I'm not one to write reviews but my order arrived fast and looks great. I didn't know so many issues had been reported but since I had a different experience thought I would share. They processed the order right away, keeping me informed via email at every step until it arrived. The logo looks great and I'm pleasantly surprised that its a nice quality sweatshirt. Whatever problems before seems like they've done some changes to make it work great today.

Plenty designs on their website. It actually became a challenge to choose the best one because most of them were so good. Shipping was fast and the shirt quality was awesome. I will use them again in a heartbeat.

This company completely misrepresented itself. I wish I had looked at reviews prior to purchase. The poster I paid $38.94 for is not worth more than $3.00 at best. I tried several different ways to contact the company to resolve this without any luck. They have virtually no way to contact anyone. There are several issues with this poster. The print is cut off at the bottom, it is wider than described and it is off-center. Also, it was wrinkled beyond repair due to having been shipped in a tiny box. I finally had to go through PayPal's Resolution center and received a full refund.

Shocking! Ordered a nice A3 sized, laminated guitar theory poster and it is rubbish! If you have a paper printer then do it your self! I spent nearly £25 on this piece of crap and they make it impossible to do a refund. Do not waste money!

Fraudulent Company!

I ordered 1 shirt, but when it processed through, it was changed to 11. I've emailed them four times with no response. Hard and expensive lesson learned. Do not purchase anything from this company. Buyer beware!

Bad customer service
December 26, 2016

Ordered a mug in Oct 2016. It was shipped out but somehow lost during shipping. Teechip.com said we shipped it our part is done. When I stopped payment they immediately offered to send me another one. This was in Nov. Dec 19, I received the mug with the image printed upside down. Email sent to customer service through the website. No response. Tried to call, voice automation no person. Waste of my time and money. Poorly ran company.

Estimate two week delivery took 3 months. Emailed the company to enquire at least 10 times and contacted postal services who contacted them on my behalf also. Each time my email was ignored. No refund has been offered or resolution. THE most abysmal service I have ever received.

I ordered an XL Tee, received a SM. Have gotten no response to numerous Emails. Held on their chat line for over 5 minutes twice - no response. Was sent an Email on 3/14 stating someone would get back to me within 72 hours. It's been 8 days. Evidently there is no recourse if they send defective or incorrect merchandise

Total Crap Company

STAY AWAY. I would not even rate them 1 star.My shirts were delivered after Christmas a week late and are complete crap.The quality is horrible the shirt color bleeds through the white lettering and the entire printing is faded. After multiple attempts to contact Tee $#*! got a sorry file a claim. Filed claim got the answer your claim has been submitted we will be in touch that was nearly a month ago. Still no response. Sent them one last email letting them know i am filing fraud case against them with my credit company and requesting they be hit with charge back fees. Just have to wait now and see what happens.Do not buy anything from this scam company.

TeeChip is a scam. Could have saved myself $29.00 and all the frustration if I had looked at all of these negative reviews. Don't do business with this company - they also send fake tracking information to Paypal so even starting a Paypal dispute didn't get me my money back.

We ordered a coffee cup with printing on it. It is a joke themed cup about Breaking Bad and the poor pay of teachers. The printing Teechip used is dull brown against black although the sample showed bright gold-yellow on black (who prints dark brown over black?). Obviously, it can barely be read. So, now our way overpriced coffee cup looks idiotic - with no legible caption - nothing but a cartoon of Walter White in his underwear. We have sent descriptions and then photos and asked for a reprint or refund, they simply keep telling us to send another photo (acting like we have not sent one!). We can get nowhere with them, they are clearly giving us the run-around. Reading all these horrible reviews, I see why. Scam artists! Thieves! We will have to reverse the charge through our credit card company. Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service! Horrid company. Please take warning!

The delivery was as expected. 15 days from US to Europe Greece. No complaint there.

The print quality is extremely mediocre. I'm definitely not happy with what i received.

It would be better if they just sold me the design and then print it myself on a shop in my town.

Beware!

Wish I researched reviews before I purchased. Ordered t-shirt as a gift for my daughter. What I received was far from the merchandise pictured on the website. Color was inaccurate, material was low quality (cardboard cotton), and cut/style of shirt was not even close. Customer service could care less, even when I pointed out the obvious discrepancies in appearance. They claimed, "You received what you ordered. Me: "No, not even close!" Them: "Oh well, nothing we can do for you." I'm surprised they have been in business for so long. If there's a class action lawsuit organized, I'd gladly be a part. I am now stuck with a $26 shirt which no one will wear. Please do not make my mistake! Buyer beware!

This is what they e-mailed me when my shirt was WAY too big. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds because our products are printed on-demand, specifically for your order. However, we do offer a 100% quality guarantee, meaning that if there is an issue with your order, you can provide a photo detailing the defect, and request a replacement.

After waiting an entire week beyond the expected arrival date, I tried calling their headquarters for an explanation. No matter when I called them between their open hours, I could not reach a single person. I then decided to email them that my package hasn't arrived yet and was met with a very unhelpful representative. They said that they would not refund me, or ship a replacement item because in their system it had shipped out. Regardless of what I had to say they have kept my money and become my worst customer service experience ever. This site is a scam selling cheap products that I would not recommend to anyone. Save your money and go literally go anywhere else.

Ordered a cup on 1/13/17. It has not arrived. It took 2 days to finally get someone on their chat site (don't even try by phone). Tracking said it was delivered. The chat person said she would file a claim for me. Two minutes later I got an email saying my claim had been denied. I am so pissed! Class Action anybody?
