I caught my daughter's friend using my card. I contacted teechip immediately and told them the charge was fraudulent and I needed it to be cancelled. They refused to cancel. I will be disputing it with my bank who assured me that disputing the purchase will be no problem but, my point is, what kind of company refuses to cancel an unauthorized transaction? Not one I will ever do business with.

They promised a 5-10 day ship date. I've been waiting 17 days for my item to ship. It is still in "processing". I'm trying to cancel and they gave me a 10% discount but say they can't cancel my order. I'm disputing this with Paypal and if that doesn't work I'm disputing the payment from my credit card. Don't order from this company.

This company is also known as Gossgear, among other names. My order was placed on 4/16, with a promise of delivery in 5-10 days. It is now 5/21 and the order is still "processing". Co. Refuses to refund my purchase, so I opened a dispute with my credit card. Now Gossgear/Teechip wants to refund $8.98 ONLY if I withdraw my dispute. Not gonna happen. They also said they would expedite this order. After 1+ month, that's clearly not the case. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS! I'd give zero or negative stars if that was an option. Screenshot attached was taken on 5/21/20.

EDIT: I placed a claim with the company for a refund, which they refused, and I also placed a claim with my charge company. The card company refunded my purchase, and the shirt (finally) arrived on 5/27. I won't be returning the shirt or the refund. An order that was supposed to have been shipped in "5-10 days" took more than a month to arrive. Horrendous company under ANY name. BUYER BEWARE!

I bought 2 sweatshirts and 1 long t-shirt. Overall with shipping I paid 99$. Only long t-shirt is ok, and the print on both sweatshirts are terrible. Not worth the money! I send them complaint so we will see what they say if they answer it.

I did the live chat and Marlon was completely worthless. No help at all. They say 5-15 days but they dont state business days till you already order. The customer service just sucks and not helpful at all. I will never order from this place again.

I have done 2 or 3 transactions with this site or portal whatever it is, and have only had an issue with the most recent. I ordered a poster which was delivered to me in a timely fashion, however it did not correspond to the image posted in their catalog and the deviation was quite annoying (basically there was some calligraphy and a chop in the picture which were partly cut off in the poster itself). Anyway, I tried contacting their customer support to see if we could do better and immediately got a bounce back stating that I had sent my email to an unmonitored queue. Not exactly confidence inspiring, but it did give me the 'correct' email address where I should send my correspondence. Supposedly they should have responded within 5 business days and anyway here we are 15 business days later and nary a word.

I ordered a shirt as a Christmas gift. The order came in a nice timely manner and arrived a couple days before I was supposed to get it. I loved the shirt! When my daughter tried it on it was way to small. I was frustrated since that size is usually a little big on her. I emailed TeeChip's customer service then started reading the reviews on this site. I thought "Oh great... here we go, a gift that cant be used or replace". But that is not the case. TeeChip responded to me quickly, asked questions and helped me out with the situation. Customer Service was very easy and nice to work with. Very pleased! Thanks TeeChip for your response and service.

Scam!
May 18, 2020

I ordered a t-shirt from this company on 04/30/2020. It said that it would ship within 5-15 business days. When I checked back on 05/15/2020 it said that it was still printing, so I messaged the seller asking what's taking them so long. Now it is 05/18/2020, and it still says printing, and of course I never heard back from the seller either. I finally just now ended up filing a claim through paypal.

They Steal Designs
January 28, 2016

Time after time, I see this site advertising on Facebook for t-shirt designs I have seen on other sites before. Thing is... I know a few of them have been STOLEN from those selling shirts for charity on Represent.com. They have done it to Jared Padalecki's "Always Keep Fighting" campaign a number of times, and thankfully Jared has been able to get them removed. I'd never give them my business based on this alone. Don't buy from people who steal. Especially from charity.

Wish I read read reviews first but when I saw on Facebook a shirt that mentioned my college I couldn't resist. What a BIG mistake that was. Apparently their size chart does not match the size of the shirts. After submitting pictures twice to show the difference they offered a free replacement but don't have details as to the make and actual measurement of the shirt. Who knows i I ever get the "free" replacement or not. Not counting on it since this has been going on for a month now.

Absolutely terrible!

I ordered a t-shirt on July 19. Says it was delivered on July 26. Still waiting. And good luck trying to get a hold of them. There is absolutely no way. I've tried calling them and the menu asks for an 8 digit order number (my order number started with RL and is 10 digits long). Then I tried e-mail, and got a response with a link saying to go there. Then I tried there and can't send them anything because my order ID is invalid!

Oh god no

I literally just ordered something today... And I started thinking about the strange tracking number they gave me. I have ordered from TeeSpring before and had no issue so I figured if this was anything like it, it would be fine... Now reading all the horrible reviews I wish I would have seen this before, read the terms and conditions and realized I can't cancel an order, can't send anything back, or get a refund... I'm screwed. Has anyone gone to the BBB with this?!

I tried purchasing two shirts from them. I paid with my PayPal Account and was charged, but never received a order number or confirmation. Their support is non-existent and customer support chat window is broken. I'm stuck in a loop of not getting support without an order number yet I was charged for the two shirts plus shipping to my account. I have submitted to Pay Pal resolution center for a refund because the company does not answer emails from the site generated email or emailing directly. No Response but taking payment is a scam IMO.

My Advice is Do NOT Buy or order from here.

I purchased a women's t-shirt in good faith. When it arrived the material (heavy cotton) felt so rough, itchy and uncomfortable. I immediately started to itch. This joke of a company is refusing to refund me, which is disgraceful. Everyone I talk to will hear about my experience. Also going to the BBB to start investigating the laundry list of complaints regarding this business.

Ordered 2 t shirts and a mug on 12/9. The shirts arrived on 12/23. They were poor quality, the printing was rough feeling and much lower on one of the shirts than the other. I was embarrassed to give them as gifts. But at least they showed up... the mug never did! It said it shipped on 12/14 and the company who shipped takes no responsibility, says that it's an issue with TeeChip. I've tried calling TeeChip 2x before giving up after being on hold for 50 minutes and 30 minutes. I've sent 2 emails, the first got a response that they were looking into it but I never heard anything. Just sent another one today. Learned my lesson and wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. They have some cute and fun products, but the quality and customer service are TERRIBLE! Never mind that they owe me $17.95 for a mug that I doubt I will ever get.

I ordered a simple mask 5/12/2020. The tracking is still stuck at printing. This is ridiculous. They immediately took my money but no item. I think that it is a scam and I will not order from them again. All of the other masks that i ordered from other places has arrived a long time ago.

I ordered a xl shirt going off the website size chart well it came n it's basically a 4x it's huge I tried contacting teechip in more ways than one to ask for either exchange or money back n the never contacted me n they don't have a telephone number to call.

Teechip is a fraud!

Plese do not buy never anything from them. Timings are always longer than they promise, the quality is really poor and it is impossible to contact them and even more impossible to get any refund. Teechip are making a lot of money at our expense, cheating all of us in our faces!

My account was charged 211 and I have no idea what website this even is. I didn't order anything. Seems like many others had this issue. Horrible security I would not order from these people as they obviously don't have good secure measures if we have all have fruad on our account.

One star is too much. They refused a legitimate return but instead of saying so up front, they spent three weeks giving me the run around, asking for different kinds of documentation each time. When they ran out of things they could ask for they finally said they wouldn't refund my money.
