to be here by April 28 and that date has come and gone! Tracking hasn't been updated in over a week and still have no idea where my order is! This doesn't bode well for this company and after reading reviews, which I should have done before ordering, I would never had used this company! Never again!

I purchased a gift for my sister and when I received the item there were white streakings due to a poor print job with pictures attached and the sizing chart was not informative. I emailed them about specifics in regards to their sizing chart (they of course responded to that email) and they pretty much copied and pasted their information already on their website.
On their website, they state "30 Day "Make it Right" Policy: Here at Spring, we want to make sure you love your order and if for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we're here to make things right. As long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, we'll provide a solution."
I have now emailed them for a THIRD time and have received no response whatsoever. Super frustrating especially since this was a gift. By the time they get back to me, it will be out of the 30 day period. Do not recommend purchasing from them due to their poor quality and lack of response from customer support.

I spent hours creating shirt designs, sweaters, and even stickers. I was trying to sell merch to customers that wanted to support my company. When a customer actually bought something it never arrived, I had to pay out of pocket to my customer and apologize about the situation. I then tried ordering a bunch of samples to see what the issue is and the same thing happened. I spent over $150 ordering a sample and nothing, tried reaching out and no contact all. Do not make the same mistake I did.

I think TeeSpring is a great source to create your own t-shirts and design. The platform is easy to use. The shipping is outrageous. $4 per shirt on an order that was placed together. Also one of the shirts I ordered for myself is small on my 10 yr old. If they could bundle products so that there was a flat shipping charge I would use again. Until then I'm going back to using a local company to produce. I also reached out via email to ask about the shipping charges... never got a response.

Everything from set up to print to receiving has been a nightmare. My samples came, all off register. I ordered stickers, all had some weird shape. They are sending all new. Customers bought, and their shirts are also off in printing. Disaster. If you want to start or stay in business, avoid Teespring at all costs.

Super frustrated that I spent $85 on 3 tshirts for earth day for our family and the quality is absolutely horrible. No one wants to wear them. The screening was horribly done on all three of them, the tshirts are an itchy cotton and there's no phone number or refund available. Do NOT BUY from Teespring!

I have to admit the turn around time between order and delivery was impressive. HOWEVER, the Quality of the t-shirts is far less than expected. They are Haynes... very thin, very cheap t-shirts. The neck is way bigger than normal and gets worse when washed. The shirt lettering and design is OK but again is quite unimpressive after the first wash. In general I would suggest you spend your hard earned dollars somewhere else...

I liked the customer service. It was on point in terms of response time and offer of resolving the size issue. However the shirt itself, which is Hanes Nano, is a poor shirt choice. Not sure if its who designed the shirts decision to make it Hanes Nano instead of something more quality. The shirt was bigger than expected, the neckline is gigantic and the material is thin. That thin material is perfect for hot weather, but the rest of the year you might as well fold it away until summer comes around again. Would I still buy from Tee Spring? Hells yeah! Do I need to be notified what the shirts are being printed on before purchase? Hells yeah! Am I happy still? Hells yeah! Because that customer service was boss.
For about a month or so I have not been able to add new items to my listing on Spring. It keeps giving a error message. I've done a multipoint inspection to ensure my designs are the correct resolution, browser, laptop, you name it. I even tried using their logos and text tool and keep getting an error message. Then there are items in my store that are no longer available and I can't remove them. I've been chatting with agents who have not resolved this issue and this is a big problem for my clients. Customers like consistency and I like to reciprocate it. What's the point if you can't add new items or designs to your store! This has been the worst experience ever.

Edit to original post: Teespring has made good on my transaction. Bottom line, they followed up with excellent communication and have issued me a full refund. It is possible the original artwork was not high quality enough, but teespring went above and beyond to make things right with me. It is nice to see good customer service these days.

Prints come out blurry and do not look high quality. When contacting them, they said this was normal. Would not recommend purchasing from them or using them to print you shirts.
