I placed an order for 2 things and I am being charged for 12 things. They won't let me cancel the order. I have emailed, messaged them and get the same run around. Their confirmation email says that the order doesn't process until the campaign is over so I feel I should be able to cancel the order.

I was really scared when I ordered a mug last Saturday. I ordered it before I read the reviews. I got a confirmation email of my order, and then yesterday I got a DHL tracking # saying my package was sent out, and today I received the mug. It's a good enough quality and what I was expecting. So I can't vouch for everyone else's experience and maybe I just got lucky, but I am very satisfied.

I really did spend 30 dollars on a T here and got the same problem they all did. 360+ people didnt get their product, if you do buy from them, they will never ship your product but have a tracker that says it was shipped, than deny your compensation, i just wanted the shirt, but now I want my money back after the robot response i got from the company. TLDR this company is fraudulent.
Same as everyone else - ordered in Nov tracked it until it said it was delivered. It wasn't delivered. Tried to call - their telephone system hangs up on you. I am reporting it to my bank as fraud. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
So in reading some of the reviews on Teechip, there seems to be a consistent theme as to what I experienced. Ordered a shirt as a Christmas Gift back in November, tracked it all the way to my local post office where it stated "out for delivery", couple of days passed, checked online again for status and it stated "undeliverable-wrong address" returned to sender. So after a few attempts to contact someone by phone at Teechip, I went to the website and used online chat, explained my situation and Octavia87 said they created a case and an agent will be getting in touch within 24hrs. That was three days ago, no one has contacted me and I'm resigned to the fact that I've lost $30. Bottom line, they suck, don't order from them!
Place order I made a mistake in my address. When it didn't arrive I went to TeeChip web site and saw that on Dec 3 it could not be delivered because of address problems. Never received any notification of this I had to search web site with order number after I logged in which is not an easy task. Followed procedures to file clam no response did it again next day no response. Today I called waited 30 minutes on hold only to be told to file a claim and I would hear back in 24 hr. I informed representative I had done this the last 2 days with no response. At this time I asked to speak to supervisor was told not available and to leave voicemail. I asked again if there was any one available I could speak to that could tell me the status of my order. I was told no leave voicemail with Emily so I agreed and instead of going to voicemail I once again was put on hold. At this time I was over it and hung up. TeeChip has my money and I have nothing. Don't do business with them unless you check everything on your order 6 times and then worry. Totally flustered Karen Webb
In total I ordered three tee shirts. No where did it say no returns. I have contacted them numerous times with no response. I have two tee shirts that are the wrong size and I am stuck with them. Wish I had looked for reviews before I ordered. They don't care. I am out money and can't get the right sizes

Now it's too late to return it and get a replacement in time for Christmas... even if a correct replacement does exist. I tried calling... was left on hold for over 30 minutes before I gave up. Tried emailing... their email system sucks. You can send a message that says you have a problem but not stating what that problem is. I will never order from them again and you can be sure every time I see them come up on Facebook, I will be posting my opinion of them on that post.

I ordered a poster from this site and when I received it it looked NOTHING like the advertisement. Poster was blurt and very poor quality. When I emailed them for a refund and return label I was asked to take pictures of the poster showing the defects and explain what was wrong with it. Sent a picture over a week ago and haven't gotten a response. Avoid this company like the plague. Garbage quality, garbage customer service. Hope they go out of business.

However, when you order something... you expect to get what you pay for. The colors were completely different, the print job was blurry... it looks like garbage. I guess it could be worse... some people didn't even get their orders. I spent $40 on this shirt and to get something that looks like I could have drawn it with a crayon... definitely disappointing. I know this company will say it depends on the image quality the "artist" uploads, but honestly, the shirt designer had nothing to do with the shoddy way this shirt was printed. What a sad waste of money. I was planning on giving this for a Christmas present, but I'm simply too embarrassed to put my name on it. Steer clear of this company.

I just received a coffee mug I purchased for a Christmas present. It bears a slight resemblance to what I ordered, but only a slight one. The picture on the website showed a black cat with a lithe body portrayed in grey with haunting yellow eyes. All I got was the face and eyes. Totally unattractive and nothing like the picture shown. Now I get to pay to return it.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
