“ORDERED ONCE - CHARGED TWICE - NO PRODUCT”

I ordered a shirt for a Christmas gift on 12/5 - I just checked my pay pal to start a dispute since I haven't received it and cannot get anyone on the phone, and saw that I was charged twice and still haven't received it.

Thankfully Paypal has an excellent dispute system and will be certain to refund me for this b. S.
