Order arrived in reasonable time. Cheaply made and run small in size. Considering why I ordered it - I was very disappointed

Do not order from this company. Horrible customer service, horrible quality. SCAM. Shipment was a month late, refused to cancel order.
They remade an ugly phone case and it looked the same. It looks nothing like the original artwork advertised. Stay away!

We ordered 2 tee shirts March 1,2016 from a Facebook Ad for a birthday on March 17th. Plenty of time if your dealing with a legit company.
We placed the order. The Email came right away with the confirmation for the order and withdrawl of out money from our account. The email said with would be shipped by March 9th.
We contacted them, they said DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS they were behind. So waited another week as we were told to. Well, It is now the 18th of March and NO SHIRTS.
Next step. We tried to cancel the order over the phone (SHOCKED we talked to LIVE OPERATOR), because the birthday has come and gone. She said that they would only refund 50% of our payment! If we wanted to wait them to FAIL to ship within 30 days, then we could get our money back 100%. After dealing with is BS I highly doubt it will be refunded at all.
ADDENDUM:
The shirts did finally arrive 31 days after the order. Cheaply done for the price we paid! They advertised Fruit of the Loom brand. We ordered 2 exactly the same. We got one of that brand and the other something we had never heard of in an off color and really cheesy material. Very disappointed, but at LEAST we got them.
Their sweater turned out to be far too big than normal size, no exchange and no reimbursment, they're just thiefs
I ordered a teashirt June 6th and it is now July 25th. All they give me are poor excuses on why my order hasn't shipped. They are disgraceful.
I will never order from them again did not get what I ordered the size is not right charged my credit card 2 times I di get one off.
I placed an order on 09/06/2015. Expected shipping date was 09/16/2015. Well, the order wasn't delivered until 09/29/2015. I had moved to a different state on 09/25. I checked with my previous address, and they said that there was no package for me in my old mailbox. I checked with USPS and they confirmed that my package had been indeed returned to sender. I then reached out to TeeChip to see about getting it sent to my new address. I have been emailing them nonstop since 09/25 to get this issue fixed.
My first email was sent to tell them that the order was delivered to an old address, in reach they responded (days later I might add) "I am happy to report that your order has been shipped", and a bunch of other bull$#*! after that. Yeah. Thanks. I know that it's been shipped. That's why I'm contacting you.
#1 problem: Their CSR's don't listen to what you have to say.
After that, I replied back to that representative. No response.
I then sent a new email the next day. Again, two days later someone responded. However, they did not go out of their way to fix my problem. Instead, they passed it off saying that " A claim representative can explore any resolution for this matter." They gave me no contact info for a claim rep or how to file a claim. I replied back, asking to file a claim. No response.
#2 problem: They don't care about you as a customer.
I emailed them again, asking to file a claim. FINALLY, someone responded (two days later) and told me that they did file a claim for me and that a claim rep would be in contact with me 'soon.' I waited 7 DAYS for a response. No response. I emailed them AGAIN, giving them my claim number and asking to speak to a claim rep. They responded, two days later, with an email for the claims team. I emailed them yesterday asking for someone to fix this issue. Still waiting on a response.
Seeing TeeChip's track record, I'm not to positive this issue will get taken care of.
They just stole my money from me.

What THE $#*!!? Order number #******* I bought a shirt for my husband for Christmas and you sent me a horrible quality shirt with an incredible horrible print!? PLEASE GIVE ME MY $#*!ING MONEY BACK!
I ordered a cool Archer t shirt from TeeChip. I was excited to wear it and hoped it would have enough demand to make it to print. Well good news, it did! (or so I thought - more on this later). I received the emails saying I submitted an order, that the campaign was success, the shirt had printed and shipped, etc. But no shirt ever arrived after the 2 week interim from order to delivery date.
Now, the tracking for the shirt did in fact say "delivered", but my address wasn't on the tracking oddly enough, just my city. This is new to me and I've never seen an online tracking form neglect to have address, so I contacted TeeChip to see why i still didn't have a shirt. The support was blunt, without any warmth I would expect to reconcile a poor experience with a customer. Over the next several days emails were exchanged.
The support lady told me my shirt was delivered. I said, I know it says "delivered", but I don't have it and I don't see my address online. She said, we put down your address and we can't refund because it was delivered.
Now I wasn't even trying to get a refund, just have confirmation that the shirt was delivered, but the support lady was unable to show me any evidence to pacify my mind and didn't even make an effort to. Initially, I consigned myself to perhaps the shirt being stolen, but I have never had this problem of packages not showing up before or after this situation.
I would have liked to refute the credit card charge, but being under $50 or so, I couldn't. I figured the next best thing was to post a review warning other customers of this company's poor quality and care. Funny enough, it looks like it's already pretty clear - if only I saw all these review before I ordered.
I really want to reorder the cool shirt, but know better based on all the reviews in addition to my own.
PS: It appears that the "timers" to order your shirt are superficial, as they reset from time to time. I get the impression they are present to just rush you into purchasing.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
