Steals Artwork

The artwork on this site is most likely stolen. Buy from reputable sources. Numerous reports of them stealing art from the owners and forcing legal response, only for them to repost hours later. These guys are sleazy.

Cubbie Love!

I live in southern California but my sister-in-law is a born and raised Cubbie fan. When I saw this shirt, I knew it would fit her to a "Tee" since it sounds just like her! Thank you! She loves it, and it arrived the same day as the Cubbie mask I made for her. Awesome way to brighten her stay at home days!

Don't do it!

I'm sitting on a Warriors Championship tee shirt that I have no way of returning, I've tried! No humans when you call, no information about returns. The Men's Small that we got is tight on my son, while typically a Men's S is a little too big for him. I can tell by the quality that with one wash it will fit a toddler. Ordered from an ad on Facebook that featured Steph Curry wearing the shirt (photoshopped?)... he'd be ashamed to know his fans are being duped. Btw, probably will never buy from a Facebook ad again.

Scam
December 17, 2015

I had ordered my first one in March and a second one in May (thinking the first one would be arriving soon). Until now I still haven't received anything. I got probably two delay notices and two emails with a tracking number (which did not work) and haven't heard from them since no matter how I prompt them. There goes my 60 bucks.

Beware!

I wish that I had read the reviews before I purchased 3 t shirts from this company! The camping design was so cute that I ordered immediately on Facebook without checking. The shirts finally came over a after I ordered them. I was appalled when I opened the package. The shirts were so small that they looked like kids shirts! I normally wear a medium but would probably need an XL! I decided to try to return the shirts or at least exchange them so I looked up their number online. It took 2 calls and a very long wait time to be told that "due to the exclusive design printing they are unable to accept returns. " WHAT? Then we were abruptly disconnected! I guess I was played. Don't be a sucker like me! I am out $68!

Placed order accreting seeing ad on Facebook. I ordered the wrong size so I've been trying for 4 days to get a hold of someone. Was on hold for over an hour when the recording said it would be 10 min. There is no website for the live chat like their recording said. Now the phone just gives a fast busy signal. I'm afraid my son won't be seeing this Christmas present.

So i did get the right poster, i won't doubt that, but the quality was so darn low that you need to look from a distance to get past the hazy print it seems like they just tossed it in Photoshop, up scaled it but didn't sharpen it up to at least make it look good, overall they did their part but they didn't do it well i'm having the print redone through next day prints as we speak

When i received email confirming order, i realized Half of it was erroneous, and immediately began trying to contact company. There is no way to do so. Chat icon does not work. Other choices give no room to type what's wrong. One FAQ choice says there is no way to change an order. Customer support is supposedly open from 9 to 5:30 Eastrn time, but how do you reach anyone for a response? Very frustrated.

$#*!ing scam! I canceled my card and still a $#*! up with this damn company they already charged me before a proof of purchase. So pissed every phone number they had rang half a ring the cut out. The emails are "no reply" and they say don't complain until you receive it. Well your confirmation was the wrong address. I tried to correct that and won't receive $#*! bc you have the wrong address. My bank says I can't fix it until Monday. I should have just taken the item I saw on their FB site and made my own. Probably will be better quality that way. $#*!ing scam!

I found my own design stolen and sold there, I wrote to them both on FB and through their site with evidemces and nothing has been done. The stolen designs are taken from previews and it means once printed they'll be horrible. No quality check at all.

Plain awful

I ordered a limited edition Totoro poster and for almost $30 I definitely expected something better than a low resolution copy of a Ghibli Studio official poster poorly printed on a piece of paper. It looks cheep, awful and the whole impression is that someone was trying to make easy money by downloading a low res image from the web and printing it at some cheap place around the corner. Seems like there is no respect for artists, copyrights or even clients so TeeChip looks like a joke to me. Avoid at all costs.

I have made several purchases from them and never received a confirmation email from any of them so I have no order number. When I go on the website and try to track it by my name and email it says that they have no record of me. I'm trying to find out when they might possibly ship because it's been two months and I've emailed twice and it bounces back and says that it's not an accurate email. I've also called but can't get in touch with anyone because every number you press just sends you to a recorded line. I will never purchase from them again and I'm not even sure that I'm going to get the merchandise that I paid for.

Paid over $20 buck for a face mask ordered 6 weeks ago. Finally got it and it sucks! It's made of crappy, thin, slippery, nylon material with white elastic ear bands. There is NO WAY this piece of junk could be worn to keep out of the Coronavirus. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Automated system only. Tried chat- got disconnected, but only after finding out they are U.S. based. Really! It's been thrown in the garbage, where crap belongs :((

Never again

I was so excited about getting a gift for my hubby's BD.
The tee came on time. HOWEVER, the graphic was a totally blown up low resolution design which looks muddy, pixelated, and gritty. The tee was also rough (not soft) and lacking quality. Disappointed. Never again. Also, my email account was hacked next day after ordering and hasn't worked since! Can't prove whether it's a coincidence or not, but it makes me wonder.

I should have researched the company before ordering from them on Facebook. Very disappointed. On my order from 1/6/17 - they said it would be delivered by the 17th. I called and emailed today and they said it has not even been made yet. They did not give an ETA or any other information.

I ordered an item from their website - realized my mistake in ordering a product that was misleading and tried to cancel it - all within 10 minutes. They sent me a link that didn't work to cancel it. I contacted their customer service phone line and chat line. The chat line opened up and i waited over 30 minutes for someone to log in to help me. The phone number just rang and rang and then hung up on me. I tried calling about 20 times with the same result. Finally i get connected to chat and the person tells me false information contradicting themselves and then promises me they will cancel the order. It does not happen i get a shipped notification the next day. I will never do business with this company ever again and fully plan on refusing the shipped item and contacting my credit card company for a transaction dispute.

Ordered a shirt which looked great from the picture. Just goes so prove pictures are worth a thousand words! When I received it quality of shirt was poor and print was not colorful or straight. Emailed them and guess what no refunds. With all the negative reviews I would be ashamed if I owned this so called company..

Horrible

Man, I wished I'd checked these reviews before placing my order. Was so jazzed to get a "Grateful Meta" shirt which they said would arrive 8/31. It's 9/3, so called customer service. Guy on the line could not have been less helpful, telling me after not being able to find my order at first that it was "being printed". I asked for a refund + he said I couldn; t get a refund but I could file a claim. Then he said the estimated ship date was 9/4, which he may've mentioned earlier, although if it's "being printed" that seems a stretch. We'll see what happens.

Postage Rip Off

I ordered two shirts from teechip paying postage separately for each. They were then sent together in one package which was ok but when they arrived I was charged extra by the post office as not enough postage was paid. They then chose not to respond when I tried to get in touch with their customer service department.
