I ordered a grey wolf phone case as a gift for my daughter on January 7 or 8. As I clicked ORDER, I noticed that I had ordered the iphone 6 plus/6S cover instead of the iphone 6/6S cover.

I immediately emailed your company and said I needed that fixed. She doesn't have an iphone 6 plus! Eventually I got a response from your company that said

"Thank you for choosing TeeChip! Happy to help with your order *******.

Unfortunately, your order has already entered the printing process and cannot be modified at this time."

I responded telling them I needed it fixed. The response I got from your company said

"Thank you for choosing TeeChip! Happy to help with your order *******.
Unfortunately, since your order includes a mug and / or phone case, we are unable to process a cancellation. Once a phone case or mug order has been placed, it is immediately sent to production and can no longer be modified or cancelled. I am very sorry that there is nothing further that we can do at this time"

Then I asked "Can I return and Exchange it for the correct case?"

And your company's response was...

"Due to the custom nature of our products, we are generally unable to offer returns or exchanges. However, if you believe there to be a material defect with your order upon receipt, you may file a claim by visiting teechip.com/file_claim. All claims are investigated and may be eligible for a reprint."

Then I responded, essentially saying I will give your company bad reviews forever and will encourage all my family, friends, and acquaintances to do the same and to NEVER purchase from your company since they don't take returns and refuse to help a customer. That response of mine has been deleted from your response email when I read it.

Yes! I made a mistake as I ordered this item. But what do I have to do to get the proper phone case from your company? Spend another unreasonable amount of money?

UPDATE: I was finally sent a notification that my order was shipped. Shipping by DHL and I contacted them after 12 days of waiting only to find out that ChipTee.com sent me a bogus tracking# AND DHL verified there is no package to be shipped to me. TeeChip lied to me about shipping my item.

I place my order on April 4th. It stated that it would be 14 to 21 days for the order to process and ship. We are now at 70 days and they will not give me a window for when the item will ship. I sent numerous emails and they constantly respond with an apology and due to the overwhelming response, they are behind schedule. They offer very little information and will not give me a direct answer. I asked them to give me a window is it one week? Is it six weeks? They will know that answer but will refuse to respond. They keep sending copy and pasted form letters to me with a link to my item to show me that it's processing. I know it's processing, why do they think I keep emailing them on a daily basis? I threatened them with the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General and filing a claim with PayPal and I still get no response except the basic answer of due to high demand the running behind and of course the link to my order which is been processing or over a month and a half. I believe this company is scamming people and the only way to get your money back is by filing with your credit card company or PayPal. They've refunded almost half of my order in two different transactions through PayPal, however, I would rather have a direct answer from them. I feel sorry for the customer service people who have to deal with the complaints And angry customers. I do not recommend this site, I would avoid them at all costs unless you're willing to lose your money. You get nothing but the run around through customer service emails.
