I guess I got lucky!

I ordered a sweatshirt about 2 weeks ago. I received the sweatshirt and I love it. I took a chance ordering from them via Facebook and it worked out. Sad to see so many were scammed. I have nothing but great things to say about them. They kept me informed about when it would be shipped and I knew it wouldn't be until after the campaign ended as I had read it. I payed through PayPal so if any issues occurred, I knew I would get a refund. Thank you Teechip! I love my sweatshirt!

Didn't have a problem

I was scared after ordering and then seeing all other reviews on it being a scam. The campaign or the shirt I ordered as Oct 31 and I got shirt 4 days later. I ordered it on Oct 28th. It is the size and everything looks great. I gave it 4 stars because the printed area is stiff. Not sure if that will change in wash. But not flexible or blended into shirt, like I have from shirts I have ordered from other places. Still shipping was fast.

We ordered 2 hooded sweatshirt, received 1 regular sweatshirt. I've attempted contact 5 times, but they're ignoring me. Plan to call my credit card company to dispute the charges.

Ordered a hoodie in early October... campaign was set to end on 10/20/2016, expected ship date 10/27. It is now 11/4 and there is no tracking yet. I still get emails saying product will ship on 10/27. THIS IS A SCAM. I will NEVER order from this site again. If you try calling support, it rings 1-2 times, then the call drops.

$#*! this company.

Terrible quality print

WASTE OF MONEY AVOID***

ORDERED A TSHIRT ON 15th October then got update goods despatched on 17th Oct it is now the 2ND Nov still no goods no tracking update and no replies from several emails... TOOK THE MONEY AND RUN!

I got totally scammed after tracking and saw was undeliverable as address... Then going on line and reading all these complaints... I'm not even going to bother with the company for a refund... They totally $#*!ed with the wrong person... Will place a call to all local news stations that deal with this $#*!

Wow terrible~

SO I ordered a simple t-ship with a print on it and the results were terrible. The original image they printed was low resolution(probably stolen) so the t-shirt i got looks like garbage. They have the balls to charge 20 something dollars for this. Terrible customer service. Wow hopefully some of their karma catches up to them.

I am disappointed that I seem to have been scammed. I cannot elicit a response from Teechip. My order confirmation and progress updates indicate that the goods were sent to my home country and landed in Johannesburg on 27 September. However the DHL Global Mail tracking number cannot be tracked in country. My Pink Floyd "One Day Ten Years" shirt has disappeared into a black hole somewhere, along with my money. And with the R/US$ exchange rate, that hurts!

Terrible. I paid through paypal so when my item was supposed to arrive and didn't, I tried to contact the seller through paypal. Nothing. I disputed the charge through paypal and paypal tried to get in touch with them -- not sure if they succeeded but I never heard anything about it. I called the customer service line and was told by a recording that I was # 27 in the que and that I would have@ 52 minutes to wait before speaking with a representative. Paypal informed me they were giving Teechip until today to resolve the problem. Yesterday we received the sweatshirt I ordered -- kind of. It was supposed to be blue but it's black. I got an email that the item was delivered and a request for a review. Really?!? What a scam...

Hello, I ordered an item in good faith and received the wrong size. All I wanted was to exchange it but after multiple attempts to contact the company via phone and e-mail, I am now disputing the charge and trying to return the item ordered. The quality guarantee is nonsense, the materials used are the cheapest found on the market. Also, they claim to be using Fruit of the loom t-shirts but I am sure these are t-shirts with Fruit of the Loom tags sewn onto them and not the actual t-shirts from this well-known brand. Their customer service is non-existent! I am never again ordering from any campaign ran by this company!

Seventeen days to receive the WRONG item. I've sent four different emails to resolve and have received NO response. Must now report as a fraudulent charge, as I did NOT authorize purchase of the POS I received.

I contacted them on 10-24 saying i needed to cancel my order, i got an email asking to reply with my reason why I'm canceling, so i sent my email with my reason, i also mentioned in my email that i need some kind of confirmation that it was canceled. I tried emailing them at least 4 times on the 25th and the 26th. Today i get an email telling me my order will be going into Production soon! So i sent another email telling them if they dont cancel it i will be contacting the Iowa Attorney generals office, my attorney and Facebook about your shady ways of doing
Business and i will be also filing a complaint with my credit card company! Teechip consider yourselfs warned all i want is my order canceled and my money back i am willing to creat all sorts of problems to make it happen!

Ordered a shirt through FB and have never received it. Do not do business with this company, poor customer service and doesn't seem to know what they are doing, if you do decide to use them, then use a CC so you can do a charge back/ dispute.

It's been over a month since I placed my order, which went from these numb-nuts to DHL to USPS who promptly delivered it somewhere in Indiana. Their customer service call queue is overflowing with people calling (it's a LOOONG wait) and when you do suffering through the wait, nobody is authorized to give you what you want. (Cancel the order. Refund my money.) I'm STILL WAITING for something. A tracking number for my replacement, any communication (email, because God Forbid anyone picks up a phone) or anything resembling some form of customer service.
