I am also waiting for my order placed on Oct. 31. No order number, no answer to my e-mails, nobody answers the phone. THIS IS SCAM. Do not order anything from them. Too bad I can not drive to their place in Indiana and get physical with these bastards.
First you pretend to donate $5 of each ordered item to the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and now you pretend to donate 90% of each item. Asking you to show a proof of these donations you don't even respond. Then it comes out, that the tribe is not even getting a single dime out of the orders. You make money out of these people and their situation and you need to be sued. I ordered three items, which was more than $100 including shipping. I should have given all the money to the tribe directly. Also I asked a few friends that live stateside to press charges against you. This is fraud and I hope your greedy a§§ will pay for this!
I ordered couple of sweat shirts from this company. I read the reviews after the fact and was terrified to see so many unsatisfied people. I had no issue what so ever with this company. My shirts came within reasonable time, size I ordered, etc. The quality is great. I had no issues and the tracking system allowed me to keep an eye on my order. Thanks tee chip.
Twice now, my shirts have been returned to sender because they put an incomplete address on the label.
If you like no customer service, paying for something and not receiving it then this is the coming for you! I filed a dispute with Paypal but in the meantime I am out the money I spent waiting for resolution. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a shirt almost a month ago. Never shipped, never got anything. Sent an email and received a response a week later. I asked for a refund and they told me they were shipping the shirt the next day. I clearly know at this point it's a scam. I responded cursing them out and telling them to refund me. They said someone would get back to me. I told them not to worry as I know it's a scam. Filed a chargeback on PayPal in which they haven't responded.
Still waiting after 6 weeks for t shirt, no responses from customer service email, no way to reach them by phone, but they charged my credit card really quickly.

Scammed me as well. Promised school colors on sweatshirt. Then confirmed with wrong colors, wouldn't change so i refused delivery. They keep writing same canned response which does not answer my questions. Now in PayPal arbitration.
Don't ever order from these people. There is no customer service. The quality is extremely poor and you're stuck with the merchandise! Don't answer the phone. Same standard response from emails..."too bad, so sad!"

I ordered a MMX Mug on August 17, I was provided a tracking number and 2 days later it arrived at a warehouse in Illinois, since then it's been stuck in there, almost have passed and DHL says this is to blame on teechip, they haven't answered any of my emails, I keep messaging them through their FB page and still no response! Their are a total scam and this stupid company survives on scamming every one that orders from them! Is there a way to sue them and get them out of bussiness before they keep stealing money from us? I really DO want my money back and to see these f*ckers in jail. Seeing that we ALL have been scammed how can we proceed legally against them? Please if anyone knows answer me. I live in Mexico but I know that in the United States you can sue them for this.

I order my t-shirt Oct 19 the campaign ended on the 21st shipment day was the 25th and I'm still waiting. Tried emailing only for it to bounce back and say email address does not exist. Tried calling and I get a half a ring and than silence. I am super frustrated and pissed with this BULL$#*! company. Now I will dispute this charge with PayPal... By the way my rating in a big fat ZERO but that was not a option...
$#*!ing scam! I canceled my card and still a $#*! up with this damn company they already charged me before a proof of purchase. So pissed every phone number they had rang half a ring the cut out. The emails are "no reply" and they say don't complain until you receive it. Well your confirmation was the wrong address. I tried to correct that and won't receive $#*! bc you have the wrong address. My bank says I can't fix it until Monday. I should have just taken the item I saw on their FB site and made my own. Probably will be better quality that way. $#*!ing scam!
I ordered a t-shirt oct. 14th. They took the money off my card but here it is now nov. 6 and STILL no shirt. There was never any tracking information available and when i tried contacting by email the first two times i recieved and email back saying that it was expected to ship oct. 24th which is what the page said after putting my order number in. No new information was given in that email. The other email i had reported a problem with my product. They emailed back saying that order number has yet to ve delivered and that it was expected to leave oct. 24th. And to please not report a problem until i receive the product. These were all sent way after the 24th. Im beginning to think they're meaning oct. 24th of 2017 it will be shipped... So irritated
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
