I am very disappointed with my dress. Although customer service was nice and polite and they answer me in the beginning before receiving my dress, but when i receive it the dress is so ugly. Colour is so bright and ugly and the material is tulle not organza. It seems like a very cheap dress. I read many negative review about tbdress but I already bought a good dress from them before... so I neglected all the negative review about the site and ordered my engagement dress but the dress is a horrible. Nothing as its look in the picture. I am so sad for that I will not be able to wear it on my engagement...
I send many message to customer service they keep asking for more picture and no answer about refund... and that also what i heard before...
I went to tbdress and found the dress with ease because I put it in my favorites it was fast and simple. I am a person who does not like to shop so this way was so much better for me. Easy checkout use PayPal if you have it.

Was pleasantly surprised at how well these vintage-style dresses fit and how great they look, at a spectacular price! Shipping was reasonably quick considering international travel, will definitely order again!
I am very disappointed that after 2 - 1/2 months, I still have not received my order. After follow up long distance phone calls ( the cost is far more expensive than what I paid for the order!) I've been told that it got lost and they can't track the order.

When I saw this wedding dress I totally fell in love with it. Looked at quite a few others before I made my mind up, but could not resist the beautiful detail. Cannot wait till it comes to try it on, and wear it on my wedding day April.
So far I I’m really upset with this company. I have sent two e-mails asking for the status of my order, while I realize that shipping may be slow I just want someone from this company to focus on customer service and e-mail me back. They were quick to take my money at this point I’m ready to contact PayPal.

In all sincerity, I was a bit skeptical about the prices who would blame me though?. I gave it a try and now I'm hooked, I buy all of clothing items from there and I have a couple of my friends asking about tbdress and they don't believe me. Best decision ever. Ordered a month and a half ago, supposed to have dress within 22 days. Can't get a reply to an email or answer to a phone call. Need our dress in a week. Will never use this site again and will advise everyone else to do the same. Now we are going to spend more money we don't have on a dress we will only have a day or two to find. Very disappointed and so is my 15 year old daughter.

My tomboy daughter refused to go shopping to find a dress for her cousin's wedding. We looked at a few sites online and she liked a few dresses on the tbdress.com site. Once she found the dress she wanted, we had it custom made. That small investment was absolutely worthwhile. The dress fit perfectly and my tomboy was transformed into a gorgeous young woman. She got many compliments and next time we need a dress, I know exactly where to start.
TBdress site is easy to navigate and the pictures are generally nice. Ordering was also pleasant and smooth, the shipping was a bit higher than I expected but the cost effective prices more than negated the cost of it. I chose the cheapest shipping and was told to expect my package within 10 working days but I already received my package in just 6 days, which is great, so thumbs up for that. The quality of the dresses I had ordered were generally high, nice fabrics, stitching was all right, the fit was great on the majority of the items. I would do another purchase in the future. I have already recommended TBdress.com to some of my colleagues and friends, especially those tying the knot later this year
I just love to shop on this site. Its got most of my dream dresses. Lets see i have ordered one skirt this time 4 xl size made me so happy. Wish i could get emails of clothes 4 to 8 xl sizes will make my work to order easy to select, specially the day dress i just love them all.

Saw ad for tbdress.com website on one of these facebook advertisements so I decided to click on it. I notice ALL reviews on tbdress website are 5 stars, and I do mean ALL! That was a HUGE RED FLAG! Thought I'd google them to see what others had to say, and it was exactly what I expected! Yes, this company is a racket. I haven't clicked on one legitimate company who is advertising on facebook yet, lol. Avoid them like the plague. Their actual reviews on review report websites are awful!

I like giving credit where it deserves no matter the prevailing circumstance and in this case i am exactly doing that. Come to think of it, i placed an-order of a very nice sweet sixteen dress from tbdress and i received it in good condition and in time then what would you expect me to say about tbdress? I guess just perfect.
I ordered an item for my son for Christmas. I ordered well in advance, no last minute Lucy here. The tracking information provided is very vague, not helpful and queries to customer service just keep repeating their processing equation (also not helpful). The time to receive order is NOT clearly outlined and it is very misleading. I don't know what the actual item is like, but I'm not hopeful. Maybe get it before Christmas 2021.
Nothing worse to say then they are scammers taking people's money and not answering emails and giving the money back or sending the item. I didn't buy much from them just one pair of shoes but they are pieces of $#*!s and this website and their Instagram page needs to be shut down immediately cause people are still trying to buy from them since they don't know. Its not fair to people it's $#*!ed up.
I ordered a beautiful pair of white shoes encrusted with pearls. They arrived in a timely fashion and the fit perfectly. The company did a good job communicating to me processing time and shipping time. I'm a very satisfied customer. I have placed another order for three pairs of boots and I can't wait to get them.
I ordered my wedding gown from this site three months ago. I gave out all the sizing and supported it with my picture sizing. I wanted to avoid errors as much as possible because this is an event that needs to come out in a realistic way. Great enough, the designer seemed to have followed all my request specifications keenly because what I got is amazing. My wedding was two weeks ago. I still love the dress and maybe I could use it in my wedding anniversary next year if my size will be fine.
This is the third time i have bought a dress from tbdress. I have not had any real issue of concern since i started buying from tbdress except for the fact that they at one time delayed with my order but i later learnt it was due to unavoidable situations otherwise tbdress is just cool for me.
I understand this guys liars don't want to refund my money back.Don't have a deal with this thief's!

We got a dress which is a quiet different from the picture we saw on their website. We was looking for soft material, but the dress we got made looks like from plastic.
So, we decide to return it. With first email they offer $15 refund to keep this dress. I refused. Than they offer to refund 40% (the dress we bought cost $85) after returning their dress.
I never seen such a return service.
At least on their return policy there are nothing mentioned about such a way of refunds. Horrible service!
