So I ordered a sweatshirt with them. Was totally confident with purchasing it. Some financial problems came up within days and I had to cancel my purchase, besides my email told me I wouldn't get it until the campaign was over which would have been almost two weeks after I ordered. So, I contacted the company to cancel my order and most companies respond within the business day compliant in returning my money. This company never even responeed to my request to return my money and after reading these reviews it doesn't seem I should expect to. I hope it at least shows up on time, my only other fear is the quality seeing it cost me $40.00. Lawsuits need to be placed against this company and depending on how things go that might be my next step.

Beware when ordering from Teechip. I ordered a shirt featuring Jason Voorhees, Michael Myers and Freddy Krueger with, "You Can't Site With Us" also on it.

The Advertised product looked amazing with various shade of black, white and grey. What I got was a black shirt with the design in all of the same shade of bright white with the words blending in with the characters. CRAP!

Tee Chip Tees
I ordered 1 tee shirt. There was a computer glitch and 2 orders went through. Was told I couldn't cancel so decided I would gift one to a friend.
I received both tee shirts a day apart from each oyher.
The tee shirts should have. Veen a size 3x which is 26 W. Apparently the company sizing differs and 3x is equal to XL.
I sent the pkge back despitethe fact I was told returns are not accepted as the Teesare custom made.
This has benn going on for about 3 months.
I called on Friday and was told the tees were returned and I would receive a teeshirt in my size which would be according to their sizes equated a size 7x. Despite losing about $30.00 I wasagreeable to the terms.
Monday I received an Email stating the Tees were NEVER teceived. I would have to givexa tracking numbrr in order to gain any credit so the tees can be traced. I did not bring the pkge to the post office.
I sealed it and wrote return to sender.
The company policy is inept. I was told there is no return address on the pkgesas the iyems are custom made huh(?)... and sizeas do not run upyo 7x.
I was screwes. Out $60.00!
Plus was lied to.
I will NEVER order from Tee Chips again. And if I ever have yo return anything through mail order will make surebto go to the post office.
To make matters wotse I am on Fisability and can not afgord a loss of $60. But then if I was eorking could not as well!
Do Not Order from this company their policyand employeesas well is inept!

I purchased a kids shirt and never received it. The order went through cause I saw the page load to the order confirmation number and shipping and billing address information after I got purchased. I didn't get a confirmation email right away but didn't think anything if it. I left the website open on my phone but the next morning the page refreshed and I lost all of the information. I did not screen shot the page. When I emailed ALL of the contact email addresses from their site (cause they do not have a phone number) they all kept directing me back to one another. When I finally found the right person to communicate with they said to provide them with an order number or a transaction number. (which I repeativly told them I did not have.) All I had was proof that my credit card was charged and gave them all the transaction numbers and information that I could. They were still unable to help me. Eventually I cancelled the payment. I mean are they really getting that many orders that they can't find my name and ordering information in the system?! They don't have a lot of products on their site that hundreds of orders are coming in every minute.

Feel cheated

Ordered a T-shirt that arrived on time, but the print on it is of such lousy quality that it was already damaged on arrival, just by it being folded in the enveloppe. Was quite expesive for just a piece of cotton too. Total waste of money. If anyone is still in doubt about ordering something, don't do it.

Don't Do it ~ Don't buy

So far it has not been a good experience. The shirt was far too small and they will not simply exchange for a larger size like any other company would. This is the email response I received and to send the following:
"Pictures of the defective garments these pictures should be taken in natural light, show the printed artwork and tag of the garment(s) received, and contain a ruler showing the measurement of the garment across the chest, armpit to armpit. While we are not able to process compensation for garment fit issues, we would like to confirm that you have received the proper product. Once we get this evidence, we will be happy to process your claim." They use the word "evidence" like I somehow I intentionally shrunk a shirt that I wanted. Btw, the shirt is suppose to be an adult medium but looks like it fits a ten year old.

Absolutely the worst the worst company on the web! I purchase many items online and never have problems returning things I am not happy with. I ordered a shirt for my granddaughter, it was the worst quality I have ever seen and when I requested a return label they would not even consider it. They asked me to take a picture of it and send it to them? They said due to the custom nature of the product... there was no custom name or anything that you would consider custom. Never deal this company they are SCAMS.

So I went ahead and purchased a Lion King T-Shirt from these folks. It's completely my fault. Without having any prior knowledge I ordered a shirt from Teechip.com and this was without a doubt the WORST EXPERIENCED BY FAR! First they trap you in by saying you have to wait for their bullsh*t campaign to run out and then say, "We'll delivery soon". Two and a half weeks go by and guess what I still haven't received anything from Teechip.com.

At one point I was even checking my mailbox daily (and still nothing...) After multiple failed attempts on trying to contact these jerks... I finally was able to received 50% of my money from waiting to hear back from their claims dept. And then I was assured once again through Teechip.com that my order was resent and it finally arrived yesterday (after 50+ days later).

I opened up the package and its not good! I'M NOT EVEN KIDDING but You can really make an argument that maybe even a 3rd grader could've printed this shirt... because its awful. Something is seriously not right here t! Right away you can just see that the color resolution printed on the shirt is fuzzy, blurry, and definitely off balanced!

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I caught my daughter's friend using my card. I contacted teechip immediately and told them the charge was fraudulent and I needed it to be cancelled. They refused to cancel. I will be disputing it with my bank who assured me that disputing the purchase will be no problem but, my point is, what kind of company refuses to cancel an unauthorized transaction? Not one I will ever do business with.

Never ever again!

After ordering a shirt, which I could not cancel because the campaign was over, I found out that these "artists" selling their merchandise steal art work. Not only that my shirt was supposed to ship a week ago, needing specifically for an occasion three weeks later. It still has not shipped and IF I actually do get my shirt I cannot return it. Such a waste of time and money. Go to Redbubble! They're amazing and I've never had a problem. Teechip is garbage.

I saw a shirt I wanted on FB from this company. I ordered it, but realized the following day it was $12 cheaper on Amazon. The company stated to cancel an order the campaign must still be open, and you just need to "edit" your account. My email from them stated the campaign was expected to close on the 19th. I placed the order on the 15th and tried to cancel the 16th. Since there was no place for me to cancel my order by "editing" my order I sent them an email asking them to cancel my order. It took them 7 days to respond and they said "the campaign is closed we can not cancel your request". Mind you, they never emailed me to tell me the campaign had closed. Wait a minute I did all I could to immediately cancel my request and you take 7 days to respond and of course the campaign is closed now. I called customer customer service... literally waited on hold for 20 minutes to be told the campaign closed the same day I sent my email. She said there was nothing she could do that if I wanted to file a claim that I was to email them. Well longer story short, my claim was denied. All they said basically was the campaign was closed and they could not issue a refund. It was pretty much a push the button and pre-written response. I did everything on my part to immediately cancel my order and they made it impossible to do so. They took my money and ran with it.

Very Happy With Our Shirts

We saw a Facebook post for a McCartney and Starr t-shirt. As a lifelong Beatles fan I wanted the shirt having just seen both in concerts this summer. My husband loved the shirt too. We ordered a large and x-large, chose which best quality of t-shirt we wanted (they give you a list and you choose quality of shirt you want). We received our shirts a couple of weeks later and love them. Great quality shirt with a clear imprint of the logo we wanted. Very Happy with our shirts.

This is the company to order from if you need a ill-fitting, over-priced, and poor quality t-shirt complemented by unresponsive customer support. I have been a size Medium for about 35 years. This t-shirt was snug - even before I washed it. All I asked for was an exchange for a Large. Forget about it. I was ripped off.

I ordered a Game of Thrones t-shirt 4 months back. They make the t-shirts look nice over social media to trap folks in. Bloody Marketers! These goddamn idiots never send the product. They are one piece of $#*! company with no business ethics. IT'S HUGE SCAM. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE GUYS. EVEN IF YOU ASK FOR A REFUND, THEY WILL NEVER GIVE IT. The standard reply being - The Product was shipped but it seems some issue happened at your end of delivery process. Please contact your local courier store. Are You F*CKING Kidding me! Go to hell Teechip! Never ordering again and for sure abusing the $#*! out of this company on each and every social media platform.

Horrible customer service. Ordered 1 shirt, was charged for 2. When filed a claim, they said the claim time frame has passed. They took forever to respond, therefore i "missed" the time frame. Big time scammers.

I ordered a t-shirt with song lyrics from a famous TV show. The t-shirt came with a misspelled word. When I filed a claim, the customer service denied it saying that the campaign creator intentionally included the artwork that "I have described as flawed" and therefore they could not give me a refund. What a bull$#*! excuse. If you're a seller and you don't explicitly state that the product has any defect when you're selling it, then it's a scam. Don't shop here if you don't want to waste your hard-earned $$.

I order a mug that Teechip offered on Facebook.
I live in Canada and yes was willing to spend way too much for this mug and shipping given the exchange rate between the US & Canadian dollar.
However the print of the mug was totally NOT what was shown on Facebook.
Couldn't even read the print given how dark it was.
After complaining profusely by phone and emails explaining this was a special gift which wasn't given because of their error, the claim department agreed to send out another mug in the correct colour etc. I must admit I was very pleased to hear this given all the bad press they have been given by so many disappointed Teechip purchasers!
However, I just received the replacement order the other day and yes I received exactly the same as the first one shipped out to me. How disappointing and ridiculous!
I sent an email to them today including pictures once again of the mugs in question and of course the correct coloured mug advertised on their website so they can once again see their error.
I told them that it is obvious they cannot produce the correct coloured mug and I expect a refund is in order.
One can only hope!
I gave it a 1 star cause I did get a replacement from them albeit still a 100% disappointment once again as I explained above.
I will post an updated review when I get a reply from Teechip regarding my recent complaint!
