So I bought a jumper with a hood on line through a Facebook campaign named "Martin" and received one with Marvin written on it. I have tried 3 times unsuccessfully, to have this exchanged as it was their error. However the response is always generic and a "please call us". I don't even know where in the world they are located, so when do I call? Why can't they just let me know how to fix this problem. REALLY CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
So if anyone knows a "Marvin" who would love a blue hoody in 1XL, let me know because my husband certainly doesn't require it.
Don't use this company. Any issues and they don't want to help or hear from you. They took over 4 weeks to get back to me, then 2-3 weeks there after. Not professional at all.
Stay away.
