Ordering from here was a waste of money, poor quality, wrong items were sent, and it took over a month for me to receive my products. CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOTHING TO FIX THESE ISSUES OTHER THAN WASTE MY TIME.

I can honestly say this is the first review I have written in my life as I tend to give people and companies the benefit of the doubt. Still haven't received the product after 2 months even though according to them it shipped 6 weeks ago. No responses to multiple e-mails and no one answers their phones. Terrible service! The absolute worst company! Obviously will NEVER order anything from them ever again.

This is the most rediculous company i have ever dealt with we ordered two shirts back in august still waiting for our shirts. They were sent out but never made it to us because they didnt put our house and street number on the package so post office sent it back after numerous days calling and being on hold for up to 45 mins at a time to get through to someone they have a shi*** attitude after giving then our address on numerous calls and speaking to one $#*! after another they tell you we dont give refunds except special circumstances they lie lie lie
What is a special circumstance doesnt not getting your merchandise after almost 5 months count i mean wow what a scam they have going no refund no t shirts and we lost over 50 dollars shame on you tee chip you are a disgusting vile company scamming people of their money and yes facebook needs to do a better job advertising this company

Still waiting

It's been a month I had orders 2 t-shirts.
The statut said it's been in printing since 3 weeks.
I never experience this and starting thinking this company is a scam.
I WANT MY FUKING T-SHIRTS!

Wow! Disappointed! I got this tee in grey and the Navy stuff that is in that Powder blue color you can't really read! I probably should have gotten Black. Man, it really looks bad! Kind of a Waste of $$ there. I won't get anything from teechip again, EVER!

I ordered a phone case and after submitting my order realized that it automatically got changed from a black to a chocolate color. I will not use a chocolate color case. Called immediately and when I was finally able to talk to someone, I was told that nothing can be done, even if it is a technical issue. Then, I submitted a claim and heard back that they will not do anything about the problem. They essentially ran away with my money and there is no recourse. I got across this site on Facebook. Please be warned.

This company is using a copyrighted photo of my daughter to sell their tee shirt. They photo shopped the tee-shirt onto the photo. I have publically posted, Direct IMd, emailed and called them. They have been using this photo for weeks on IG and FB. They are pathetic. Do NOT buy from them

It doesn't indicate what the currency is, which would be fairly simple to include seeing as most other websites include it. I ordered assuming it was CAD not USD and then 2 days later when I checked my credit card, I noticed that the prices almost doubled. I tried to cancel right away but the campaign was done and both support people were no help at all. The annoying thing is that the campaign has been 'extended' which means people can still order but my ordering period is closed so I have to pay for VERY overpriced shirts!

I ordered from teechip last year and got my t-shirt way late but it was nice when it arrived. It was not a custom order, it was a print that they make and promoted. Then in November 2016 they promoted another shirt that I liked. So, I ordered it and received two shirts, same sizes, same designs, their designs, not custom made. I was charged on my credit card for two shirts, when I only ordered one. I read the return policy, which said all shirts are custom made, which is BS, as this was a design they sent me, and I am pretty sure they have many of these designs already made to ship. Their policy said shirts could not be returned because they are each custom made, one at a time. I tried calling their customer service line but every time I am placed on a hold in which no one ever answers after 30 mins. Of waiting. So then I tried emailing them and both times I wrote and tried to send an email an error comes up "invalid id number" which I cannot seem to fix. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, so I am going to refute the charge for a shirt I did not order, however I just read one of your reviews which posted saying someone else refuted charges on their card and teechip just keep placing the charge back on their bill! Teechip needs to develop a reasonable, working customer service plan where customer can reach someone and start acting like a REAL COMPANY if they are going to stay in business. I will not order from them again.

Buyer Beware

Same story as soo many others, waited several weeks for my shirt to arrive but billed immediately. Shirt arrived with with white plastic smears all over the back of shirt around all the actual print as well as it was child's size Small. I ordered a ladies Small and went according to their measurements when I placed my ordered. When I contacted this company asking for a full refund and wanting to ship the damaged shirt back I was told they couldn't give me a refund but would send out another shirt. I explained that even a new shirt wouldn't fit because they misrepresented the size on the chart to begin with, I was then told that even though the measurements were off by 1-2 inches it was commercially acceptable and they could do anything about the size that arrived. Long story short... I'm still struggling to get my money back in December for a shirt I ordered in August even though I shipped the damaged product back. Don't waste your money with these people, I'm super bummed I didn't see the reviews BEFORE I ordered...$40 for a tee shirt that would fit my 6 year old... lesson learned as I will never buy from this company again! Too bad their isn't a rating for -5 stars.

Same story as other reviews. Ordered shirts. They billed my credit card the same day. No emails. No confirmation. Nothing. Five weeks later my credit card company took the charge off my bill. This company charged it back! I am now, 2+ months later, still in dispute with them. Total scam company.

Ya had me worried

I ordered a black nacho Libre mug, and it said that it would be 3-5 days before arrival. Me being a worry wart, I got freaked when it didn't show up on the 5th day. The next day came, and I got my package! Safely bubble wrapped with no chips or cracks and everything looked good. A little more communication would be nice though.

STAY AWAY!

Tried to order some mugs for Christmas gifts, and the website never acknowledged that the order went through. We ended up being charged for a large order TWICE, and one mug that we didn't even put into the cart! When we tried to cancel the order and have them correct it, all we got was email messages saying that the production has already started, and it was too late. Tried to call their "customer service" number, and sat on hold for over 40 minutes with absolutely no signs of a real person, or any indication that someone was eventually going to pick up the phone.

Ordered identical shirts for my daughters for Christmas presents. Received both but noticed very quickly the difference in quality between the 2 as well as the sizes running extremely small!
The 'small' was more of a childs small rather than the ladies small that they advertise. As mentioned above; both were suppose to be identical
(color & print) the small was extremely faded! Not only was the color of shirt but the print also & it had a blurred look to it.
Customer service is EVERYTHING but that. I give up on getting anywhere with them & looks like I'll be throwing them away or giving them to charity.

The only recommendation I'd give is to NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

The campaign end for the hoodie I ordered ended on Nov 4, I received a notice that it was shipped on Nov 14 and I received it, in Canada, on Nov 29. Exactly what I ordered in the right size, colour and print.
