Just received the hoodie I ordered for my Daughters Christmas present. Barely got it opened when a sinking feeling set in... Wrong color. Took it out of the bag to look at the design.The transfer is there along with all the black-grey smudges surrounding the entire front of the garment. So there it is."Merry Christmas Daughter. Tee Chip has a great scam... when they have sold enough of a product, then they make it... so if and when that happens perhaps they will send the items. Order placed on November 24th... they email back it will be shipped between December 4th and January 4th... pretty disappointing as they were for Christmas gifts... cancelled the order as soon as I got the e-mail... today they respond with, the order can't be cancelled... lol. Yes, I will check out these places before sending money again. Beware!

I placed an order for the "I'm always hungry" (Son Goku) campaign on the 18th of October. I did not immediately get any relevant confirmation, neither on the website or on my mail. I felt something was wrong so I started googling, found this review section and kind of panicked. I already saw my $$ going down the drain. However I got later that day a confirmation of the order saying that the campaign will finish on the 20th and the expected ship date is 27th October. On the 14th of November I received an email with a tracking number that the order has shipped. The tracking number showed that the package already arrived to the destination country on the 12th. Shipping address was in EU. Today (22nd of November) I received a notice from the Post Office and picked up my package. T shirt and long sleeve shirt, the colors and sizes I had ordered pretty much all ok. The size (S) corresponded with the standard dimensions so they fit well. The base shirts are from Fruit Loom, the material is a bit thin but looks ok, I've bought new shirts before with similar material. The print itself also looks ok, if it disappears after the first washing I will come back here crying with a 1 star review :)) Not top quality material but I would not say it's crap either. Medium. The communication wasn't the best one but they pretty much shipped in time, expected ship date was 27th + 2-3 weeks for international shipment, got it on the 22nd... I would say it's decent.

If it were possible to give lower than 1 star, I would. I ordered 2 shirts from a campaign that ended on October 14. When 2 weeks had passed and no information at all other than the receipt that they'd taken my money... I emailed their support to see what was going on, and that I was going to contact paypal for resolution. No reply at all, but oh gee... I get an automated email that my package had shipped, anticipated deliver November 5. November 5 came and went, nothing on the tracking other than it had gotten to the "processing facility". I again attempted to contact, 2 phone calls with interminable hold times before being disconnected, going through their "report a problem" promised an email with instructions to follow. Of course, it never came. Sent another email to support that if something didn't happen within 24 hours I was filing complaint with paypal, and gee... magically I get an updated tracking the next morning that there was a scheduled delivery the next day. Hmmmm... Now, 2 weeks after deliver, nearly 3 weeks after the email complaint, I get a reply from their customer service. "We show the package delivered, if you have any other problems please contact us." NEVER AGAIN. I think the only reason I got the shirts when I did was because I was going through paypal to get my $$ back. Losers. Potential buyers BEWARE!

I ordered 2 crystal palace shirts one 5xxxx 1 large through pay pal, got the big one then the large came as ipswich, i made contact to them since then all i have had is aggro and no help they have had pictures of parcel sent, shirts order all numbers id order email adrress and address of delivery, nothing no help have made contact with pay pal, this was a gift to go to spain, cannot do it now very angry and the fact of the matter is they don't care and don't want to help either, they are quick enough to take money, on the web oage it says if wrong shirt is sent send pictures they will show up that dept then send another not true at all once order is gone DONT CARE VERY ANGRY AND CROSS AND IF I COULD GET HOLD OF SOMEONE IT WOULD NOT END WELL,
