NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! AT ALL... good luck with ever getting an answer or anyone to come online because they won't it's a company that should not be allowed to exist but it's America go figure
Impossible - customer service is just a computer generated response. No one is monitoring the messages.
The emails they sent where automated, never got a real response.
Impossible. Every number I called said the same thing to enter an extension and then it literally hangs up on you.
Good luck... I think it is all robo driven meaning they have standard responses without looking at the question or inquiry.
Cant get ahold of anyone for almost 3 weeks. Ive sent emails, ive called and no assistance what so ever.
You cannot contact a human at idmenow after the nightmare I've been going through I understand why they don't have a good phone number
This company should be investigated and charge with fraud.
