Ordered a mug in Oct 2016. It was shipped out but somehow lost during shipping. Teechip.com said we shipped it our part is done. When I stopped payment they immediately offered to send me another one. This was in Nov. Dec 19, I received the mug with the image printed upside down. Email sent to customer service through the website. No response. Tried to call, voice automation no person. Waste of my time and money. Poorly ran company.
Glad I came to this website first. I did order once before and shirt way undersized, so leary... saw some shirts interested in for me and my MOM - as lost my Dad abruptly to cancer in 9/16... so glad I did not place orders. Horrible how they scam on folks mourning the loss of a dear loved one. Shame on them.

Ordered a liberal tee-shirt from their campaign with the map on it calling the blue states the USA and calling the red states 'dumb$#*!istan'. It was a gift for someone for Christmas. The shirt came in the 23rd of Dec printed the opposite way calling the blue states 'dumb$#*!istan'. Especially in this political unrest to advertise a t-shirt one way and deliver in what I see as a malicious joke at the buyers expense is despicable. And no response from customer service. There is no live person at the end of their phone.
I ordered the black background version of the Gibbs Rules cups. When they arrived, they were black alright... with either no printing or the printing was the same color black. No way you can see the printing. And there's no recourse to file a complaint, just this review forum. Be warned: these Gibbs Rules cups are a complete ripoff of your money
I have had the same experience as many here with Techip. I ordered a hoodie in november as a christmas gift for my brother. I have tried contacting them numerous times with no reply. Says it would ship December 6th then nothing. I have put thru a dispute with paypal. Has anyone received a refund if they paid via paypal? I always use paypal for protection but have never had to submit a refund request.
I placed an order, said would be shipped 5 days after order submitted. It has been several weeks with no information from Rock. Com. I Emailed them and received a condescending reply about orders being processed in order received. I will not order from them again! I highly recommend you read the return policy and reviews carefully before ordering from this site. All sales are final with only store credit IF they approve.

A t-shirt that I ordered as a Christmas gift well in advance arrived after I hounded them on a tracking number which they were reluctant to give me... sound shady? It sure was. I dealt with the worst customer service representative, he was very rude and non helpful. Package finally arrived which I was thinking saved their rep in my opinion because it made it here before christmas... and it was printed on a fruit of the loom t-shirt. Are you serious? I paid $50 for 2 fruit of the loom t-shirts of poor quality?

I have been trying to deal with these people for 3 months now with no luck. Like an idiot, I purchased a campaign shirt that I saw on Facebook. I received it a month later and it was blury and badly overheated into the shirt. I contacted them via email (You can reach them on the phone... EVER) and got the run around for weeks. Finally they sent me a replacement and guess what? IT WAS WORSE THAN THE FIRST SHIRT! I have sent them at least 10 emails with no response. WORST COMPANY EVER! BUYER BEWARE! I have contacted the Attorney General's office and the BBB. I have also spoken to a lawyer that stated if I can get enough dissatisfied customers, we could bring a lawsuit against the company. SO my sweet mom had an ad pop up on her Facebook advertising a sweatshirt with "insert your last name- the legacy lives on". She knew my brother would love this sweatshirt with his last name, so she order it to the tune of $40! It took awhile to receive it and when she finally did, it read "ROWLES-the legacy lives on". The problem is that that is not my brother's last name, nor is it REMOTELY close. With most companies you call, explain their mistake, and they apologize profusely while rushing you the correct order. Uh, no. My mom was told that there would be no return since the item was not defective. Excuse me? NOT DEFECTIVE? Unfortunately, we don't know anyone with that last name, so have no use for such a sweatshirt! I am trying to understand why/how a company would benefit in any way from this type of service and unscrupulous behavior. I mean, are they just telling their employees to "throw anything" in the box and send it off? It just doesn't make sense. I am so mad that they ripped off my dear mom like that!

Awful or no Customer Service! Merchandise was not properly packaged and was received broken. I filed a claim as stated, (and added a picture of broken merchandise) on the website and never received a response. Called 2 days later and was on hold for 59 minutes before I was able to talk with a representative. Rep advised me to send an email with a picture again and told me he would escalate my claim and promised that someone would contact me by the next day. No one has contacted me by email or phone as of yet. I called again yesterday 12/19 and once again stayed on hold for a representative for 1 hr and 4 minutes before system sent me to a voicemail. I left a message regarding my issue and no contact from this company by email or phone yet. My order was made on 11/30 and shipped to me on 12/6. I explained to the rep that this was a Christmas gift and still nothing. Very disappointed with this Company!

Ordered the "Gibb's Rules" mug for my mom for Christmas since she loves NCIS. Instead I received a mug that says "I may live in Arizona, but on game day my heart & soul is in Kansas City". Tried contacting customer support and they never emailed me about returning my order, nor did they ever answer their phone after putting me on hold. So now I've spent $20 on the world's most random mug that I can't give to anybody. Don't waste your money here because even if they do send you something, it probably won't even be the right product.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
