The worst and most annoying experience dealing with arrogant and disrespectful staff. Almost impossible to submit a formal complaint and the so called supervisors do not contact you. TERRIBLE SERVICE and CUSTOMER SERVICE, they are as useless as a THREE DOLLAR BILL.

Impossible to log into my account with the CORRECT password and email entered MANUALLY! Impossible to talk with a live agent! Had to go through hoops, and in the end, still had to change my password! THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS!

I tried uploading document images more than ten times and they were rejected, since I was uploading them from my laptop, while the same images were accepted when I uploaded them from my phone. There was no instruction on the website to upload them directly from the phone without going through WhatsApp.
I lived and worked in America for almost 20 yrs so now in retirement I receive social security and have to file taxes. This method of verification is excellent for me as I now live outside America. The process of being permitted to enroll was very efficient, with a live video call to prove who I am, including verification of id paperwork. I feel extremely safe and confident in using ID.me.
Do not give over your biometrics to this company. Give up your license before allowing them to collect this intimate information. It is not worth it in the long run.
