I was v excited about this t shirt - it was a cool design and although I wouldn't usually spent £30+ on a t shirt I decided it was worth it. How wrong I was. The material is exceptionally poor quality and the design is faded. Avoid this company. Save your money

This would be the absolute worst, shonky, unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Only 1/2 mugs arrived... AND... the images were upside down.AND... they sent it to the wrong address. They have no idea where the 2nd mug is either. They say to lodge a claim( after sending about 5 requests) but when you log on... it gives you the runaround. DO NOT. Under any circumstances do any business with this pathetic excuse for a Company. I am now complaining to Paypal and Ebay... they should not do business with them. Buy from them at your own peril. I ordered 3 mugs before Christmas. I received one in tact, one arrived broken, and 1 never showed up. I spent hours on the phone trying to get through to customer service, filled out the on-line claim form, and even chatted with someone on their site who said she would escalate my claim. What a joke! The only response I got was when I called my credit card company and they put a charge back on TeeChip. Now, I finally get a response to my email over one month later asking me to remove the charge back through my credit card company and they will reprint my order. Ha! Not a chance in hell! Too late TeeChip! Since then I've done my research and know sending defective or only partials, if any, of an order is common practice for you. How is this company allowed to be in business? Don't buy from TeeChip! This company needs to be stopped!

I ordered a Newt Scamander/Harry Potter poster. It is so blurry and distorted you can barely recognize the characters. I have tried calling 2 customer service numbers, no answer. I have tried to email, it goes nowhere. I have tried to file a complaint but the barcode that is on the poster isn't even a valid barcode so it would accept my claim, then kicked me of the site! Do not order from this company, SCAM! I usually check reviews before I order from places like this, I was so excited about this poster I guess common sense was forgotten! Again, do not order from this company.

I wish I'd seen this site BEFORE I made my purchase. I should have had a clue when they didn't provide any customer service contact information in any of their emails. I ordered a Women's March sweatshirt on January 6 and I have yet to receive it (today is January 28). I consider myself out 50 bucks, but much wiser about ordering anything online.
Ordered a tshirt - not cheap at almost $40 AUD. Never arrived. Tracking number says that shirt was delivered in the US instead of Australia?
Took the matter up with Teechip, they cheerfully tell me (after four weeks and several emails from me) that their records and those of their carrier say it was delivered to my address.
I live in a rural area and there are NO deliveries to my address, we personally pick mail up from the post office.
Do not deal with Teechip. They are scammers who take your money and do not deliver products.
Please don't order from this site. One of our employees, a graphic artist, has been trying to get a response from them regarding copyright infringement of TeeChips use of her artwork on their website products and she is getting nowhere with them. They are stonewalling and won't even give her proper contact information to deal with a management level person.
I responded to a Facebook ad saying that it was the last day to order a hoodie in time for the Women's March January 21. I ordered on January 6 and have still not received the item, which I no longer want. (The point was to have it for the March, of course.) I have emailed, tweeted, posted on FB, and called, all to no avail. This company is a scam.
They sent me a cup for my granddaughter with the design upside down and also 2 designs superimposed upon each other AND upside down. I called them and left a message they never have returned my call. Do not purchase anything from them!

I ordered a shirt to be worn in the Women's March. I ordered it in plenty of time (and if I hadn't, they should have told me so). Anyway, the shirt didn't come until after the March and I wanted to return it and get a refund. Well, just try getting in touch with them. They never, and I mean never, answer the phone number they give. You must have the order number AND the item number in order to file an online complaint (and that is required for them to even look at your problem). I finally did get an email answered and "no, they never refund money" and didn't seem to care that the item came too late. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. VERY, VERY PORR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
They continiously steal art from artists on sites like DeviantArt and similar, asking for ludicrous amount of money for $#*!ty prints.

Their interface changed the color of the poster I ordered and I didn't realize it until I was pressing the submit button. Emailed them immediately. They answered that they can't change the order cause they're printing it at 8pm at night?!? Even though they are closed?!? Will never order from them again. I'm going to try and dispute the charge with my CC company. Horrible customer service policies. Hope they bankrupt!

I ordered 2 shirts and paid over $50.00 and they were printed incorrectly. I have been attempting for months to get either my money back or the shirts reprinted without any results. Cannot get anyone on the phone to speak with and they say my order # is wrong. I even e-mailed them a picture of the 2 shirts and a copy of my original order. They got my $$$$ and I am so disappointed. Do not use this company!
Their ordering system was weird and I accidentally double ordered. I immediately asked to cancel one of the orders and they responded that they were already printing the order so couldn't give me a refund. It was 11 pm I doubt they were printing my poster and I doubt that they were in print within ten minutes of getting it. Bad Business.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
