I ordered two mugs and only received one. I contacted the company and this was their response:
"We have reviewed your claim and I see in your account that you ordered 2 mugs, unfortunately we are unable to offer you compensation for the following reason(s):

Basically they are calling me a liar and I don't appreciate it. I just wanted a replacement sent or a refund for the missing item.
I don't know about other people and i am sorry, but i ordered a teen wolf sweatshirt in late December and i got it perfectly on jan 13th. I was afraid i would lose my 40-something dollars, but thank god not.
I ordered a mug and it arrived to me broken with pieces if the mug broken off... In the packaging it was sent in was none of the broken of pieces so that would mean that it was packed already broken... Tried contacting them and ringing them and no luck... don't buy from these guys
I am also ashamed that I didn't check the Company online first. I bought 2 Supernatural Hoodies at the cost of $87.00. The Delivery details they sent me, proved false, they didn't exist in that Company.

Ordered 2 NCIS coffee mugs as gifts... they arrived but with a big black square where the print is supposed to be... after reading these reviews not even going to try for a refund but... a question for those of you in the US... would not some of these complaints be interstate mail fraud? For those of you that hot ripped off from this company, have your credit card company charge them back. If you paid for the merchandise and haven't received it, dispute it with your credit card company or paypal.
Received product with blurred print. Automated system would not acknowledge return and phone call attempts just disconnected.

Teechip not only sends overpriced, low quality products to you but often people (like my friend) never recieve anything! All of their designs are art theft and they don't take anything down after people report it. They are awful scammers and should never be bought from. They trace art and crop out logos and sell it!
I ordered a shirt and received it 3 weeks later only to find that they had shipped the wrong shirt and the wrong color. They refused to give me a refund or to make it right.

I'm ashamed with myself for not checking reviews for this company before ordering. I, too, received a poor quality, overpriced T shirt and coffee mug. The T shirt did not fit properly (I'm usually a small and ordered a medium and it's STILL too small), is made of cheap cardboard-y cotton and the screen print on it was blurry and colorless. The mug design is so small you can barely read it and it is starting to discolor from the dishwasher. Horrible! And it was a gift for my son :( I contacted customer service who transferred me to another person who was supposed to email me about a return. They never responded and after I emailed them repeatedly after a week, they told me to take a picture of what I was unhappy with and send it to them. I decided to eat the $50+ and just keep the items instead of be jerked around any longer. If you are considering buying something from this company, DO NOT buy from Teechip and suffer the same $50 loss I did! :(
Terrible quality product. I ordered a mug - design barely visible. Got grief trying to have it returned and refunded. Would never recommend or purchase from this organization again. Shame on you.
I ordered an IPhone case. The graphic was crooked which caused the wording to fall off the side. I got their number from my Paypal account (as it is not available anywhere I could find) and waited on hold for half an hour. A case was opened, I sent in a picture, and within a few hours, the case was denied with an explanation that my product had been delivered! I replied to the original email that they sent and no one responded. Poor quality control and customer service. If I had seen the final product, I would never have spent $20.00 for it.
The shirt we got was labeled "L", but it is at best a small. I've gotten no response and am very dissatisfied paying $30 for a t shirt that is way too small. Company doesn't respond to anything
I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The hoodie was cute. I was in a hurry. Pre Christmas. I never received the sweatshirt. Now it's Saturday and I see the purchase amount had been promptly removed from our account, but I can't speak to anyone until Monday. I also see from these reviews that chances are I may never see the sweatshirt, period. Who knows if I will see a refund. Very disappointed. Exceedingly. DON'T BUY FROM TEECHIP.

I ordered a cool Archer t shirt from TeeChip. I was excited to wear it and hoped it would have enough demand to make it to print. Well good news, it did! (or so I thought - more on this later). I received the emails saying I submitted an order, that the campaign was success, the shirt had printed and shipped, etc. But no shirt ever arrived after the 2 week interim from order to delivery date.
Now, the tracking for the shirt did in fact say "delivered", but my address wasn't on the tracking oddly enough, just my city. This is new to me and I've never seen an online tracking form neglect to have address, so I contacted TeeChip to see why i still didn't have a shirt. The support was blunt, without any warmth I would expect to reconcile a poor experience with a customer. Over the next several days emails were exchanged.
The support lady told me my shirt was delivered. I said, I know it says "delivered", but I don't have it and I don't see my address online. She said, we put down your address and we can't refund because it was delivered.
Now I wasn't even trying to get a refund, just have confirmation that the shirt was delivered, but the support lady was unable to show me any evidence to pacify my mind and didn't even make an effort to. Initially, I consigned myself to perhaps the shirt being stolen, but I have never had this problem of packages not showing up before or after this situation.
I would have liked to refute the credit card charge, but being under $50 or so, I couldn't. I figured the next best thing was to post a review warning other customers of this company's poor quality and care. Funny enough, it looks like it's already pretty clear - if only I saw all these review before I ordered.
I really want to reorder the cool shirt, but know better based on all the reviews in addition to my own.
PS: It appears that the "timers" to order your shirt are superficial, as they reset from time to time. I get the impression they are present to just rush you into purchasing.
I ordered a sweatshirt Saturday Dec 10th, and received an email that the item was shipped on the 13th. I waited several weeks and finally received a DHL tracking number. Unfortunately the tracking number is made up and there is no item with that tracking number. I tried to log on to the TeeChip website several times but now it states my email is invalid and I do not even have an account. Do not buy anything from this company.
I ordered two products from TeeChip a hoodie and a coffee mug. I received the hoodie but was sent the wrong mug. I have called several times and I emaild them several times. All I ask is that they wither send met he correct item or refund my money. So far nothing. It seems criminal to me that a company can act this way and get away with it. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM! Trust me. I have invested more time and energy in trying to get this resolved.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
