They will not give your ordered, I've been there. I ordered on them August 21 2015 till now no response.
I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.

Their stuff is excellent quality. I have bought a L/S shirt, Halloween sweatshirt and now a Charlie Brown a thanksgiving sweatshirt and their quality is excellent and fast shipping. I will keep ordering from them for sure

Read reviews before you send money... they will go out of business if people smart
I would agree 100% with the above comments! This is a scam company and so is 'Family My Love' which is another one of the names they use. I would NOT order from them again. They took over a month to 'make' the T-shirt I ordered... their recordings said it was "due to Covid" and they were "making it perfect". Once it was supposedly shipped, the tracking # did not have any details for a week. Then it seemed to sit for another week where ever it went. After 3 weeks it still was making NO progress. I finally received a refund via my method of payment since it was already considered that the vendor was a scam!
Contact the Indiana Attorney General and the BBB, otherwise you will never get a refund.
