The first two attempts to order appeared to fail: 502 Gateway error. The third one succeeded. Then my credit card called for fraud protection.
I emailed customer support. Although professional and friendly, the representative was unable or unwilling to do anything to assist. I was told that I had to individually check to confirm or cancel each order individually. Each item creates its own order. Therefore reviewing, managing, and tracking is extremely difficult, especially with 9 items ordered 3 times each.
We bought a shirt in November 2016 for $27, and subsequently got charged 14 times of between $18 and $52 per charge from December 2016 to February 2017 before we realized we were getting fraudulently charged by Teespring.com. These were all purchases that we did not order, nor did we sign up for any program that would have recurring payments. Called our credit card company and a fraudulent investigation is happening with TeeSpring right now. Be aware of fraudulent charges by this company. Absolutely find a different place to by a shirt.
I ordered from Teespring in november and was given pre christmas delivery date, the shirt did not arrive and tracking stopped on 17 december. I contacted customer service who replied "your shirt is lost in transit thank you. If there is anything else please contact us" Like knowing it is lost is good enough reason for me to pay them £25. I asked for a refund twice, they offered a partial refund and told me to return the shirt I have not received for a full refund. With this level of incompetent service I would recommend staying clear of them.
Teespring is a rip off. I ordered my shirt on 6/7 but expected delivery is 7/7 - are you serious? Get your act together and run a business better then how you are. What a joke. I will never order from this piece of crap website again. Lesson learned.
It's another one of those internet fronts that sells you stuff in nice looking pictures, and then you might never even get the stuff... or it will arrive months later from vietnam, looking nothing like what you were promised.

We tried to buy an item through this company. Said it was in stock to arrive by Xmas. It didn't. Tracking was never updated. Emails ignored. Found out it hasn't even been made yet. Appalling customer service. Absolute joke.

Ordered from them more than 6 weeks ago but still have not received my order that was apparently shipped 3 weeks ago, not sure where it is coming from for it to be this slow. They certainly charged me right away! Will NOT be promoting this company at all... when I emailed regarding delivery time, the reply was they do not have tracking. What?!?
I am asking for a full refund for goods never delivered. Wish me luck!

Teespring offers quality tees with a great variety of styles and colors. They follow this up with wonderful customer service and quick delivery. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for a "not just your ordinary" tee shirt.
Made a purchase on Teespring for a Coffee Mug, for some reason it deducted double the price from my bank account only to find out that they included a tee shirt in my order. I tried contacting by email (the only easy to reach out to the company). Teespring responded with in a day but played stupid saying that no additional orders were charged and shipped... while going back and forth for a few days... both items shipped days apart from each other. That's when I received the email apologizing for the inconvenience. I'm an avid online shopper... they lost my business that's for sure.

I ordered a t-shirt from their site and they charged my credit card. Never received a confirmation or the product. I tried to get support - they don't have support. Submitted case numerous times but submitting takes me to a page written in German - no response. Absolutely a disgrace when companies operate in such BAD FAITH.

I ordered from this company once, several months ago. Today while grocery shopping with the children this company took over 1200. 00 out of my account. No email or contact in any way. I tried contacting the company yet they are rude and tried to direct me to another company. I have filled fraud charges with my bank and will go further if I am not made whole immediately. BEWARE!

I wish I would have seen the reviews! I ordered a shirt a month ago and was charged for it and never received it. There is no way to get a hold of anyone to talk to a customer service person. I'm reporting this to the better business bureau. I have emailed teespring and only automated responses come back. Also, I've been on the phone with PayPal for literally 1 hour and they don't see the charge, so this company must have figured out how to fraudulently get money out of PayPal without PayPal having notice of it. All around a terrible scam. Buyer beware!
Purchased a canvas from them and not only did it take 4 months to get but I paid just under 50 bucks to receive my product damaged and not even useable. I'm really upset. The customer service is terrible, the products are terrible. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Although the material was marginally satisfactory, I am very disappointed with the quality of printing after paying a considerable amount for the product. The print looks like a child did it and is faint giving a blurred double vision effect when looking at it, which Should not be the case. Will not be ordering from this company again.

Very good experience with order. When I didn't get a confirming email, but saw that PayPal had processed payment, contacted Teespring. Responded right away. As it turns out, I had entered my email with error. They immediately fixed the problem and my product arrived a day earlier. The communications were also very pleasant and helpful. Recommend this business.
Teespring has a really unique offering as it sells designs which are sent in from people all over the world. Each "campaign" only runs for so long before being discontinued, so you want to get what you like while it's there. There's a little bit of everything to choose from and the products themselves are good quality. It is a little expensive at around $20 for a tank top, but the designs are awesome and I've always found it to be worth the money.
Placed an order for Father's Day, it was printed wrong. Sent an email letting them be aware of the matter, they're sending me another. Plus I ended up needing a bigger size so not only did they get me another shirt but they got me another size too. I will be using this company again, excellent customer service!
Quality is terrible. The so-called "tag-less" shirt has tags on it. Image looks like it was drawn on with chalk and will definitely disintegrate in the wash. The shirt shipped a week later than their email confirmation said it would. Sad to say but its complete garbage. There is clearly no quality control or no pride at teespring.com

Ordered 3 times in two days as our group grew. Only one arrived so far and no communication regarding other two. Have not responded to a single customer service online form and no other communication available. Even liked my Facebook comment to this effect. Frankly I am not sure if just disorganized or just dont give a rats...

Ordered my sisters sweaters for christmas and they are super thin and the lettering looks like it will flake off after the first wash/dry! Way over priced and look like I spent maybe $10 on them instead of $85! Never order from them!
