Hot Fabric

LOVE THE PRINT & FIT; however the fabric is Very HOT like polyester, unbreathable. Switch to cotton fabric.

Again for the third time I did not order a Dez Bryant tee shirt. I would not even think of ordering one. I ordered from an advertisement on facebook and the only tee shirt that was shown was a Jason Witten teeshirt. It was YOUR error that sent the wrong one so fix it or I will contact the tv station in our area about it. Unless you want a wide area of adverse advertising I would capitulate or suffer the repercussions that are due. I will also contact Facebook and let them know that you are into false advertising by switch out products that are not the ones advertised. Also I am going to contact PayPal so that they also know your scam. Up to you.

This Company Is A Scam!

This company is a scam. I ordered a t-shirt online based on an ad I saw on Facebook. The t-shirt advertised looked to be of very good quality, soft, a medium gray with a clear image. The shirt I received was extremely rough and scratchy, a lighter color than advertised, the image was completely faded, and it felt as though they had been ironed on. It was a joke, really; I couldn't even wear this around the house, it was so uncomfortable and worn-out looking.

I wanted a refund so I tried calling customer service on multiple occasions, but I only receive a busy tone. I followed their website instructions to file a claim, which took me to a page with a form to fill out, however this form only allowed me to request a reprint, no option for a refund. I didn't want a replacement, I want my money back.

My next move was to contact a representative through the website's general contact form. The form asked for my email address and order number, which I filled out. But it told me my order number was invalid, even though I copy-pasted it directly from the confirmation email.

Next I went to my Paypal account, which I used to order the shirt. I looked at the invoice and looked up the contact information provided there: a phone number (out of service) and an email address. I sent an email to that address and immediately received an auto response stating that the email address was an unmonitored account and that I should visit a different website in order to contact them via email, which was the same website I was unable to use.

I then found their LiveChat option on their website. I plugged in the necessary info and then proceeded to wait 12 minutes before a representative spoke with me. But actually, I'm pretty sure I was typing with a robot because all I got were canned answers that took me in circles. The chat rep first sent me to the claim form. I told him I'd been to the claim form but did not want a reprint, and that I could not submit my order complaint via their general contact form. He then sent me a direct link to the same damn claim form I'd already been to three times. I said as much, told him I wanted a refund, and asked for a phone number to call. He told me "unfortunately, at this time we do not offer phone support here at TeeChip" but he told me I could email them or even talk to someone using their LiveChat service - no kidding! I said I understood I could use the LiveChat feature as I was speaking to him USING THE LIVECHAT FEATURE. I then said I was going to file a refund complaint through PayPal, and he told me that I should file a claim using their website. At that point, I took a screenshot of the entire chat and logged out.

I have since filed a complaint and refund request through PayPal. This process has been so ridiculous, especially for a $30 t-shirt. But at the same time, ITS A $30 T-SHIRT, and I would expect better customer service from any company. Luckily I made the purchase using PayPal, knowing they have excellent buyer protection, but I sympathize with others who have been given the runaround by this awful company. Simply sell a quality product, don't advertise falsely, and make the issue right if there is a complaint. Not too difficult; other quality companies do it every day. I will be posting this review anywhere I can so that others don't have to go through the time-wasting, energy-sucking process of dealing with TeeChip.

This is terrible customer service, and if I don't receive my money back, I'm going to file a refund claim through Paypal, the account through which I purchased this shirt. I will also happily write a review detailing exactly how my experience has been with this company. Never doing business with this company again. Beware!

PISSED & cannot get ahold of this company!

I have been trying for days to get ahold of this company regarding my order. I received an email saying it would be shipped Feb 25 and that I would receive an email. I never did. I am trying to contact them now. I called and got a recording (UNABLE to speak to a REAL PERSON) and it is saying it wont ship until the end of March. WTF?!?!? It is for Saint Patrick's Day! It is a Saint Patrick's Day SHIRT! I ordered in plenty of time! I am SO PISSED and will be spreading the word to EVERYONE not to order from this HORRIBLE FAKE COMPANY! Also calling the BBB!

BE FOREWARNED, avoid buying anything from TeeChip until you research this company and the thousands of horror stories customers have about their products and (lack of) customer service.

I myself have become a victim to their shoddy products and level of customer support. I make a living out of ensuring my clients understand the importance customer experience plays in building and maintaining a relationship and Im afraid I would have to give TeeChip a failing grade.
Why? Well, because I ordered a product that was purchased on Nov 10th, promised to have been delivered within a few weeks but instead received Dec 27th; was supposed to have writing on it (specifically Gibbs Rules - see https://teechip.com/gibbs0011rules11#id=1001&c=F6F6F6&sid=beverage-mug for reference) but showed up devoid of anything at all; AND (as of this writing) I have been chasing TeeChip for four weeks to try and get some sort of acknowledgement of the problem and a resolution. To date, I have received ONE e-mail from TeeChip (2 weeks after the initial claim) and not so much as a simple reply to indicate theyve received my reply to that e-mail detailing the problem and providing -as requested a picture of the offending item.
Shame on me for not researching reviews on TeeChip before I placed the orders, but when I did some digging this weekend I was surprised at the volume of negative reviews theyve received. I stopped counting how many links to bad reviews theyve received because it was taking too long to flip through the pages of results to find one positive review. Honestly, if you did a word cloud for TeeChip, it would mostly consist of the words, Scam, Fake, Horrible, Dishonest, Complaint, Ripoff, and others I cant repeat.
So
