I ordered a Friends mug for my daughter, who is a Friends fanatic, for Christmas. The font is so small it's illegible, therefore useless. I contacted them and they replied, apologized and said they would send a placement. I received it about a week later but it's the exact same piece of crap as the first one. So now I have 2 mugs that are useless garbage. I have since been trying to contact them to get a refund and have not received a response. DO NOT buy anything from them. If anyone wants Friends merchandise, CafePress has thousands of products to choose from that arrived on time and were well made.
I ordered 2 tee shirts and a addon hoodie. Got the hoodie but never received the tees. Waited on hold for an hour to speak to someone and was told it would be shipped separately. Within minutes got a email saying my claim has been renewed and denied. Because I revived the package shipped. Called again was told they would check it out got second mail denying fir same reason. Still out 2 tees I was charged for. They are ripping people off. Wished I'd found these reviews before I ordered. Worst customer service ever.
Totally wish I would have read the reviews before I got screwed out of my $$ I too have tried and tried to get ahold of this POS company for their awful looking merchandise. I really didn't have $50+ to waste on a extremely poor quality printed hoodie that I was excited to receive and super disappointed when I did get it. I've ordered other hoodies from other sites and thankfully they turned out good. NEVER EVER AGAIN TEECHIP! YOU ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY! PS... Do not even think about it for a minute - I am saving you here! The quality of t shirt and imprint is very poor. Their customer service SUCKS! Takes multiple emails to get an answer They ship by pony express. RUN while you can. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! One and done.
I ordered a poster for my father as a Christmas present... Awesome design. The problem is, they sent a completely different poster. I contacted their "Customer Service", which seems just to be automated computer replies, and have been jumping through hoops since. They keep redirecting me, having me add more and more photos of the "defect" every time.
I'm never going to get my money back, or the correct product.

I read the reviews, but loved one of the designs that kept popping up in the facebook feed. I just had to have a tshirt and a sweatshirt. I went by their sizing chart and ordered accordingly.
Shipping didn't take as long as I expected. I give them a star for that. I ordered it on December 19,2016, and received it on January 4.
I am not satisfied, though, for a couple of reasons. The sizing is not very uniform. The sweatshirt was too big, and the tshirt was too small, yet they were the same size and both showed they should fit the same on the sizing chart. That alone would not make me write a bad review.
The tshirt had someone's stick deoderant marks all over it or some kind of white marks. It was a black tshirt, but up by the underarms there were a lot of white marks and again down near the front bottom of the shirt. It had been tried on and made filthy. There was no way a person repacking it for me could not see those marks. I don't see how those marks could have appeared on the shirt during shipping. It was shipped in the same bag as the sweatshirt, and the sweatshirt had no white marks.
On top of that, the quality of the material for both the tshirt and the sweatshirt are horrible. They are stiff, yet thin, scratchy feeling and uncomfortable. In addition, the shirt is not fitted for a woman at all. It is straight up and down and small. If you have no boobs at all it might fit. Yet, the material is not stretchy at all, but stiff, so it won't stretch to fit at all.
I have never felt tshirt material that felt like that before - stiff.
Tee Chip has $43.00 of my hard earned money for a Pit Bull hoodie. I got a hoodie, all right, but it has some logo in Spanish. They don't answer their phones. You are left on hold listening to classical music. Is that supposed to soothe the angry customer? They don't give you a correct email address. Finally found one that worked and got a generic automated response. Someone needs to file a class action suit with these charlatans. One day they will anger the wrong lawyer and maybe they will take action. Would have given a "0" stars if available.
Ordered 2 t shirts and a mug on 12/9. The shirts arrived on 12/23. They were poor quality, the printing was rough feeling and much lower on one of the shirts than the other. I was embarrassed to give them as gifts. But at least they showed up... the mug never did! It said it shipped on 12/14 and the company who shipped takes no responsibility, says that it's an issue with TeeChip. I've tried calling TeeChip 2x before giving up after being on hold for 50 minutes and 30 minutes. I've sent 2 emails, the first got a response that they were looking into it but I never heard anything. Just sent another one today. Learned my lesson and wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. They have some cute and fun products, but the quality and customer service are TERRIBLE! Never mind that they owe me $17.95 for a mug that I doubt I will ever get.
Plese do not buy never anything from them. Timings are always longer than they promise, the quality is really poor and it is impossible to contact them and even more impossible to get any refund. Teechip are making a lot of money at our expense, cheating all of us in our faces!
Ordered a Harry Potter jumper for my brother for Christmas 6 WEEKS AGO and i still haven't received it. I received a order confirmation email and a few days later I received an email telling me that my order has been shipped with a tracking number. I cannot track my order as the link they sent me sends me to a blank web page. They said I would receive the order 5-6 business days after it had been shipped and still nothing! Not even an email update. They do not reply to any emails. This company is fraudulent DO NOT BUY WITH THEM. SCAM SCAM SCAM!
I ordered a shirt that was too large; I paid $10 to mail it back and requested a smaller size. I Haven't heard anything, and I'm out the original price plus return postage of $10.00.
So I ordered to Specialty Christmas shirts at the beginning of December a full week and a half before their campaign allegedly ended. Within less than 12 hours, I realized that needed to cancel one of the shirts and wrote to them, to which they replied that they that 1 shirt was already in process I could only make adjustments to the 2nd, which is the one I wanted to cancel so I thought great and wrote them back saying so and please credit back the money for the second shirt! Over a week later I finally received another reply saying that they could not cancel any part of my order due to the campaign ending, which originally wasn't for another 8 days, before I sent the first email. I sent back a pretty strong worded response and got another reply that it would be forwarded to a manager to make adjustments and I hoped for a credit me back for the one shirt & that the other would make it before Christmas since it was a Christmas-themed shirt.
Not only did I never hear back from anyone nor received the credit and both shirts just arrived in the mail on the 29th, which kind of made it pointless to wear for Christmas and this was allegedly due to the campaign closing late!
Obviously, this is a horrible company with equally horrible customer service, who obviously lies and contradicts themselves and I will never again order anything from there and tell everyone I know to do the same! Haven't even unwrapped the shirts as I'm contemplating just putting them out with next week's trash; so I don't even have to see where my $56 went.

I ordered the Tshirt "I Drink and I Know Things". It took weeks to receive it. I didn't inspect it before giving it as a gift so imagine my embarrassement when my niece held it up and the print was off centered by a good 6 inches! Bless her heart, she wouldn't let me try to return it after checking out the reviews of the site. I will never order from them again nor will I recommend it to any of my friends.
I ordered 2 hoodies from teechip. 1 for my daughter as a Christmas gift and one for myself just because I liked it. There was an issue with the tracker not updating, so I contacted them and got a canned email response saying it would track once the campaign ended... the email was sent to them AFTER the campaign had already finished. Finally, I was contacted by a human being and I was issued a 50% refund.
My hoodies arrived 2 weeks later. I was a little annoyed that I had to pay $14 in tariffs, but the hoodies are excellent quality and we wear them ALL the time.
All in all, it took about 8 weeks to receive the hoodies. Not bad considering some people claim to not have received their items at all. I was happy enough with my transaction that I would actually buy from them again.
My mom brought my brother a sweatshirt for xmas that said our last name on it. When it arrived ot had someone else's last name on it! They wont let my mom return it because its not defected... umm yes, yes it is.
I stupidly ordered two tshirts from the site to an address where I receive 100s of shipments no problem and for some reason supposedly each time these arrive the address was unknown the the shipments never delivered.

My family are Supernatural fans and I thought I would purchase a hoody sweatshirt and mug from the SPN series 12 campaign - "Family always has your back". The two actors who are the stars of the show were advertising via Facebook, therefore, I thought it was an official site. Click on to make a purchase from the video site, took me into the Teechip.com website. The items were expensive £39.99 for the hoody and £16.99 for the mug. When they arrived, I was shocked at the poor quality of the printing on both items. There was no shipping note, no return sticker nor invoice included in with items.
You have to try to get on their returns website which is an absolute joke.
So whoever is running this company is making a lot of money from overpriced shoddy goods. THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING FROM TEECHIP.COM
On December 2nd I ordered a forrest green coffee mug. I received a Black mug. I called & called & sent emails with no response. Then in the mail I get another Black coffee mug. No invoice # or paperwork came with the mug. I called & called & called & emailed & emailed about the problem. I was hoping to get it resolved before Christmas because it was a gift. Needless to say. The resolution was they returned my money. I was so upset. To think they could not send me the color I requested. So now I'm stuck with 1 Black mug for me & 1 Black mug for my friend whom Loves Forrest Green. They are still advertising the Golden Girls mug in many colors. Very very disappointed. I will not order anything from this company again & will tell my friends the same.

Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
