The merchandise is not as advertised and when you try to return or exchange they just bs for weeks waiting for your credit card dispute window to time out. Sent me an adult shirt with a little graphic intended for the kids size and would not make it good. Asked for photos three times and measurements twice, then said "Due to our privacy policy, I'm not able to share any further details regarding the order in question." I had the credit card charge disputed to get the money back. Check other review platforms, they have poor ratings on all.

Tee shirt is ok. Runs way too small. Decent quality. I paid extra for shipping and it did come in time! Might order again, but may look for better quality items from a different company, because these are pretty pricey tee shirts and are not worth what we pay.

You finish uploading, and they take it down, even if it's all within apparent site regulations! The owner should really consider firing all their employees, and hiring all new + competent employees! I received my tank top within about 3 weeks but would have been really nice to know that sizes run extremely small. So small that it looks like I ordered a kids XL. The material seems really cheap and flimsy too. Not at all what I was expecting. :(
My three case #s for the same issue and that would be an inability to log in due to "Two-tier token" whatever that is. The first one is 36 hours old so out the window is the 24 hour response time. The other two are follow-ups worded differently in effort to maybe garner some attention but alas, nothing. I am a seller, meaning, someone who has what they call "campaigns" going. 5 of them to be exact. I'm new to this whole adventure doing it on the side and had hoped to work on it over the weekend but guess what? The weekend is now over and I have not been able to do one thing. Will be looking at other on demands sites.

I ordered 2 women's t-shirts from Teespring that stated "never underestimate an old woman with a kayak". One was sized Small for my friend who is size 10 normally and an extra large for me (size 14 normally). The XL only just fitted my small friend and the small only just fitted my fairly slightly built 9 year old grand daughter for whom the wording was clearly unsuitable. I wrote to Teespring explaining all this. They wanted me to jump through various hoops which included taking photos with tape measures etc... I refused to do so - wasting my time. If they were serious in wishing to do the right thing by their customers they'd simply just give you a refund. Don't touch them with a barge pole.
I love teespring! I am a returning customer! More times than I'd like to admit but always 100% satisfied! I made mistakes on ordering and they corrected by next day! Also amazing for gifts! Something for everyone!
Really quality art work, quality shirt, and fast service. The only concern noted was that sizes seemed to run a little on the small side. I guess if you are between sizes, go up. Great experience overall.
Don't buy from https://teespring.com/ if you are an international customer. They absolve themselves of all responsibility once they handover to the delivery company and won't help you. Which happened in my case. Item never got delivered and I kissed the money good bye.

I bought one long sleeve shirt, which is poorly made, sleeves don't even match up. Friend of mine liked the shirt... I told him it's not worth the wait and money... took weeks to arrive! He liked the print and wanted one anyways, hard headed dumb $#*!. So I tried ordering him one for Christmas and no luck it's not going through for some reason, mind you, I'm using the same card same address and nothing... lol good for me sucks for him! I'll let him order his own shirt, that way he can see and experience what I mean. You've lost me as a buyer lol and you will soon loose someone else. Lesson learned
I had my credit card # stolen by a Teespring employee, I would never recommend anyone purchasing from them. Their system is not secure and they don't seem to care that they have crooks working for them.

These folks are pretty cool! I ordered a mug that's clearly labeled NOT BLOOD, and got a shipping confirmation... but no mug. A few days after the original ship date, I emailed customer service, heard back within the hour, and they sent it again with no hassle and no additional cost. Now all my employees and coworkers can rest assured that my choice of morning beverage is neither disturbing nor hazardous.
How can pure racist slogans be allowed on T-shirts? I know people create the shirts themselves, but TeeSpring is trying to save a few bucks by not reviewing and preventing shirts that say "I Hate $#*!s" and more shirts by the same sellers.
Therefore the world becomes a more horrible place. They sell simply horrifying products without sufficient review, trying to make a profit from hate and ugliness. It is shameful and infuriating, as well as bad for business. They must stop immediately and prevent selling trash like this ever again.

My parcel got delayed beyond normal waiting time and Ruel offered an exchange at no cost! However the bag finally came and delivered in good condition one day after definitely good quality product and greater customer service!
And no, it's not because no one chooses to buy my merch. I don't know why this buggy mess of a hellish website does this, but it always randomly takes down my merch from being listed to the public, and now I can't do anything to fix it. No reason whatsoever. That's not all. While customer service is relatively helpful sometimes, the website itself is the most non-user-friendly experience I've ever had the displeasure of sitting through. It's extremely difficult to make any nice designs due to how severely they limit the space on apparel, the checkout for customers glitches out like crazy, and it's the most frustrating to manage overall. Do yourself a favor and never use this garbage. Not even worth it for a YouTube channel, like I have!

I've purchased a few t-shirts from this website but won't be ever again. After this company allowed someone to design a t-shirt that read "black women are trash" and actually printed it, I no longer plan to do business with them. As a black woman you can see why this is a topic that hits home.

The artwork is always off. It is either, much smaller than the picture, or not aligned properly. One large order that I placed came in parts over two weeks. We had already waited far too long for that order to begin with. I design and order apparel through them and as a designer I can never guarantee that my clients will get what I advertise. I designed a pair of black leggings that were grey when we received them.
Their design tools are easy to use but there is no way for designers to leave any special instructions. To save money what most companies do is have the same template for all sizes which means that they will use the measurements for the smallest apparel. This leaves the larger apparel with artwork that looks way too small. In the time I have been designing through Tee-Spring (about 2 years) I have made ZERO sales outside of my family and friends.
