I was able to get the right documents within a few minutes and give them to the receptionist whom I sent a email and text with files within a few minutes after I was asked about the documents

I enjoy have id.me it is a good thing to have when you need it to get into anything you need to access far as government programs.

Great to know about this it was a good idea to definitely try it out. Now I understand bit about it the more I learn about this..

There were 2 sites I could sign in on. I chose the first one and nothing went right. I couldn't upload my id, because my Parkinson's makes me shake. My son instructed me on using a prop for my son, but then it wouldn't verify. I gave up, said I would go to the SS office. Kept putting it off, but finally checked id.me, and easy peasy! I loved being id verified by a person! Took time, but great experience.

I was FORCED to go through this process in order to file Form 1099 Misc and NEC with the IRS and of course all of my information is now in the hands of this THIRD party group and if not already taken by
Other groups it surely will be soon.

I had to use ID me to create an account with the IRS to view my tax information. It was fairly quick and easy to do. Someone that does not use electronics would need a helping hand to use ID me.

Months ago i could not get into social security and login gov would not help me. Only chat with a machine that couldn't understand i needed help. ID me answered the phone, found the problem and now i can get social security and va and what ever i need to very easy. Today was a breeze getting access to both

I forgot my login and the system was able to quickly reset my passcode in a couple minutes. Fast and easy. No hassle or chore.

Too many steps and the process may take you having to re start the process multiple times. The process is not compatible for someone over the age of 60.

System asked for multiple verification methods accross multiple unsecured devices tied in by Google. There are FAR more and safer practices now for verification using A. I. do NOT trust this company and their archaic methods of verification YOUR personal information. Need a legal team to look into this company or call the DOJ.
