The tee came on time. HOWEVER, the graphic was a totally blown up low resolution design which looks muddy, pixelated, and gritty. The tee was also rough (not soft) and lacking quality. Disappointed. Never again. Also, my email account was hacked next day after ordering and hasn't worked since! Can't prove whether it's a coincidence or not, but it makes me wonder.
My order originally had the wrong house number, don't know if it was my fault or theirs. Order got sent back to them. I contacted their customer service by email and got a response. They said they would reship. I got my package but it only had 1 mug not 2. I recontacted them and they said the other would be coming. It did. I can't complain about them. All worked out well in the end.

It is lightish blue and is for teachers. I looked for a packing slip to contact them and got nothing. Did some review and sent an email to Customer Service. No Response. Emailed again and a few days later, someone from there told me I needed to send a photo. Did that over a week ago and have heard nothing since. Their phone number is just a site telling you to wait or to email them. Right now there are 32 other people ahead of me on their phone site to speak with a person. I tried dialing one for a callback but that doesn't work either. Boo! Hiss!
Ordered a Game of Thrones shirt for a Halloween costume ( I work in a library). Took forever to receive it but it finally came - I wear an XL. I ordered a ladies 2XL (in case it shrunk when I washed it). I could barely fit it over my head. It said 2XLbut it was MAYBE a medium if that. I emailed them. They got back to me fairly quickly. Had me take pictures of the shirt with a tape measure for sizing information. Said they would replace it with a 3XL. I asked for a mans XL or 1XL but said it had to be replaced with a ladies. I have my doubts with the sizing. 3 weeks later I email where is my shirt I haven't received it or a tracking #. They responded we are processing your order. WHAT? You still haven't shipped it? So much for that idea for Halloween. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a "Friends" quotes poster that I saw on Facebook. Got worried after I had placed the order after reading the reviews. It did arrive today but the quality is so crappy - it's blurry and pixilated. What's that quote from the movie "Clueless" talking about Monet - "From far away, it's OK, but up close, it's a big old mess."
After a few weeks of paying and ordering hoodies I never received an email confirmation of my order. I've called several times and was informed that there was a 6 HOUR wait time! I've emailed multiple times with no answers.
Company is a disgrace, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Customer service is non-existent, never receive any updates on why your product hasn't even shipped weeks after you order and they have a very devious cancellation flow:
1) Go to contact section of website and select "Cancel an Order" option along with your email address
2) Receive an automated email saying cancelling is fine, just to reply to that email with cancellation reason
3) Reply with cancellation reason to email
4) Receive auto-response that the mailbox does not accept replies
The company needs to be shut down, it is rated an F (the lowest possible grade) with the Better Business Bureau after 446 complaints in the last 12 months.
This was my first time buying from them wanted a George Strait Tee. I ordered a LG and its way to small so I sent a email, then 2 more they say they will get back to you THEY DON'T! I even tried to call them wait time is so long!. Wish I would of read all the reviews before I did this because you can't get a hold of them at all. Then saw they won't exchange it so guess I'm stuck! This company should be gone!
I would give 0 stars if I could, but then could not share my review. Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I ordered a shirt at the end of August and called to change the shipping address before it was mailed. The representative I spoke to assured me I was all set with the correct address. The shirt shipped on September 9th and here it is, October 11th and still no shirt. I spoke to a representative (after being on hold for nearly one hour) who completely understood my complaint and assured me that my money would be returned. I then got an email from another representative saying that was not possible - only a reprint could be offered to me which is no longer an viable option for me. I want my money back. What a frustrating experience. I would not recommend using this company. If you do, at least use a credit card so you can get your money back if what you were promised or purchased does not come through.
I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a tee shirt from them on 9/8 and paid for it with my credit card. On 9/20 I received an e-mail from Teechips that my order had shipped via DHL and they gave the tracking number for that shipment. I figured that I should receive my package within a week. I am still waiting. I went onto DHL tracking site. I didn't type in the tracking number I was given, it did a copy paste of that number. DHL has no record of that shipment number. Nope. Today is 10/7 and I have called TeeChip, and it's push 1 for this or 2 for that, I just pushed the number 0 to try to talk to a human being. You are placed in line before you can speak to anyone. I was placed 15th in line to speak with anyone and my wait time would be about an hour.
I have contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute on the money TeeChip charged and received payment on my account.
Under no circumstances do business with these people.
I have been online for 3 weeks now. Ordered one mug, and they sent one to the shipping address and another to the billing address. Tried to contact them several times with long wait times of 1 hr. Or so. Asked for a call back, which I never received. Posted my complaint several times, filed a claim, and they said there was nothing they could do. They are thieves. Once they get a hold of your credit card number, that's it. I can't believe a company like this exists. I now have a dispute in with my credit card company. Don't make the same mistake I did. You will be sorry!
Purchased a coffee cup. The picture on the cup blends in with the background so much you can hardly tell what it is. I have spent 2 months trying to get a solution from them. All they keep saying is an agent will contact me.
I loved the design. I got the shirt actually before I expected. However, upon 1st wash, it was 2 sizes smaller. Luckily I am short waisted and was able to stretch it out (which made it shorter) and it is "okay". Order a size up folks!

Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
