Rip Off!

Their interface changed the color of the poster I ordered and I didn't realize it until I was pressing the submit button. Emailed them immediately. They answered that they can't change the order cause they're printing it at 8pm at night?!? Even though they are closed?!? Will never order from them again. I'm going to try and dispute the charge with my CC company. Horrible customer service policies. Hope they bankrupt!

All responses are pretty much automated. After receiving a poor quality and damaged print (it had been squashed and crumpled) I requested a refund or alternative print. Ideally I was after a refund so i didn't have to go through the ordeal of all the automated emails. My first human contact stated that I needed to send the photos in natural day light as the ones showing the damage in a electric light weren't adequate... Yeah, I know... this is the calibre of intelligence we're dealing with here people.

They've blocked me

I saw an advertisement on Facebook with some adorable shirts. I happened upon this site while researching if the site was reputable or not. I posted a link to this page as a warning to others and they have subsequently blocked me from commenting or replying to others posts on their Facebook page. HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS! Beware and don't give these people your c. C. Number and don't pay them they will rip you off!

On the fence because they don't respond to e-mails or update your tracking info regularly. But I finally did receive my T-shirt about 3 weeks after I ordered it and we we're pleased with it. The size does run small but it was for my daughter so she liked it. The only problem is it takes to long to get product and they don't follow up with e-mails, so I did think I was getting scammed and the shirt just showed up. I don't think I'll order from them again. Maybe if they had better customer service it would be different.

I ordered a t-shirt and a hoodie (as an add-on), took 2-3 weeks to get the shirt, then another week for the hoodie. Loved them both once I received them. It would have been nice to get them faster, but I'm a bit spoiled by regular Amazon shopping, and their super fast shipping, lol. I did think it was nice that I could go to their site and check the status of my orders so I knew once the shirts were printed, then received an email confirmation once each order had shipped. I would def. Shop on this site again.

What an incredible rip off! Ordered an eclipse shirt, and "eclipse" is misspelled! They are refusing to acknowledge the glaringly OBVIOUS defect! ECLIPS? I mean seriously?!? I am angry and disappointed, but from the sound of it, we're lucky to have gotten a shirt at al! The Better Business Bureau is hearing about this- you should all report them too, and maybe we can get them stopped together!

Very unhelpful

I ordered 3 mugs with a dog design on it. They packed each mug separately and each one incurred a customs fee on top of an £8.00 post office fee per parcel. Which added nearly another £40 to the £50 I had already spent. I refused to pay the customs charge which meant that would return to sender. I explained to teechip that I would expect a full refund on the 3 mugs and they told me they do not do refunds unless the product is not satisfactory. I am disgusted and will not throw good money after bad. But I have learnt a lesson and that is never to order anything from them again!

Ordered 3 items on April 19, one tshirt, 2 masks. I received the tshirt a couple days ago but no word on where my masks are. I have tried calling. Recorded message, emailing... canned answers and finally got a 'human' response that said my masks are still processing... it has been almost 30 days since they were put into 'processing' and then they're telling me it will be more days of processing and up to 21 days of shipping once they ship! Told them to cancel them and no response. The tshirt I received matches the masks so really doesn't do me any good at this point to have. Offered to send back so I can get a full refund... no response. Don't buy from this company. They are horrible.

Worst customer support

I've ordered a T-shirt for a friend and the size was too big when i asked to exchange it (i said i'll pay for shipping) they said it was a limited edition even though you could still buy this, they lure you in with cool stuff but mostly you won't get it! Never going to buy from them again!

Very disappointed!

I ordered two face masks from the TeeChip website. I got confirmations for 3! Each mask became a separate order with a $6 shipping cost! My effort to cancel mask 3 failed on the website. I sent an email attempting to cancel. Ten days later I get 3 separate confirmations. Four days later I get an email saying, sorry it was too late to cancel my order. Just a ridiculous hassle, dysfunctional website, and one very dissatisfied customer. BTW, no product has arrived yet.

A bunch of thieves!

I ordered 3 mugs before Christmas. I received one in tact, one arrived broken, and 1 never showed up. I spent hours on the phone trying to get through to customer service, filled out the on-line claim form, and even chatted with someone on their site who said she would escalate my claim. What a joke! The only response I got was when I called my credit card company and they put a charge back on TeeChip. Now, I finally get a response to my email over one month later asking me to remove the charge back through my credit card company and they will reprint my order. Ha! Not a chance in hell! Too late TeeChip! Since then I've done my research and know sending defective or only partials, if any, of an order is common practice for you. How is this company allowed to be in business? Don't buy from TeeChip! This company needs to be stopped!

I ordered a 2 mugs. One arrived missing words and when I tried to contact them for a replacement, they said it was suppose to look like that and closed my claim.
Do yourself a favor and keep your money.

HORRIBLE!

Zero support... Ordered mens XXL t-shirt by clicking an ad of Kid Rock wearing the t-shirt.
After paying, my receipt said Ladies XXL...
I've been trying to contact since with no responses to emails or phone calls.
Today i received my Ladies t-shirt, and still cant get a hold of them. The auto phone message says that they sent a link to my email so that i can file a claim. I never got that email... Every time i called, i was supposed to get an email... Never got it...
WHAT A SCAM!

0 custumer service. I want one shirt when i receive the confirmation email they charge me for a sweat shirt. Try to contact customer service ( lol really) 6 days later i receive reply:

Total Fraud! Don't Buy!

This "business" is a joke. They deceive their customers with false advertising! They don't even know the material of the shirts your design will be printed on when you buy. They don't even know the actual measurements! They're just selling you the print and after that you get whatever the hell a worker in china grabs before printing the design you picked on it. Poor quality products and customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! It's not worth it!

This company shows products with fine detail and vivid color. You will only be disappointed! When you attempt to contact them, they will send you on a wild goose chase with different links to respond to. If you try to "chat" with them... the do not respond... they keep you on line waiting. Very POOR product! Even worse customer service! BEWARE!

My order was placed on March 28, it is now April 18th. When I tracked it, it's still in the processing stage, which means nothing. I emailed and tried to cancel order but someone emailed back and said it was too late. This is a horrible company, using manipulative and lying tactics to sell goods for a 'good cause.' For shame!
One way or another, I'm getting my money back.

Ordered 2 NCIS coffee mugs as gifts... they arrived but with a big black square where the print is supposed to be... after reading these reviews not even going to try for a refund but... a question for those of you in the US... would not some of these complaints be interstate mail fraud? If so I believe that is FBI territory
