The first two attempts to order appeared to fail: 502 Gateway error. The third one succeeded. Then my credit card called for fraud protection.
I emailed customer support. Although professional and friendly, the representative was unable or unwilling to do anything to assist. I was told that I had to individually check to confirm or cancel each order individually. Each item creates its own order. Therefore reviewing, managing, and tracking is extremely difficult, especially with 9 items ordered 3 times each.
