I needed to make a correction to my shipping address - immediately after I'd placed the order. I emailed 4 times and called 5 times - they do not answer the phone and even though they say they respond to emails in 12-24 hours, they do not. When the order shipped there was a link to correct the address. I used it, but it still was delivered to the wrong address. I am still trying to get in touch. Thank goodness my credit card company is giving me a credit.
I won't do business with them again.
It's 2017, so I think most consumers expect to be able to buy clothing online, and when it arrives, have some recourse if it doesn't fit or look how you expected. Most internet clothing retailers offer some sort of return - some pay for return shipping and offer a full refund, others you may pay for return shipping, possibly a restocking fee, etc. But I don't think I've bought clothing online in at least a decade where I couldn't return it at all unless it was defective (and I buy most of my clothes online).
With teechip, though, I paid $30 for a t-shirt (which is very expensive to begin with), and what I got was a very, very poor quality shirt that is the same size as most of my t-shirts that are labeled a size smaller (the ones I've grown out of). I contacted them (multiple times, because they just kept saying the claims department would call me soon), but in the end, they told me to take a bunch of pictures with measuring tapes and such, but even if it's smaller than it should be, they won't do anything about "garment fit issues".
I ordered two shirts one of them I had to return they never refunded me in the meantime I would wait on the phone for at least a half hour for them to tell me that they would have to direct my time to another department for them to investigate them returning my money I never did get my money back

They left me hanging for over a month after asking for a photo of the item. They determined that the product wasn't defective so they wouldn't exchange it. I told them that they sent something that I didn't order. They still refused to exchange the item. I will donate the item to charity since I have no use for it.
I've had a decent experience with them actually. I ordered a PATD t shirt that i found on Facebook and accidentally bought a size too big for me but with rolled up sleeves it looks fine. I received my item two weeks after payment with no issue so i don't get what all the fuss is about :)
My husband bought me a poster for Christmas. He wrapped the unopened package, and imagine my confusion when I opened a package that was a car poster! We got a good laugh out of it, then he went to get the situation fixed, and that's where the real trouble started. They flat out refused to help, and refused to help, and refused to help, until he started a paypal claim. Then, they offered to help, if he closed the paypal claim.
Even AFTER paypal closed the claim in our favor, they continued sending emails requesting we close the claim, and then they'll help. Why?

I received my order on time, but it wasn't exactly as I thought I had ordered. The product I saw online and ordered was a poster, horizontal, no border. The one I received was vertical and has a stupid wispy black border about 2 inches thick. You'd think no big deal, except I bought a frame already to fit it and now it won't look right!

They keep denying my claim stating they do not require a signature for delivery so they do not need to provide proof of delivery to me. I have put in a claim to Paypal. I found a campaign on Facebook selling prints of a painting solf on TeeChip. I made the order and only afterwards started googling as I got suspicious since the artist's name was not mentioned anywhere. It appeared the prints were stolen intellectual property, which I immediately brought to the attention of the company (both customer support and copyright department). They were not interested at all and didn't agree to cancel my order.
Beware! I ordered a sweatshirt that cost $45.00 and was cheaply made and had a stain on it. Poorly made where steams show and horrible customer service who does not want to help you. Please don't waste your money. Go somewhere else!
Ordered a cup on 1/13/17. It has not arrived. It took 2 days to finally get someone on their chat site (don't even try by phone). Tracking said it was delivered. The chat person said she would file a claim for me. Two minutes later I got an email saying my claim had been denied. I am so pissed! Class Action anybody?

Tried calling multiple times and all choices on phone refer you to website or dead end call. Order #*******. Have no clue about where to go next other than to call BBB.
Answer: I found out that I got a quicker response from them when I contacted them through facebook. I am having the same problem since my ship date was dec. 7th, but it is now dec. 15th and I was told that it is still printing. According to the customer service rep. It takes 7-14 days to print which is bs to me since the campaign ended on Nov. 30th and the timeline they gave me doesn't make since. I would definitely contact them on fb though.
Answer: Wish I could. When I tried response to your e mail, it bounced to a site called crystal compass.com. Then displayed site not available. Still haven't received order, and unable to track since site changes numbers and tracking sites constantly. Am still contesting $44.38 w bank, no product received, order promised 10-2-2015

Answer: As far as I know, you can't. They don't send any tracking info and are HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered my sweatshirt around September 20 something and didn't get it until, I believe late October, early November. So I'd say give it a month, month and a half.
