My estimated ship date was Sept 13,2015. Today is Sept 21,2015 and no tracking information is available. I called Teechip and waited for an operator for 15 minutes and when they came on the line; I said hello and was promptly hung up on. I called back and waited 25 minutes to speak to a person. This lady gave me a different tracking number and told me to visit "dhglobalmail.com" for tracking info. That website doesn't even exist. Then I called dhl and was transferred to the consumer shipping dept. The woman there told me the correct tracking website is "webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com". I am thoroughly disgusted by the delay in shipping and the outright lies from TeeChip. I paid $30 for a tshirt and couldn't even get the truth from them. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!
I placed an order almost a month ago and each time I check the tacking # it says no info is a available. I placed my order on the 29th of august and it said I'd have it by September 11th. Then I got an email saying that it's been delayed. So I messaged customer service to see when I'd get it and they told me the 18th of September. Today is the 18th and I still have no tracking # so I messaged them again and they told me that it'd be the 23rd. But they could not guarantee that date because they never make any guarantees on when an item will ship so I asked for a refund and he told me he'd give me 50% off my order which I told him I still didn't want because then I'd still be paying for an item I'm obviously not going to get so I want a refund. He told me I'd have to file a claim and he couldn't tell me a timeframe for when the claims people would be back in touch with me because it's first come first serve. So most likely I will be calling my credit card company to refuse paying them.
Two months later, I did actually get my order... finally! The quality and correctness of my order is how I expected it to be.

Ordered the shirt, paid the money, got nothing. Their "t-shirt campaigns" are really just an excuse to delay making other excuses later. They don't intend to deliver what they advertise. Definitely a ripoff.
I ordered a shirt based on an ad on Facebook. I received a shirt but it was not as advertised (screen-printed missing one of two colors). I have not received a response to emails or calls. Although the shirt design was clever, you run the risk of kissing your money goodbye. I categorically will not do business with them again... and wish I'd seen this review site before I did the one time I did.
They are obviously not a respectable or responsible company. What a scam! Take the money but never deliver the product. I had ordered from Teespring before and they were great! I foolishly thought Teechip would be the same. Never order from them!
Soon as ya order from this Company, you get charged, then you are stuck waiting and waiting until they decide to ship, always delays and hard to get refunds. I would stay away. Never going to order here again. Aug 20th they took my money, needed for gift Sept 13th. Told would ship Sept 1st. Called and was told Sept 14th after another Delay Email.
I ordered a 49er teacher shirt. I recieved it and thr outline on the front is orange and the back is gold! Cant get ahold of anyone to get a new one.
I ordered my shirt on August 22,2015 and my confirmation email stated that its expected delivery would be August 31. I was trying to reach them on 09/03 and finally got through on 09/04. Not to mention I sent 2 emails 09/02. Anyway, she said that the shirt is being printed now and should be to my location by 09/10. I told her the confirmation email stated I would receive emails to update me and never once did I get one. She said "Oh, I am sorry." I said so now I have to wait 10 more days and you guys could not even tell me? She said they were backed up with football season. I am sorry. I don't care what season it is, if you want to keep customers the way to run a company is to under promise and over deliver. Clearly no one told TeeChip that. I too regret my order. Unfortunately, I don't see the BMW related T-Shirt anywhere else and I have to keep my order. If I do not hear anything or receive anything by the 10th I can assure you, I will get my money back. The lady could not seem to care less. I think her name was Yolanda. She needs to work for the Tag Office or DMV. She has the perfect attitude. If she was a little more pleasant, I would not be posting a review to this degree or one at all. TeeChip, please advise..

Man, I wished I'd checked these reviews before placing my order. Was so jazzed to get a "Grateful Meta" shirt which they said would arrive 8/31. It's 9/3, so called customer service. Guy on the line could not have been less helpful, telling me after not being able to find my order at first that it was "being printed". I asked for a refund + he said I couldn; t get a refund but I could file a claim. Then he said the estimated ship date was 9/4, which he may've mentioned earlier, although if it's "being printed" that seems a stretch. We'll see what happens.
I received my order 4 weeks after placing it. The quality of printing on the tshirt was the worst! It was blurry, substantially smaller than shown in the online photo and extremely hard to read.
Getting ahold of customer service is impossible. I was on hold for 28 minutes when it told me a 9 minute wait time. When someone finally answered I was disconnected.

This company used false advertising and sent something that I did not order. When trying to deal with customer support, it was months of me dealing with back and forth emails that lead nowhere. This company stole my money and refuses to give it back and only offers reprints (which guarantee will end up being something I didn't want again). Not only is this company a huge scam but it is also the most inconsiderate company I have dealt with. I hope management is happy because they got what they wanted: another pissed off customer who had their money stolen from them.
I received a faulty product with an off center and crooked design and have been trying for a month to get a replacement. Their web site claims 100% returns on faulty products. I get the run around with emails, Twitter page, and get disconnected every time I call for help. All I want is a replacement t-shirt, that's it. They could care less about my situation. This explains their D- rating with the BBB.
TeeChip is a scam. Could have saved myself $29.00 and all the frustration if I had looked at all of these negative reviews. Don't do business with this company - they also send fake tracking information to Paypal so even starting a Paypal dispute didn't get me my money back.
This company is a fraud and should not be allowed to be in business. Placed an $96 order June 25th, checked tracking on July 11th and it came up as order not found.
We then placed 2nd order on July 11th again for $96 because we thought they never received 1st order.
We received the 1st order on July 28th and found the shirts were wrong not what we ordered.
We have been trying to contact someone to get refund on first order and send 2nd order back, no one returns calls or emails.

Ordered my t-shirt may 9 and received the wrong T-shirts a few weeks later. I have been trying to get the right T-shirt for months now. They keep giving me the claim number and telling me that the claims department will email me, hasn't happened yet.
I'm coming out to California the end of this month. God help this place if its still in business. I'm going to show them what happens when you $#*! with someone's money.

Okay have to re-write this. Backstory is I order a shirt on May 25th the end of the campaign was the 30th the shirt was supposed to ship on June 6th. June 10th I got a delayed message, I tried contacting teechip several times with one response trying to assure me my shirt was still on the way. I tried phoning them and the number they have posted wasn't connecting at all. So today July 7th I finally got my shirt, and after all that waiting they sent it to me on the wrong shirt base. I ordered a fruit of the Loom base and got a Gildan. Some people would say at least you got your shirt. That's true, unfortunatly the person who I bought it for can't wear Gildan because it is an extremly uncomfortable shirt to their skin (they happen to be Autistic) So I'm stuck with a shirt that I can't even give to the person it was ordered for in a size that doesn't even fit me. Hopefully one of my emails will finally get through to them.
So I bought a jumper with a hood on line through a Facebook campaign named "Martin" and received one with Marvin written on it. I have tried 3 times unsuccessfully, to have this exchanged as it was their error. However the response is always generic and a "please call us". I don't even know where in the world they are located, so when do I call? Why can't they just let me know how to fix this problem. REALLY CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
So if anyone knows a "Marvin" who would love a blue hoody in 1XL, let me know because my husband certainly doesn't require it.
Don't use this company. Any issues and they don't want to help or hear from you. They took over 4 weeks to get back to me, then 2-3 weeks there after. Not professional at all.

Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
