Scam

Bought a t-shirt from them. Turned out to be a poorly done scan of someone else's artwork - badly printed, with all details fuzzy and the scan badly done enough that people were missing body parts. Complained and requested a refund. Instead they gave me the run around and sent me the same shirt. Now not answering emails. Selling shoddy ripoff versions of other's art and horrible service.

Sleazy Company

I made the mistake of buying from this company twice. The first time it took a month and a half for my shirt to arrive. The second time they offered to sell me the same product I just purchased for a discount at the order confirmation page which is incredibly insulting. Their customer service is a joke and is only there for liability reasons.

I bought a printed mug. I paid, but never received anything. I had to remind them several times that I was still waiting for my order that I ordered in January as Valentine present. They said they would reprint (April 2018 now). Still never received anything. Now they say I am too late to claim. Avoid Teechip at all costs. It is a hoax!

This company is so dodgy. They are set up so that noone can contact them if anything goes wrong. I ordered a mug and they sent me a completely different one. Don't order from them and if you are a vendor/designer do not put your products on this site! Have complained to Visa for refund and also to Paypal and they are investigating them.

They are scammers

I placed an order, the money was deducted from my card over a month and still no delivery after numerous emails back and forth as they ate unable to be reached via phone, they told me they can't offer compensation as the item was delivered when the tracking info states other wise and I'm sure it wasn't delivered.

They stole my credit card details... I had a bunch of transactions show up from California and so I checked my whole account history and I can only pin it down to these guys. Every other transaction I made was from a reputable company and I don't use ATMs so my card didn't get skimmed. These guys are the absolute scum of the earth and I hope they all get cancer. Do not do business with them unless you want to be defrauded!

I have made two purchases from TeeChip. One was perfect, no problems. The second one NEVER arrived and after numerous attempts to their customer service number to find out the status of my order and a tracking number never resulted in a resolution. I finally had to escalate a complaint to my credit card company in order to receive a refund. Look elsewhere for your t-shirt!

Horrible quality!

My son's shirt came with a stain and the screen print is horrible in quality. The screen shot is faded looking and pixalated. I'm so upset I can't get my money back. Do not purchase from them. They are just offering to replace with another crappy product. I just threw money away! Wish I'd known I was paying $27.00 for a fruit of the loom short and wide shirt. Very miss leading!

Just like most of the other reviews; I ordered a poster that cost $25 after shipping and received a large piece of poster board (like you used on your science project in 6th grade) with a super pixelated image (like if one were to go on Facebook, Pinterest, Etsy and download it, enlarge and print it) The tracks of the print head are the clearest thing on the 'poster'. It was also damaged, but it was already garbage to begin with so that is redundant at this point. Customer Service replied stating that they will replace if damaged, but all sales are final. I think the people running this scam need to be dealt with by gangsters with a claw hammer."put your hand on the table" - Casino style.

They stated it was in the process of being made, but when asked why it says it won't ship for at the very least 8 days... they proceed to say it takes 5-1 days to process the order? But yet it's being made within few hours of being ordered? Then the guy just logged out of the chat when being questioned. Poor customer service

They don't deserve 1 star. I ordered a mask on April 28th 2020. It keeps saying it will be shipped out in 5 days. There is no live person to talk to. Most horrible customer service ever! They refuse to cancel my order because of in the processing part! I understand Covid19 has impacted our lives but I have gotten other orders from other companies quicker than this! I will NEVER order from TeeChip again! They just lost a customer! I put in picture because it says it will be shipped out in so many days, but hasn't, and it is now June.

Phone case

I will never order from them again. They advertised a full phone case for s7 edge at 26 pounds. When it arrived it was just the back part. I contacted them and they said they would 're order for me. Yesterday I received exactly the same item. What a rip off 26 pounds for a back cover! Never again!

Be Forwarned!

My boyfriend tried to order a shirt for my birthday two weeks ago (my birthday is in just a few days). He tried looking up the tracking information for the shirt since it hasn't arrived yet, and the order is still in PROCESS; meaning hasn't even shipped yet and it has already been 10 business days since he placed the order. Sent an email to try and cancel the order altogether before it even ships, and see if he can possibly get a refund (shirt was $30/ $25 for shirt + $4 for shipping). Looked up the most recent reviews and came to find almost every single person has had a similar experience...Please, save your money and find a different company to purchase from. Not worth it at all.

Not Worth the Money

I ordered an Alabama Crimson Tide iPhone case. The case was a cheap, plastic version that doesn't give my phone much protection at all. I feel like they misrepresented the product, which looked to be silicon. I was not happy with my purchase at all. I won't be ordering from them again.

Same story as other reviews. Ordered shirts. They billed my credit card the same day. No emails. No confirmation. Nothing. Five weeks later my credit card company took the charge off my bill. This company charged it back! I am now, 2+ months later, still in dispute with them. Total scam company.

Wanna wait forever?

If you want an experience like no other, where customer service ignores you for a week at a time, your order constantly says pending for weeks, and the response you get is it will ship soon, then this is the junk company to order tshirts from. A month plus now, and haven't received our 1 tshirt, or a refund like requested. Have fun.

Just received the hoodie I ordered for my Daughters Christmas present. Barely got it opened when a sinking feeling set in... Wrong color. Took it out of the bag to look at the design.The transfer is there along with all the black-grey smudges surrounding the entire front of the garment. So there it is."Merry Christmas Daughter. Here is your gift,, a dirty looking red hoodie with black stains ". :( $40. For nothing... Thanks a lot TeeChip.

My order went fine!

We recently ordered an XL hoodie from TEECHIP before reading the reviews. I have to say we were worried and remorseful after reading them. It turns out the garment was printed and mailed/delivered promptly and we like it very much.
No returns IS a problem so it should be crystal clear before ordering. But since the size was right, I found no issues. Product just arrived so has not yet been washed. But it looks great!

Please don't order from this site. One of our employees, a graphic artist, has been trying to get a response from them regarding copyright infringement of TeeChips use of her artwork on their website products and she is getting nowhere with them. They are stonewalling and won't even give her proper contact information to deal with a management level person.
