This company got my order wrong and did not modify it during the campaign run like they said they would, I also filed a claim and they didn't follow back with me. Do not use them.
I chose the size of the clothes by the size table of the website, but the pieces came huge and I can not return them. I use XL, max 2XL, but based on that size guide, i ordered 6XL and guess whats... they were unable to use
Took money for tee and when I cancelled the order they refunded less than they took I was also hit with additional bank charges for international transaction fees (something I've never been hit with in all my years of using us based companies) and even when I sent a scan of my bank statement to prove they had over charged me and under refunded me that won't accept it. Don't use these rip off merchants unless you want to lose money.
They also use artists work without their knowledge or without paying for it as well as licenced (not to them) properties from companies
After I had already put an order in for a hoodie I decided to read the reviews about TEECHIP... Most of them were not good and so I was very worried on what to expect or if I was even going to recieive my birthday gift I purchased for my friend.The reviews were so bad that I even cancelled my credit card in fear I would be charged twice as some of the reviews spoke of. But I didn't have any issues what so ever with this company. I ordered on Jan. 12th and received Jan. 24th as stated after the campaign was up. They provided a tracking number so I could watch where it was and today when I got it in the mail it looks totally like it should and I couldn't be happier.
Please Facebook stopped this type of advertising on Facebook and confirm about froud company profile be careful friend don't order teecheep.
I, like others who have commented, also ordered a t-shirt for the Women's March. It was supposed to be delivered by January 14th, and as of today, January 22, it still has not arrived! In the morning I will be contacting my credit card company to stop payment. Because the link to the ad was provided in a post on the Women's March Facebook page, I thought it was a legitimate site, but was sadly mistaken. I will spread the word far and wide that no one should ever consider purchasing ANYTHING from TeeChip!
Ordered a tee shirt from TeeChip through a Facebook ad regarding the Women's March on Washington. The shirt never came and when you call the company you never get to talk with anyone. When you select the option to report a problem with your order, you get disconnected.
Ordered a tee shirt and a cellular telephone case with a black cat pictured. The ad what some very nice detail as if an artist painted the photos. The telephone case was a reasonable facsimile, but the tee shirt looked like a cartoon cat. When I complained and asked for my money back, I was told TeeChip does not refund, but they do replace items if a customer is not satisfied. They sent another tee shirt, but not another telephone case. The second tee shirt was a little better, but Far from what they advertised. I sent another complaint and request for a refund, but haven't heard a word. The folks on their website that make this crap say how happy they are that they are with TeeChip. I guess they would be, because they make big money for little effort, very poor products, zero quality control, zero management oversight, and a zero refund policy. My 5 year old granddaughter produces better than this and is more concerned about quality that the TeeChip crew. I completely understand the extremely low rating. Hope they go out of business soon.
Terrible--'promised' delivery in time for specific event, didn't even SHIP by that time! But in an inquiry about status of order---they said "being printed". I complained that they said it would be SHIPPED before tomorrow and it wasn't even out--then the lied and sent an email that said it'd been shipped. I responded--fine, give me a tracking number. Radio silence for FIVE hours--then they email me an INVALID tracking number. Just buying time so they can try to pretend they shipped it. I'm filing a BBB complaint.
I ordered the t-shirt from them an extra large hanes. I received the shirt and it fit my fifteen-year-old daughter who wears a medium. I sent email including pictures with a measuring tape showing that the T-shirt was four inches too narrow. They said they'd reprint my order which made me happy but I received the second shirt today and it is exactly the same. So don't trust their size charts
I should have researched the company before ordering from them on Facebook. Very disappointed. On my order from 1/6/17 - they said it would be delivered by the 17th. I called and emailed today and they said it has not even been made yet. They did not give an ETA or any other information.
I ordered a Stand for the flag, Keel for the cross sweatshirt, and three t-shirts on December 30th and got an order confirmation of *******. I have since received two emails with the FedEx tracking number of ************** and shows to be overnight delivery. This is a bogus tracking number that shows being delivered to someone in South Carolina on April 27th, of 2016. This is a crap company and I've spend over $120.00 on your products. Do not buy from this company. Also can not get anyone to answer at costumer service.
Ordered one poster on 1/2/17. Got an email confirmation that had an extra item on it. Immediately emailed, one if several sent, and still have not received a reply. My bank and I have both called to dispute and we just waited on hold until we had to go take care of other responsibilities. Believe the reviews you see, this company is garbage.
TeeChip does NOT get artist permission nor do they get permission from the actors or show owner's to do their t-shirts and other works. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM if you care about the people who REALLY put their blood, sweat, and tears into the things you love.
Teechip advertised on FB and about ten of us ordered hoodies, sweatshirts and t-shirts for our trip to Washington for the Million Women March on Sat., 1/21/17.

Placed a Christmas order on 12/9. Ordered 2 ladies small shirts. One was half the size of the other. Tried to return the one that looked like a child's small and was told I wasn't within the 14 days. 14 days was 12/23! This site sucks!
I ordered a grey wolf phone case as a gift for my daughter on January 7 or 8. As I clicked ORDER, I noticed that I had ordered the iphone 6 plus/6S cover instead of the iphone 6/6S cover.
I immediately emailed your company and said I needed that fixed. She doesn't have an iphone 6 plus! Eventually I got a response from your company that said

I responded telling them I needed it fixed. The response I got from your company said

Once a phone case or mug order has been placed, it is immediately sent to production and can no longer be modified or cancelled. I am very sorry that there is nothing further that we can do at this time"

Then I responded, essentially saying I will give your company bad reviews forever and will encourage all my family, friends, and acquaintances to do the same and to NEVER purchase from your company since they don't take returns and refuse to help a customer. That response of mine has been deleted from your response email when I read it.

STAY AWAY. I would not even rate them 1 star.My shirts were delivered after Christmas a week late and are complete crap.The quality is horrible the shirt color bleeds through the white lettering and the entire printing is faded. After multiple attempts to contact Tee $#*! got a sorry file a claim. Filed claim got the answer your claim has been submitted we will be in touch that was nearly a month ago. Still no response. Sent them one last email letting them know i am filing fraud case against them with my credit company and requesting they be hit with charge back fees. Just have to wait now and see what happens.Do not buy anything from this scam company.
I spent my birthday money on a gift for my mother and myself, we were going to wear them to a gilmore girls party. This company responded to my email, yes, but I received no follow up and no apology. It's been over a month. I spent 60 dollars. She was SO excited, and they ruined it. Thanks a lot, teechip. Terrible customer service. If there were a zero star option, I would have used it.
In November 2016 I have ordered a mug as a Christmas present. The order has been problematic since the very beginning. Once I placed the order on their website they did not have enough space to put the whole address (delivery was out of US) so I contacted via email and wrote the full address so there wont be any problem with the delivery. It took 3 days till they confirmed the address!. In the middle of December I noticed that the parcel has been still in US and as from 07.12. It was still on the same place. So I contacted the company and the following day I received a reply that the parcel actually arrived to my country. So I checked the tracking number and it was true so I was happy. It arrived to my country on 07.12... today is 14.01.2017 and guess what? I still did not receive the parcel! I have contacted the company and was advised to fill in the Claims form- which I did immediately and was told that the claims department would contact me shortly... not sure what word 'shortly' actually means in US but I contacted the company again that no one from claims department will contact me shortly... well toll today I was not contacted by their claims department at all... all excuses in the world I am getting and therefore I am so disgusted with this company and will never ever order from them. I already applied for a charge back with my family as I am sure company would not make any refund as I also doubt that their claims department actually exists!
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
