This place needs to be closed down. I ordered a sweatshirt for a Birthday and it was to small, so I tired to replace it with a larger size and they will not exchange it. I asked for the address of Tee Chip and no surprise they do not give out the address for security reasons.
I purchased one shirt from TeeChip T-Shirts and received an email confirmation regarding my order status. Seems normal right... well shortly after received an email regarding an add on item in which I was charged again for the same exact shirt I had already purchased. After inquiring about a refund on the add on shirt... I was told TeeChips's are unable to give me a refund because I waited too long to cancel. I'm sorry 2 days is too long... I'm mean@ the time my order hadn't shipped and besides I didn't order the shirt in the first place. Very bad for business...
I ordered one - ONE - tshirt for my niece. I was charged for, and she will receive, three. I have made three attempts to rectify this, but they just keep telling me there is nothing they can do. I am already working with an attorney on another matter, I will just add this issue to the docket. I will never, EVER do business with this site again, and will make sure none of my family or friends do either.
I wish I found this site before ordering from them... I ordered a phone case for my Galaxy S5 and instead they sent me a case for an Iphone 5S(which by the was not offered) and told me since it was special order I would have to be happy with what I received...
I purchased a shirt for my fiance from them but the site was acting weird and not going to the next page as to accept my payment, finally it decided to go to the confirmation page. The next day i check my account and see I've been charged 27 dollars and change 3 times I get angry and send them an email explaining what happened and requested a refund. Im still being told there is nothing they can do because it is after the campaign ended. It was there website that made the mistake and now im SOL because of it? I refuse to accept that and I will report them if I dont get my refund on 2 of those shirts
I ordered a shirt as part of Fundraiser, which was sent to an undeliverable address. The escalations department seemed helpful, reprinted and resent the shirt. Except they sent it to the same wrong (undeliverable) address, and now I'm sitting in front of the post office trying to decide if I want to spend even more money to try to have the package intercepted on it's return to the company.

I ordered a Scooby Doo hoodie through TeeChip, and then happened to come across the reviews. I was convinced that I was either never going to receive the item, or that it would be the wrong colour, size, or basically completely unusable. Have to say that the item in question made it to the other side of the world within a couple of weeks of the order, and is actually a really great quality item.

I ordered 3 shirts as a gift for a girls suba diving trip. One large and two 2xl. When they arrived about a month after I ordered them, they looked nice and I was excited to try mine on- the large. However it was extremely small... so I tried a 2xl which was still small. Come to fine out it was children sizes! They printed the shirts on children's shirts. I contacted them and they said they that they would reprint one of the shirts and refund me for the other two. Despite stating that they have 2xl in adult sizes, they really don't. The scuba trip is next week and I received them back in July. So no shirts and no refunds. I would recommend NEVER buying shirts from this company unless it's for a small child.
Sorry to hear about the ones who had a bad experience I had a good one. I love my coffee cup. The one thing that made me nervous, was it took along time for me to Received it. If they pick up the speed I think I will continue ordering items from there.
I have never ordered from this site and I never will. This site came to my attention because they had stolen a design from my friend. I commented on their page on her behalf because she was blocked. I joked about how I now too would be blocked along with everyone else on the thread. I also joked that any company that had no qualms about stealing art probably would have no problem stealing your money too. I decided to research my theory and found these Sitejabber reviews. Plus when you type teechip.com into your Facebook search, it's nothing but a sh*tshow. I posted the Sitejabber link onto their ad. They deleted my comments, blocked me and sent me a personal message that I will be hearing from their lawyers. Wow. Hopefully people will be smart enough to either research on their own or not trust a Facebook business page that isn't a business page; it's a "community" page so reviews can't be left.
Sorry for people who had a bad experience with this company. I have ordered from them twice, without incident.Rec'd my order ok and quality was fine.
I ordered a specialty mug from this company as a gift & it came with a big spot where the glaze and ceramic was cracked & chipping off. Obviously I can't give it as a gift with the side crumbling so I tried calling the company to request another mug. No answer. Called again the next day. No answer. I took a picture of the defective mug & emailed the company. Several days later with still no response I emailed again. Nothing. Finally about a week later I reported a problem to Paypal & then I got a response. The response was to cancel my dispute with Paypal & they would then send another mug. I did as requested (even though Paypal specifically says don't do this until you have resolved the problem with the seller), and did I get a new mug? No. I got the run around for a month & finally told them to screw off, it wasn't worth the hassle. So unless you don't mind losing out on $ if you get a defective product, go ahead & order from TeeChip. I for one will use a company I know & trust from now on.
This is by far the worse company I've ever dealt with, only gave them one star because it was the lowest I could give. I made the mistake of ordering from them, got my tshirt and it was 3-4 sizes smaller than a standard tshirt. I proved it to them with photos and a measuring tape and their own size fit chart. They told me (all via email because you can't get an actual person on the phone) that they would replace it in a larger size. Two months later I finally get the shirt and it is THE EXACT SAME SIZE as before. I sent another email to which they responded they would refund my PayPal account. I told them I don't have a PayPal account, that I paid with my Discover Card to which they sent the exact some PayPal response. I spent $27.98 on a tshirt that won't fit and doubt, per there comments, I'll ever get my money back so save yourself the headache and don't use this company.
I ordered a "girls fit" t shirt from TeeChip about 2 months ago. First of all, there was nothing "girls fit" about it. It was just a simple, cotton t shirt. I washed it before wearing it and it came of out of the wash with a giant rip in one of the arms. I contacted them immediately and requested a replacement or refund. Initially, I was denied either. I then escalated my complaint and was informed I would get a replacement shirt which I did a couple of weeks later. Well, this one made it through the wash with only a couple of lose strings... that is until I actually put it on. This time BOTH arm seams ripped several inches. So, to keep track... 2 t shirts, 3 rips, 0 wears. What a complete waste of time and money.
I recently saw an ad for this site on Facebook with Twenty One Pilots phone cases. I knew the phone case had an artist's artwork on it, and nowhere was the artist mentioned at all. I looked at the page on their site, still no mention. I knew what this meant. I then commented on the post: "I assume the artist isn't being compensated for this?" I was then blocked from the page, and then in order to taunt me they then "invited me to like their page", which of course I can't do since I've been blocked from liking or commenting on their page. This was an obvious huge red flag, so I then went on the search to find the artist who they were stealing from. I knew that the artwork was from a poster contest on the twenty one pilots site so from there I found the artist and contacted them on Twitter. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if there's much she can do about it. The site is known to ignore DMCA's (or whatever they're called, requests from artists to remove their work from their site).
Someone needs to take down this company, someone with a lot more legal power (and the money to do so). They are scamming hundreds of people and nothing is being done about it.
I ordered a tee shirt in size 2X. It is so small my daughter who wears a medium cannot get it on. Cannot contact this company. Cut me off when I tried a chat. No person to talk to on phone. Sent not one piece of paper with shirt. Please do not buy from these people. They are completely dishonest.

Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
