I ordered couple of sweat shirts from this company. I read the reviews after the fact and was terrified to see so many unsatisfied people. I had no issue what so ever with this company. My shirts came within reasonable time, size I ordered, etc. The quality is great. I had no issues and the tracking system allowed me to keep an eye on my order. Thanks tee chip.

I ordered two tee shirts in ladies size, it took a long time to deliver, that I almost forgot about them. Unfortunately this does not look like a woman's tee. It has a high crew collar and it shaped like a box. Like a mans tee. It would fit my husband, but not flattering on a woman. The quality of the Tee shirt is poor. Rough and stiff. I don't recommend this site.

RUN!

They took my money. Yet have I even gotten a product. And it's been two months. I've called, and called. Nothing. I've had to leave voice messages which they never return your call. I emailed probably 10 times already. After two days ago. I finally get a email. The person said I'm having a hard time finding you. I was able to find myself by just putting in the email I emailed him with. I replied back. And I have yet to hear from anyone. This company is straight fraud. Please report this company to IP3. Or who ever you can to report this place as fraud. These people don't need to have a business.

Total Fraud.

I ordered a tee shirt in size 2X. It is so small my daughter who wears a medium cannot get it on. Cannot contact this company. Cut me off when I tried a chat. No person to talk to on phone. Sent not one piece of paper with shirt. Please do not buy from these people. They are completely dishonest.

Rip off for comsumer

Items were shipped late- as in after the event for which they were intended. Company delayed responding to contacts, then claimed it was too late to cancel the order. Then sent wrong size and will not respond to my complaint. Have opened BBB complaint. BEWARE! Wish I had checked them out before ordering.

This company does not deserve any stars. I ordered a phone cover on April 11. It is May 3 and nothing. When you email them you get a computer generated response saying being processed yada yada yada. When you call them their customer service is not available at this time. Every time. Thank goodness I paid thru PayPal funds. No card involved. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I've seen them use other names on FB. Always starts with tee something.

I placed an order on may 5th and i e still not received my 70 worth of product. No contact from them. They have my money. I emailed a couple of weeks ago and their response was blamed on covid. Ive ordered so much on line and although it took loner then normal its not been this long. Unacceptable service.

12/8/17 purchase what i thought was going to be a really great vw bus phone case. Bright color, chrome accents. Nope. Cheap plastic and a black and white picture. Wish I had read reviews first. Out $$$. Trying to work with their customer service, what a joke. Going to try and get my credit card company to stop payment if it is not too late. Spread the word. This company is a fake and a HUGE RIPOFF!

I ordered 2 mugs and one came broken. I was told to send a photo which I tried but their email system won't allow me to attach a photo. And then I submitted and it told me I contacted an unsupported email address. Terrible customer service. I'll be going to my bank for stop payment.

Masks

I ordered masks from them almost 2 months ago. I never got order number just a confirmation from paypal. They took my money have never delivered the masks. No way to contact them because I do not have an order number. They are a scam. I did get 2 tshirts from them that took about 3 weeks. No impressed with them. Very low quality. Do not buy from them. I think the reviews that say they are great customer service are faked because there is no customer service. Email came back as bad email address. Chat has never worked and customer service contact never worked because I don't have an order number because they never sent me a confirmation. Only took my money. Raymond Lei is the owner. Take a look at the FB page Raymond Lei Shame On You. I wish I had done more research.

Awful!

Received my package yesterday after ordering quite some time ago. The balled up tee which is full of wrinkles (my son asked how much I paid for the wrinkles!) has the wrong decal on it! Fathers Day is Sunday and the only contact info I could find was email. The fabric is thin and awful. Im so upset and ANGRY! I will never purchase from this company again.

To be fair, most people write a review in response to a bad experience. So here's balance. I had a GOOD experience ordering from Teechip. Mugs arrived in under 3 weeks and were in perfect condition. Product was as expected. I would not hesitate to order again.

I ordered a phone case that arrived in the wrong size (& looked nothing like the ad). I contacted customer service 3 times & when they responded after the 3rd email they told me "too much time had elapsed to INVESTIGATE it"... Thinking they intentionally don't respond when you tell them the product is not right & not of the quality expected. Terrible customer service. The case arrived just before Christmas & they responded January 17th... finally, with their spin. Will never order from them again. You're welcome.

Got my cancer tee shirt today, I ordered a large... more like small... tried to contact customer service and of course the link does not work. Going by the sizing on this shirt Id need a XXXL. Was happy to exchange but now I think Id rather get my money back, Not as advertised Shame we dont have the option of a zero star rating

This company uses artists' (many small time, honest peoples') artwork, never contact them - and then sell them as their own. They crop out signatures, and never credit the artists in advertisements and posts! To top it off, they use low quality preview images from sites and print low resolution products! Haha, please I beg you - do not conduct business with this company.

I received an overpriced poor quality shirt that was way too small and I couldn't even return it. Spent 30 min on the phone trying to reach a human with no luck. Talked to someone on chat who informed me that I can't make a return and forwarded me to their policies. Such crap. Don't purchase from this company... major rip off!

Ordered a hoodie in early October... campaign was set to end on 10/20/2016, expected ship date 10/27. It is now 11/4 and there is no tracking yet. I still get emails saying product will ship on 10/27. THIS IS A SCAM. I will NEVER order from this site again. If you try calling support, it rings 1-2 times, then the call drops.

$#*! this company.

August 21 2015 i ordered online then till now (October 10 2015) i don't receive my package. If i check to their tracking order site my Package still on the processed sort facility since September 17 2015, and when you follow up they always sending you an email of they trying to fix etc.
But if you check to their deliver services (DHL) they cannot recognize and find your tracking number.

HELP!

I bot something in november/2016, but until now no deliver! I tried contact but they never answered me. Than I start to make bad comments on their facebook page, but now they block me. If somebody has some type of contact, telephone, e-mail, please give me. I have any idea how to solve this problem!

Pleasantly surprised
April 10, 2018

I had difficulty cancelling an order, but TeeChip customer service came through. They need to add a 'Confirm' button to the order process. (When I selected Paypal the order placed, which felt like a money grab.) I waited 10 mins. On LiveChat but no one responded, and the 888 phone is always busy.) Customer service did respond hours later to my cancellation request via their mail link, which made me happy. Thanks, TeeChip.
