6 weeks, no order. I ordered a pre printed blanket April 28th for father's day gift. June 12th still haven't received.

Tee Chip is the worst company I have ever dealt with! I placed an order for a t-shirt on one of their Limited Edition campaigns. I received the shirt on Saturday. I had ordered a relaxed fit XL (46" - 48"). What I received was labeled an XL but measures that of a relaxed fit medium (less than 42"). I sent an email on Saturday and did not receive a response until today, Wednesday. I called on Monday and sat on hold for over a 1/2 hour waiting to talk to someone and finally had to hang up. I called again on Tuesday and was on hold again until I was hung up on (cut off). I called back and was on hold again. I finally spoke with a gal who said I needed to file a claim online and attach a picture of what was wrong. I went to the claim site and explained in detail what had occurred but the site would not upload my picture. Today I received an email denying my claim. No explanation. Just said "denied"! I wrote back again and asked why. I received another email stating all sales are final and I should have referred to the size chart. I wrote back again stating I HAD referred to the size chart and what was shipped was labeled an XL but did not measure an XL. They wrote back again and said no returns no refunds to go look at the terms and conditions. I am fed up with this lack of customer service! This in not my fault. I ordered accordingly and what was received was not as stated on their web site! I am posting this on Facebook for everyone to see until I get resolution. I either want the correct size sent or a refund! I have NEVER dealt with a worse company. If Parker Hannifin buys any their T-shirts from this company they should look for another supplier.
I have sent NUMEROUS emails to this company's web address, which is on their website, starting the day I placed my order on 4/1/2020. I accidentally placed two orders because my order was opened in two browsers. I did not want the first one which was before I made my changes. I recognized immediately that I had an issue and started trying to contact this company. I filed claims and requested chats and didn't get any response for weeks. The websites states that if the order has not processed you may still be able to stop it... that is not the case because you can't reach anyone. The approx delivery date was April 11. It is now April 22 and it is still showing that my order is being processed. In addition, the charges were dedicatedly immediately. Their return policy states the product must be defective to return it. I finally received an email today in regards to one of my claims and it stated they would give me a 10% on one of the T-shirt's ( guess for the one i did not intend to order). After getting this response and starting to file a BBB claim I am learning this company goes by different names. One being funytees.com (one n). I am very frustrated with this company. I always check to see if a business is located in the US for items like this and because it was I ordered from them. HUGE mistake! I understand this time may be difficult because of COVID 19 but it was going on before I ordered these, and you should at least respond to my messages. That can be done from someone's home. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and will post warnings to customers on all social media advertisements for this company with all its different names. I DO NOT recommend this business' products.

Ordered tee shirt (Mandalorian) PP £30.48 Nov 30th 2020. It is now 29th January 2021 and no tee shirt. I am very disappointed.
I placed an order for the "I'm always hungry" (Son Goku) campaign on the 18th of October. I did not immediately get any relevant confirmation, neither on the website or on my mail. I felt something was wrong so I started googling, found this review section and kind of panicked. I already saw my $$ going down the drain. However I got later that day a confirmation of the order saying that the campaign will finish on the 20th and the expected ship date is 27th October. On the 14th of November I received an email with a tracking number that the order has shipped. The tracking number showed that the package already arrived to the destination country on the 12th. Shipping address was in EU. Today (22nd of November) I received a notice from the Post Office and picked up my package. T shirt and long sleeve shirt, the colors and sizes I had ordered pretty much all ok. The size (S) corresponded with the standard dimensions so they fit well. The base shirts are from Fruit Loom, the material is a bit thin but looks ok, I've bought new shirts before with similar material. The print itself also looks ok, if it disappears after the first washing I will come back here crying with a 1 star review :)) Not top quality material but I would not say it's crap either. Medium. The communication wasn't the best one but they pretty much shipped in time, expected ship date was 27th + 2-3 weeks for international shipment, got it on the 22nd... I would say it's decent.
It's been a month I had orders 2 t-shirts.
The statut said it's been in printing since 3 weeks.
I never experience this and starting thinking this company is a scam.

Never recieved my walking dead shirt I purchased. I went to chat with support and as soon as I brought it up I got a reconnecting message.
They didn't send me what I ordered then called me liar saying I did get my purchase, and will not refund me the shirt I did not get!
Contacted company advised them I have a 6s plus and cover is to small and basically I am told you got it live with it I will never do business with them and I would say stay awY from them
Ordered from Teechip and I can honestly say I am surprised there is no legal action being taken against this company. Then again they have a lengthy disclaimer box you must check to shop and at the later part there is a section that basically says no changes, no returns... basically claiming that everything is "special order" even though none that I viewed were personalized in any way. Sadly I didn't see that in my cursory look at it.
When on their sight, specifically looking for pictures or posters of the navel ship Enterprise CVN-65. The poster I viewed was CVN-65 but when I clicked to purchase the list had, unbeknownst to me, another ship mixed in the list that wasn't pictured on the screen I had viewed... a CVAN-65. I realized the mistake when I viewed the purchase receipt and I tried to change the order, there is a button for that, but couldn't. As soon as they were open for business I tried calling but each time after a few rings I would be hung up on... never speaking to anyone. So the I tried email and, after a good while, was told I couldn't change it only a few hours after ordering it and it took days for it to be mailed. I explained how the error occurred but still no but never really addressing the issue that the list should have been only for what was being viewed. There are other places to shop and the "no changes, no returns " policy should be right where you order in plain view, not hidden in a stupid disclaimer. I guess I should have been suspicious when you must check a disclaimer to even shop... lesson learned. I shop online all the time and am happy that most companies are reasonably honest and straight forward doing business... Teechip, in my opinion, is not among those.
I have ordered a ton of T-shirt's online and this is the ONLY company that stinks to high Heaven in customer service. Don't order from teechip!
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
