So, just received my second order from TeeChip, and again I must be incredibly lucky in comparison to so many reviews I have read. Item is exactly what was ordered, and is great quality (Gilmore Girls hoodie). Parcel took just over 2 weeks to travel from dispatch in USA to my home address in Australia. So far I am thoroughly happy with the prices, quality and delivery of the items I have ordered.
-Sent my shirt 3 weeks after ordering it and 2 weeks after when they said it would be shipped
-never even came.
-representatives have not returned my emails or calls.
I ordered the "Gibbs Rules" coffee mug for my brother for Christmas. He's a huge fan of NCIS. The print is microscopic! I'll have to give him a magnifying glass with it for him to read it. I'm so upset.
This mug looks like it has a double exposure of the picture. Was very upset when i saw it, as it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Needless to say it will not be given. I will not order from this site again as they say they do not do exchanges. Seems like a rip off site to me.
I ordered a shirt in October during the baseball playoffs. I received an email stating the shirt was shipped. DHL sent a conformation stating that it was shipped and it was supposed to be delivered in about a week. That was middle of October. Still no shirt. This company took my money out of my account but still no shirt. I sent a email it teechip and I got no response back. I then sent a email to DHL they replied back and stated that they received the request but the package never made it to them. It is now the middle of December and still no shirt. I have been ripped off and want my money back.
Ordered a tee shirt more then 5 weeks ago it says it was shipped 4 week ago. Dhl tracking says it is in country awaiting delivery, USPS tracking says it was never received, company no help at all. Item no where to be found
I ordered a tee on Facebook from TeeChip. The "campaign" closed on the date posted and I immediately received an email stating the tee I ordered was shipped. I received my tee the very next day. It is exactly what I ordered! I am VERY pleased!
I decided to take the risk and order a Nicholas Cage mug for my friend, and I wound up having no issues. It came in about a week and looks great. So I don't know if I just got lucky, or if the only people who left reviews here are the ones who had a negative experience.

The reason why I didn't receive it, it's because they wrote only half of my address on the package, unbelievable! Worst customer service ever!
Ordered two hoodies and had to wait two months for them to arrive (a normal delivery from Asia to the U. K. by Asos would take up to a month MAX). When they arrived the print on the hoodie looked slightly pixelated and faded, as if it would wash off in the washing machine. Material is okay and quite comfortable, but I could get a better quality sweater from another shop for less money.
I bought 2 mugs instead of one and immediately asked to return one and 3 weeks later they replied that they can't cancel mugs.

TeeChip has a documented history of ripping off customers and allowing "designer" to sell copyrighted images on t-shirts. Shirts and other products ordered often do not arrive on time if at all. Those that do arrive are poor quality and often very flawed.
Never received my product. They told me too bad on an email, never can speak to anybody. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
They have horrible customer service, was never able to speak with someone on the phone, also emailed them with no response. I ordered the first week of November and just now received my product.

Awful customer support. No response to multiple emails. I've been on hold for 43 minutes, after dialing the number tens of times and having the call dropped. On their website they have a chat function that nobody answers. I am one unhappy customer and would NEVER purchase anything from them ever again. I doubt I'll hear from them.

I ordered a Gilmore girls mug on nov 17 it was supposed to ship by 11/25. Call in 12/1 and it was still printing because it was a gift that was supposed to be for Dec 3. Called gave me a partial refund, however I was asking to cancel because it still has not shipped. Would not do it. Was unable to speak to supervisor.
Like other reviewers, I will NEVER order from this company again. I am a physical therapist and ordered for myself only. I am not a "campaign"! The size I ordered was too large, but they only accept returns is the shirt has a "flaw"! Their ads on FB are clearly directed at individuals, and I had to search in the FAQs of the website to find the return policy. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY and spread the word!
Accidentally ordered wrong size T-shirt... no way to upsize past an xlarge... tried to cancel order, but, OMG! They withdrew my money in LESS THAN A BLINK OF AN EYE! Thank goodness I used Pay Pal and was able to file a claim to get my money back because you CAN NOT get these people by phone even though they post their phone number---all you get is a half-ring and a click when it hangs up! BEWARE!
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
