Beyond the terrible quality, the item is not refundable for dissatisfaction. I will NEVER buy anything from this joint again, and I will bad mouth them every opportunity I get. They need to go out of business.
I ordered the cat art t-shirt and it was printed incorrectly. The cat was supposed to be black but it is blue. You can hardly make out the cat. Very disappointed. No customer support help and phone number given didn't work. The t-shirt material is very cheap. I never received a confirmation email on my order. I WON'T order from them again. You have been warned.
Not even a working phone number! Showed pictures of a national brand and denied ever doing that! Save your selves a lot of grief and ignore any ads you see on line that look really good because they are NOT
This is an absolutely terrible quality shoe. I didn't receive my order, then I tried emailing, but did not get a reply, so I filed a discrepancy with PayPal, and got a response from a Skecher-Mart email address. I let them know that I could not track the package as the tracking number did not register. They told me they were still packaging the items, a month later! Then I got the shoes about 10 days later, and they are of the poorest quality. They look like something made from Vinyl and a poor quality mesh, perhaps something you would see on a Cabbage Patch Doll. The insole is very hard, and will NOT be a good walking shoe whatsoever! Now I'm finding out that there is a no return policy, unless there is an actual defect. TERRIBLE customer service and quality of items!
Do not order from this company! My husband ordered a phone case for them. It looked great on the website of course. It was a screen print and the case we received was printed incorrectly.
I contacted the company for a refund and they refused, but were willing to send a new phone case. They have now sent three phone cases and all have the same flaw. It is a woodgrain phone case and the edges are bright orange where the print was put on wrong. I contacted the company again asking for a refund. They refused saying that the phone case is correct. I'm not sure how they think it is correct when I sent a picture of all three together and they all have the same flaw.
I have had to dispute the charges in hopes of getting a refund that way! We paid $24 for this specific phone case and expect it to be right. The company does not stand behind its products. Buyer beware!
I was going to buy these sketcher type shoes.So I put my information in & then I changed my mind & I backed out all of the numbers & name info & I left the page I NEVER pushed the submit button. But these thieves took the sale anyway. The shoes did come & not only are they the wrong size, but they are cheap & as light as a feather, & fake looking & feeling. I don't know about you, but I prefer quality in all my shoes & clothes. This is a poor excuse for a business. I am expecting to get a full refund. These is criminal action & I recommend to beware this seller...
I've been purchasing from teechip for a long time. I've never had a problem with any of the things I've purchased, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I've bought from them before and will continue to do so!
I purchased a T-shirt for my wife from this company on Facebook in October. It was a Christmas present to her and I found that it was too small for her. I attempted to exchange it for a larger one but was informed that the time to exchange was expired. Most companies at this time of year give you plenty of time to exchange a gift especially if it is bought in enough time to receive it for the holidays. Really disappointing.
I ordered a shirt that was never delivered. I reached out 3 separate times to file a claim i did not recieve only to 4 months later live chat with an agent to be denied on my claim because I passed their refund policy date. $20.00 $#*! that I never got and did not get a notice my claim was denied on the other attempts until i got a live agent.
I ordered a Christmas gift before Dec from teechip, it is now mid January and I still haven't received it. I have requested a refund, which they said they couldn't do because my order was supposedly being processed?! Well that was 3 weeks ago. I will NEVER buy from them again and I do NOT recommend them!
I ordered a sweatshirt through them not knowing they run a size small. I asked them to exchange it for a larger size and offered to pay the upcharge and they refused to exchange it. Steer clear of this company.
If you want to be embarrassed in front of all your family and friends, I would suggest finding another company, or ordering and inspecting them WAY ahead of time. We spent $90 and it looks like something my 8 year old would do :(
They are adorable, but only for looks. Very cheaply made. The quality is horrible. Does not fit well even after trying to adjust it. I can blow through the mask and feel the air on the opposite side like I am wearing nothing. Don't buy if you expect this to be functional and high quality.
As a lover of Karate, i found a advert for a very smart looking phone cover on a FB page. The link took me to TeeChip and I placed my order. By the looks of some of the other reviews I've been lucky in as far as my item arrived, but the quality if far from that advertised. I've email Rachel at TeeChip to be told "the item falls look the same as the campaign I've brought from" so basically tuff! Hows that ever customer service... Misrepresented more like. Is there trading standards in the states as these guys need paying a visit..
I ordered one design of one shirt only because I was skeptical I'd get my money worth if I'd get the item at all. They are true to their word and will help you keep track of your order. I plan to buy at least once a month an item carrying my family names until I've purchased them all!
I ordered from Sydney Australia and got all my items within the time frame of about 6 weeks. Which is fine for me. Was leery and mailed support a few times as there tracking stalled in an american Post office. But everything arrived in good condition 4 shirts will be getting a few more now that I'ma bit more trusting.
Great experience. Beautiful design, printed nicely on good quality shirts and delivered in a timely manner. I have bought t-shirts, mugs, posters and phone cases from them so far and the exceeded my expectations every time.

I'm not one to write reviews but my order arrived fast and looks great. I didn't know so many issues had been reported but since I had a different experience thought I would share. They processed the order right away, keeping me informed via email at every step until it arrived. The logo looks great and I'm pleasantly surprised that its a nice quality sweatshirt. Whatever problems before seems like they've done some changes to make it work great today.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
