It's hard to get into with all the stuff you have to do so you can use the website. It should not be that hard getting there so you can do things online.
Experience unbelievable for VA.kept getting Error on your portal.completed thru to document download. Then your system came up with an error on the system side.kicked me to a AI chat.which was not any help.ended up frustrated and signed out.trying to use QuickSubmit is a joke. I'll try going to a Regional Office for help submitting my DD 214's for Disability claim pending.
I went through the process which walked me through step by step and it was super easy. It's a trustworthy site. I would definitely recommend it to anybody.

Everything is way too complicated for senior citizens. We don't all work on computers. We don't know how to do pictures how to do all this stuff and there's nobody to help us nobody to answer the phone you want us to do online chat, which is nothing but more complications. It's just the same old thing everywhere you go no good customer service.
I had to create a new account, and in order to get verified I had to download the front and back of my DL which was not a big problem but taking the selfie video was tricky.
I used ID.me as recommended on IRS.gov in order to request some needed documents.
The good:

* I kept getting kicked out during the "enter your driver's license pics" portion. Take your pics before you start the process!

* Although I was promised that there would be an opportunity to remove some of my data, once the process completed, it was locked in. DONT start this if you don't intend them to have a bunch of personally identifying data... I figure the government has it all anyway, but it's startling to see it all listed and you can't take it back.
My main concern was getting my ID photograph. I'm driver license into the system. At the verifying my information I realize my phone number was incorrect. I tried several times but the system did not take my phone number. Kind of strange. They sent me messages on my phone, but it did not correct my home address phone, which is my cell phone bottom line satisfied I realize everybody got a job to do and I'm just hoping that we work together thanks. Great job.

I tried to complete id me with verfication from my flip phone. Could not get my copy of dl to source, would not accept it, so i used a family members smart phone to complete the process. I can use my flip phone to receive the 6 digit phone code with no problem though. After the verification process was complete, i have no problem with getting into the irs and checking messages...
