System is not user friendly with lots of effort required with tech support to complete simple tasks. Need to start over and engage with a professional usability lab with different types of mobile phones. Until then, it will be a bad experience for anyone that has a secure/safe device.
The site is very "User Friendly"with simple directions to follow. Once verified, I can use it to log in other sites without having to go through a process again to get full verification.

While I am not savy to all of the new technology, I hung in there and got it done. It was worth it because I saved almost $60 on a desktop computer purchase.

My email address had changed. It was difficult to access ID.me. Finally staff had corrected my old email to my current. After that was fixed it's easy to access areas that I needed.

D me and submitted there, I'm really not sure if I submitted those documents to the right website because i have not receive any letters or email about it. So I hope I didn't make a mistake those documents are important and confidential.
I was unable to verify a U.S. passport without the help of a customer service video chat agent. That agent was helpful, but I question the premise of state, local, and federal government agencies contracting with a private company to verify (and likely catalogue) citizens' biometric data in order to access taxpayer services. Process took an hour. Would have preferred to chat with video agent directly after first several attempted failed.
