It's been a month and still no tshirts. 1st order they sent to an old addresz.not sure how they even got that addy. We ordered the tees for a show we were going to. We didn't have them. Now after being on hold for 2 hours they were going to resend them... still waiting. The tracking says they can't be shipped. I'm pissed and out $$$
I was so excited to see the Gibbs Rules coffee cups. NCIS is my hubby's favorite TV show. Then yesterday the cup came what a dissapointment you can't even read the rules the font is so tiny and they used a gray color ink. He won't even take it to work he's so upset with it. What a waste of $20. Will not shop there again.
I ordered a coffee mug in royal Blue, they confirmed my payment and order then sent me an icky brown one. Several emails later they are accusing me of changing my order (I did not they did and I have the proof) and refusing to rectify their error or a refund. These people are THIEVES AND CON MERCHANTS. I ordered a Gildan hoodie with the John Lennon Imagine lyrics on it... what was delivered is a really bad green tee shirt that says something about graduating from John's Hopkins. It is impossible to contact this company. They are a total fraud and rip off. I don't think I've ever seen a seller as bad as this one... NONE of the order numbers match up, and all inquiries ask for an 8 digit number that does not exist... STAY AWAY!
Ordered 27th July, after constant lies and excuses of its not shipped yet oh yes it has, your order is on its way I still don't have it. Now I've been told it's been delivered and if I don't have it to check with my local post office, OK, which one? Now no response. Joke, total joke. Stop playing games and give me my money back! LIARS! I earnt my money legally you go earn yours the same.
DO NOT BUY! Not true to size and if you order the size according to the size chart on their website it will measure incorrectly and you will never be able to get a refund from the company because they will ignore you and not do the right thing in regards to customer service. They need to refund or provide a shirt that fits correctly, but instead they will ignore you and not respond back even after you send them pictures of the shirt showing incorrect measurements using a tape measure that they originally request the customer to send.
Please Don't waste your money like I did! I've never had a company I've ordered online from make accusations that I'm lying about a garment not being true to the size. The company has a size chart on their website and they requested that I the customer take a picture showing the shirts measurements and send the picture to them just to prove the shirt is too small! How about TeeShiiiit measure their own shirts before mailing them to the customer incorrectly!
Life is good golf shirt. Needed it for a tournament I. Was playing in. I. got it, but. WAY to. Small. Had to go to. A retail store to. Get one to play in. Got the same size. Fit just great. Paid 30.00 for one that didn't for... paid 23.00 for new one. DO NOT ORDER FROM TCHIP. GO RIGHT TO LIFE IS GOOD STORE.

I ordered a t shirt on July 20th. They stated up front that the shirt would be shipped out July 31st. I never got a confirmation email and a still don't have my t shirt, but they have my money sure enough. I went to the site to track my order. If u don't have a confirmation number you can look it up through your email. I tried to do that and no records were found of any order.
Paid with PayPal and haven't had any problems. At least not yet. Love my black cat v-neck tee. Just placed an order for a kitty reaching for the moon. I'll be back if I have a problem.
I ordered an Up inspired autism shirt and am completely satisfied with the shirt. It is exactly as described, the size is accurate, it's a nice quality shirt, and they delivered it in less than a week. I was leery due to other reviews but I would definitely order from them again.
DO NOT EVER get involved with, or order anything online from an outfit called "TeeChip"! They send you no paperwork with your order, you cannot return or exchange items since they are printed "specifically for you", their phone # is almost impossible to find, and when you do you are placed on hold and given the option of leaving a voice mail.
Been over 3 weeks and haven't received my 2 t-shirt order. Customer service just says its courier company's fault and didn't accept any responsibilty... Stil waiting. Will never order from them again
Glad I'm only out £23.50, ordered a t-shirt off them on the 21st July it's now the 11th August and still no shirt.

Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
